strawberry banana pancakes!
not a fall flavored meal, but fairly low calorie and really good :)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 egg(i only have jumbo but use large if you have it)
5-6 medium strawberries
1 banana
1/2 tsp baking powder
instructions:
blend all the ingredients together and let the batter rest while the pan heats up. then cook them like any normal pancake :))

I know I've gained weight since last summer since I just went to change into shorts from my jeans and these shorts (which I got last year and which fit perfectly at the time) did not fit me AT ALL. I just about fit into them and then they just looked horrible on me because they did not fit me so now im going to go back to heavily restricting so I can look decent and fit into my summer clothes
I need to find low cal meals that are filling and are easy to make because whatever I'm doing right now isn't working.
