TEMPLATE #29 : Simple squared moodboard

Hello! After 2 years without posting anything new, here we go for a brand new template! It has been ready for a while, I edited it a bit and voilà! I hope you will enjoy this new moodboard template. Here's the link for the previous one and here's the very first one.

I will from now add the release date of each new resource as this is not visible on the Tumblr app. I've also changed my way of sorting layers. Now every smart object to be changed by your own pictures are at the top of the layer list inside an hidden layer group. It's easier than searching inside every layer groups. Plus, every upcoming template will now include an "HOW TO USE" layer guide. I hope these changes will help you to use with more ease these new upcoming templates! But you're of course still free to ask me for more informations!

NEW HEADER : MAY 2021 Hello! It's been more than 2 years since I haven't updated my theme (well, the whole blog in fact) so here we go with a new header I've made back then when I was very obsessed with Stranger Things :') I'm pretty satisfied with how it turned out so I finally post it today as it was never released yet. Better late than never, right? Maybe someday I will turn it into a header template, who knows ^^ If you're interested about header templates here's the link of the first header template I've shared some long time ago. New resources - mainly templates- will be very released soon!

AFTER 2 YEARS WITHOUT UPDATING THIS BLOG, HELLO!

Hello everyone, I just figured out that people are still sending me requests and private messages on this blog even if I’ve completely left it two years ago.

I also figured out that people using the mobile app do not see the post dates so they don’t know I didn’t update this blog for so long time.

Here’s some infos… (even if I don’t expect anyone to read it…)

So you know:

I am no longer sharing the special resources packs links (600 followers & 1,400 followers). I’ve posted these 3 years ago and I do not have anymore these resources neither the links. So, no need to reblog and everything to get these, I’m just no longer sharing them. I won’t reply anymore to these requests.

The computer and external disk I was using for tumblr died at almost the same time some months ago so if there are broken links I’m not able to restore them.

I also don’t reply to tutorial requests, I already said several times that I don’t make tutorials (see FAQ) and I do not have an English version of Photoshop and that I don’t have enough free time for. More than that, these requests are usually about how did I make some of my templates… Maybe someday I will but this is really uncertain…

NO you are not allowed to use my artworks (like the pixel arts) for your YouTube or Twitch channel or any other platform. And if I didn’t answer you because I haven’t logged in here for years, that doesn’t mean you can. Same for resources.

I updated the template #24 link 2 years ago now but as I’m still receiving requests for this so here you are: link.

As I said, I haven’t been here for two years so it was useless to ask me some requests but if I come back someday of course you can. BUT I’m not replying to rude people. Like “make a *** template - make this asap - *random* template”, no hello, no please… The fact is that except for 1 or 2 persons, EVERY other requests for the last 2 years were asking this way. In short words, I am not replying to disrespectful people.

In short words, for everything that have been said above, I won’t answer anymore to these.

Will I come back here ?

I don’t know. I guess nobody cares anymore now. I have made several stuff before I left that were ready but I’ve mainly left because back in the time nobody was already carring anymore and the few people that were asking me stuff were rude, so my envy kind of disappeared. But I admit that I thought several times to come back just to give it a shot again.

Also, so you know, I left that blog because the algorithm seemed to hide my posts (or people just didn’t care anymore) + people were redistributing my stuff as theirs + people were unfollowing me after I posted new stuffs + I was in my school exam period + people were requesting me stuffs with a very rude behavior and mainly I didn’t want to post stuff for nothing.

I don’t even know if people will see this message but now things are clear and up-to-date. I repeat that english is not my native language so I’m sorry for my grammar mistakes.

If I come back I will need to update a lot of stuff (mainly the desktop theme).

So, these are old doodle draws I made a long time ago then I fill them with watercolor. I lost myself on Pinterest and on Ali’ about harajuku clothes I could wear (I’m so in love with minimalist sweatshirts with just a strawberry or peach pattern) (*´﹃｀*) and I made other little stuff in the same “spirit”. I tried to improve them on Photoshop and - I’m not sure - but I think more and more about export some of my handmade et digital draws as stickers, maybe these ones would be the first ? ʕ´•ᴥ•`ʔ

❝ TᕼE ᗷEᖇᖇY ᑕᗩT ᔕET ❞ {set idea for ac:nh - a mix between my love of cat and strawberry }

I've been working for weeks on furniture sets/themes ideas for the new upcoming Animal Crossing game, just for fun and... for doing something while I’m waiting the game ^^ So, this is the first little set I’ve made : I firstly drew several cat and strawberry objects then I drew them on Illustrator /ᐠ｡ꞈ｡ᐟ\ It’s been a looooong time since I haven’t made “art” on illustrator just for fun, just for pleasure, so I’m really happy of the result and to finally showing to you this personnal artwork :3 I have a lot of other ideas (outdoor stuff, public projet, but I don’t know yet if I’m gonna make them with Illustrator too, I love to make stuff on it but it takes a lot of time. Also, I think more and more about selling some of my art on the web :3

List of objects on this set : 🍓The BackCatPack {1200 bells} : Because it would be just so cool *___*  🍓The iCat {3600 bells} : Inspired by an old iPhone case I had, here’s not just a phone with a cat case but a cat-phone :3 🍓Pair of little strawberry buns {280 bells} : Honestly, my inspiration was from the stolen little bun girls are eating on Spirited Away ^^ 🍓Cat’s ears smart-headband {2200 bells} : Inspired by Nekomini headband n_n 🍓Cat-mug {400 bells} : A cat-shaped mug with strawberry milshake, whipped cream and a... strawberry, ofc :’) 🍓Cat-dessert {580 bells} : A well supplied plate/dish with a vanilla and strawberry cake, strawberries, three scoops of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream... yeah I was hungry when I made this one and it’s the piece I’m the more proud of :3

hi, i'm new at using ps & i'm not sure when or how to use some textures or brushes. Can you please explain how to use brushes specifically?

Hello, as my Photoshop version is in french, it would be complicated for you to understand well and for me to make you… understand well (it’s why I’m not making tutorials anymore) ^^’ so I give you two links of explaining videos I found here for you about photoshop brushes : # # ^^

Personnaly, I use brushes for 3 different things, there is not a specific usage of brushes, an “only way” to use them I mean :1. for drawing with my graphic tab (with pen, pencil, etc. brushes that I modify with the brush panel and not with the brush tool, you have to try some modifications to get what you wish), it’s the case of most people whose are doing digital painting on Photoshop (I said “most people” ‘cause some other are doing digital painting with other graphics apps). I don’t make digital painting but I use this way to fill areas on my scanned handmade draws ;2. just for decorating pictures (like my doodle brushes), you can’t really draw with them because they are not made for this ;3. for “texturizing” stuffs, like some vectorial draw I made (I will post some of ‘em soon), I apply these kind of brush to fill some color blank areas.They are a lot of different brushes categories.

I think the usage of brushes depends of people, of what they are doing and of what they want to do. For example, sometimes I just like to place a little doodle draw or two on a picture in order to decorate it, and for some of my vectorial illustrations, I like to apply a “texture brush” to make the color areas more “completed”, less empty. Otherwise, I hate to draw with my graphic tab on Photoshop, I prefer Illustrator, but as I said, it depends of the people usage, one of my friend draws mainly on Photoshop, she really like doing digital painting.You will know when to use brushes when you’ll feel the need of using them :) The functions really depend. And as you are new at using PS, I think you could try existing brushes for the beginning and see what it’s look like to use them :)

Thanks for your message and for what you said 🙂 it’s like tumblr doesn’t show anymore correctly my stuff on any dashboard 🤔 I’m not here to gain a lot of likes and reblogs but some of the resources I posted yesterday and the last week don’t even have 10 likes or reblogs, it’s why I have this feeling that people don’t like anymore what I’m doing 😕

Besides : my animal crossing pixel art gained more than 8000 notes in less than three or two weeks (I couldn’t imagine to have as much likes and reblogs on something I made 😱) and the isagotchi pixel art I posted yesterday is near the 100 likes/reblogs in less than 8 hours, it’s something like trend I guess, as AC 2019 it’s a hot subject I guess other stuff are not being shown correctly anymore 😕 it’s just suggestions of what’s maybe going on
