Day 7 of liquid fasting
So far this is what I've been drinking:
coke zero βœ…
Sprite zero βœ… (only 1 can a day)
Extra sugar free peppermint ice gum βœ…
Black coffee / espresso βœ…
100% pure stevia βœ…
Green tea / matcha βœ…
I think I had monster ultra at some point which isn't the best but my main rule is the total can't go over 25 cals so yeah and it's a liquid fast anyway, but yeah that it so nothing else just that stuff :)

Sh>t I'm looking forward to eating after my long fast
Obviously I'm gonna brake it slowly and not just go bat sh>t
So to brake it I'm gonna have a small cod fillet with seaweed. Then wait 4 hours and have a more normal ish meal: 2 egg whites made into noodles (with a pipping bag just squeeze them straight into the boiling soup) the soup will be some easy to digest soup idk what yet
And for about 3 days I'll have increased portions of that easy to digest stuff thenn
Let the fun begin..
After that I'm having a whole packet of eat water konjac penne (18cal) with 55g lightest Philadelphia (1/3 tub = 47.85 cal) and 2 lightest baby bells
After that 3 tubs hartleys 10cal pot jelly probs orange cuz it's the lowest. Blend that with ice and omg it's actually amazing, then freeze for about 3 hours and re blend
Then I'll just restrict like normal :) planning on only eating soup and egg whites for a while and maybe Quorn chicken

When I started I weighed 137lbs Idk what I weigh now because I'm waiting till the end of my fast to weigh but I'm hoping I'll be in the 120s, fingers crossed
