I‘ve been pretty consistent with restricting for the past 3 days. It feels amazing but it‘s also a lot of pressure.
I‘m currently staying with my boyfriend till June 4th. (We‘re doing long-distance) It‘s been suprisingly easy to restrict which has never been that way. I usually gain so much when I‘m with him cause he eats A LOT

literally nothing
I‘m so proud of myself...i haven’t done a 24h fast in over a year but it‘s been so easy getting back into it!!
All I‘ve „eaten“ in the past 30 hours has been alcohol and a small bottle of lemonade I love it

food intake: may 28th 2021
breakfast: ——
lunch: ——
snack: one slice of extremely fudgy chocolate cake (idk probably less but I‘ll count 500 cals to be sure)
dinner: sushi (around 400 cals) + fanta (150 cal)
________
total: 1050 cals
it would have been a really good day but then I had to eat the cake bc it was my boyfriend’s sister’s birthday:/ it was like eating 5 chocolate bars and just covering them with nutella for extra chocolate...absolutely disgusting and just too much
