I can't believe that this portion only has 137 calories. It seems unreal, but I've calculated it multiple times. It's a huge portion which will keep you full for hours.
Recipe for 4 portions:
1.5l water
4 tbsp white miso paste
265g chickpeas
200g courgette
140g broccoli
100g onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp vegetable broth powder
some garlic powder and pepper
Calories per portion: 137
