GENERAL REMARKS: 

Patient displays severe lack of social skills with recurring signs of uncontrollable impulses and lack of self restraint. Actively engages to exploit and violate others with an inability to control anger or show self restraint, for personal pleasure or gain. Displays a rebellious nature with difficulty focusing and distorted thinking. Shows intense pleasure and relief when witnessing and starting fires. Patient is of homosexual orientation, in addition, shows strong sexual compulsory and behavior towards women primarily her age, escalating to go beyond legal or moral boundaries. Displays strong sexual drive and uncontrollable sexual desire. 

Officially diagnosed with Antisocial personality disorder, in addition to moderate to extreme signs of pyromania and nymphomania. 

CASE INFORMATION: 

Mal was raised in a physically and mentally abusive relationship with her mother. Was abandoned late in childhood and placed into foster care. Soon after began to rebel in breaking the law, harassment, and showing morbid attraction to fire as well as accused of sexual harassment and manipulation. Mal displays significant hostility, irritability, and aggression towards others, with no regard for safety of herself or others. Would frequently start fires, fights, and display risk taking and dangerous behaviors. Mal experiences suicidal thoughts and tendencies, resulting in an attempted suicide. Patient was admitted after clearance from hospitalization.
