#the only time i ever crack eggs is at work #but at work i crack like hundreds a day #and i am wearing gloves / resigned to the inevitability of egg slime all over #so i just smash them on the counter #and like 90% of the time the yolks don’t even break #for me cracking them on corners produces way more tiny shell bits #…(no spn rn only egg thoughts. all i can handle)
