I think most people exaggerate when they say that Aegon and Aemond hate each other. like yes, Aegon is jealous of Aemond because he gets the love of the family and is their pride, and is also someone he himself can never be, and Aemond is angry at Aegon, who does not act in accordance with his status as the firstborn and neglects his duties. but we also see how they actually interact, which cannot be said about any of them with Helaena.

In John's case, I wouldn't call it an unearned redemption, because it was more like a reminder to us and John himself that he can to make the right choice. This was repeatedly emphasized in the show. His character was well written and honestly far superior to the main characters, so I'm not surprised he has a future (To some extent, he is a survivor's mistake. the authors tried so hard to make him look terrible, but in the end he turned out to be the most realistic and likeable character for a wide audience).

In Sharon's case, she was treated horribly from the very beginning, and it's just disgusting and disappointing. to make matters worse, they positioned her in teasers as an ally and even promoted the idea of a trio, but in fact we were just tricked and they screwed up with her again. With mcu's attitude towards her, she simply has no chance, so I think it's even better if she doesn't reappear. At least until someone comes along who treats her well and is willing to try to write a convincing arch.

I really believed the writers of the show that they know their stuff, but from the example of these two, I understand that they don't know shit.
