Fighting with the post office. They're refusing to send me a refund for the 50$ I spent on shipping for packages they Straight Up Refused To Send Out because apparently polymailers less than 3/4" thick don't count as large envelopes now (even though they did back in September). So I have to pay shipping out of pocket at a higher cost [full packages]. I'm going out tomorrow to do so.

I'm super sorry for the inconvenience, I know this is frustrating for everyone including myself.

Fighting with the post office. When I sent out the first round of bundles they were fine with them being sent as "large envelopes" but now they're saying they must be shipped as packages. Please don't be surprised if your packages don't show up until late next week while I try to fight this 😔😔

If you are in the United States: You should get an email today saying your package has shipped (if you got a physical bundle). All of those packages are estimated to arrive to their destinations between Saturday (12/3) and Tuesday (12/6).

If you are OUTSIDE of the United States: I'm working on filling out the customs forms I'm required to and will hopefully be back at the post office later today/tomorrow morning to ship out those zines.

ALSO:

You will be seeing a refunded amount of $8. This is the amount that was charged individually for the two iron-on patches. Unfortunately we didn't make enough in sales after the production of the zines and all other merch to make the patches and be able to still ship out everything. You will still be getting everything else if your bundles though.

made it through the hurricane relatively unscathed but unfortunately a big chunk of my town including our post office has no power as of right now. i'm trying to keep up with updates from the electric company but everything is just "we can't give an estimate when power will be restored". Small update: Shipping was pushed back slightly because of an injury I got at work (urgent care says my finger isn't broken but it is bruised and swollen to the middle knuckle so...)

It should resume tomorrow! I just had to get a better splint so I could carry stuff.

Im aware there’s been some delays in shipping but are we ever gonna get a new estimated date on when exactly our zines will arrive?

I get that youre probably trying your best and things tend to come up… but for the shipping to first be delayed in May all the way to September of this year is a REALLY long wait

I hate to sound impatient but im sure the several people who both contributed and preordered might like to have some idea of where the project is still headed. even if it gets delayed again some updates on social media are better than not knowing the status at all

no i absolutely get it! ive been trying to stay on top of updated for my contributors but a lot of things have slipped through the cracks in regards to the social media which i absolutely apologize for. if i get my way tomorrow i will be shipping out everything tomorrow morning (sunday, september 18th) and i'll be sending out shipping info by wednesday (september 21st) at the latest

i guarantee its just as frustrating for me (2 bouts of covid, a pneumonia scare, and a couple other medical things, plus work schedule changes among everything else) as it is for y'all. i want nothing more than for everything to calm down long enough for me to toss these babies in the bin at the post office and see everyone's reactions to the zine!

Yep! Just send us an email and I'll make sure to get that updated. I've had two other people email and let me know so I've held off on shipping. We'll probably be sending out a last call for address changes email just to make sure!

I am so so sorry shipping has been delayed so much. Real life issues decided to wack me in the face (another fucking covid scare because my coworkers won't wear masks, car issues so i cant go to the post office, my work schedule got completely rearranged) so right now i've mainly just been getting bundles put together. i SHOULD be mailing them out this week (or at least starting to) and i apologize so much for the inconvenience.

Update: Delay

So. My wallet got stolen today and I have to push back shipping until I can get all of my stuff replaced, since I have no way to access the zine funds to ship without at least my debit card.

I'm so very very sorry to anyone who was excited to get their zine soon! Zines SHOULD be sent out by roughly mid-May (it will take 7-10 business days to get my replacement cards).
