What is a capsule wardrobe?

Capsule wardrobe is a term coined by Susie Faux, the owner of a London boutique called "Wardrobe" in the 1970s. According to Faux, a capsule wardrobe is a collection of a few essential items of clothing that don't go out of fashion, such as skirts, trousers, and coats, which can then be augmented with seasonal pieces.

So this was really hard for me to begin you guys. I've literally been swiming in clothes ever since i realized i could have a sense of style. And getting rid of my WHOLE wardrobe to get down to a 30 item wardrobe has been exhausting and emotional but also reliveing and exciting. I work 6 days a week and dont tend to have a lot of time to wear regular clothes, but when i did want to do something i had a hard time getting dressed because of all the clothes i had. Obviously i kept a fee items that aren't on this list but those items were things i truly loved not just liked. But the idea is that most of these items on this list you should already have and then whatever else is left you would just purchase either all together or with time like me who doesn't have a tonnnnn of spending money.

Its been hard but I'm excited to show you the items I've ordered and than show you the full wardrobe once its complete.
