A lot of Greek Myths have Leda’s children (Castor and Pollux & Clytemnestra and Helen of Troy) were born from from eggs because Zeus was a swan at the time. Could they kill Macbeth under the Unusual Birth Clause?
The specifics of these myths vary widely depending on what source you're pulling from (most of them can't even agree on whether or not Castor and/or Pollux were mortal or immortal), so it's impossible to say for certain, but yes, in the interpretations that these children were hatched from an egg, they would all be able to kill Macbeth under the Unconventional Birth Clause. Additionally, Clytemnestra and Helen of Troy would be able to kill him regardless due to the Gender Clause.

Not sure if this qualifies as a valid question. Obviously any magical girl from Madoka could kill Macbeth, gender clause. BUT. Do you think that a magical girl with enough potential could wish for a man of woman born to kill Macbeth and it could happen?
Yes, Madoka Kaname from Puella Magi Madoka Magica could kill Macbeth!
Tumblr media
In the anime, Kyuubey states that Madoka has become powerful enough to alter the laws of the universe itself if she wished for it. I would say this is definitely enough to count as a Unique Exception, being able to circumvent Macbeth's prophecy, though even if you don't agree for whatever reason, she herself still could do to the Gender Clause.
Madoka Kaname was also submitted by @the-library-of-forgotten-endings. Thank you both for your submission!

Momo-Taro from Japanese mythology. He was not born, but rather emerged from within a giant peach
Yes, Momotarō from Japanese Folklore could kill Macbeth!
Tumblr media
He was found when an elderly couple spotted a giant peach floating down the river by their home. When the couple split the peach open to eat it, the baby Momotarō was there in place of the pit, and explained that he had been bestowed by the gods to be their son. This applies him for the Unconventional Birth Clause and (somewhat arguably) Birth Parent Clause!

Xemmnas from kingdom hearts 2.
I swear this is the last extra wierd nobody, I just have no clue how you'd see all of this, and him vs a standard.
Yes, Xemnas from the Kingdom Hearts series could kill Macbeth!
Tumblr media
He is the nobody of Terra-Xehanort, meaning that he applies for the Unconventional Birth Clause and Birth Parent Clause! I'm sure that there's some other nuance that I'm not finding here, but trying to read the plot of Kingdom Hearts on the wiki is like trying to walk through a brick wall. Could a man of woman born kill macbeth indirectly?
For example lets say that macbeth is on a planet marked for exterminatus, and both the person who orders it and the people who virus bomb the planet or crack it's core can't kill him, would the fact that the planet is being bombarded with a virus that destroys all life or the planet is being cracked in half be able to kill him?
I would be inclined to say no. If this planetary destruction would not have happened if not for the actions of these hypothetical men of women born, then they would be attributed with the kill and thus incapable of killing him.
I know it seems a bit... impossible for Macbeth to survive such a situation, but prophecies work in mysterious ways, and fate would, in this scenario, have some sort of out for him. For example, maybe a ship somewhere in the galaxy has a bug with its teleporter, and Macbeth is accidentally transported onto that ship lightyears away mere moments before being killed. Or perhaps the destruction of the planet fails to activate completely.

bubby from hlvrai.
actually, all the characters from hlvrai
Ok, so, we've covered Bubby specifically before:
But I do think that there's an interesting discussion here when it comes to the cast as a whole. The verdict entirely depends on whether we're looking at the surface-level narrative or the narrative within the narrative. The whole premise is that Gordon is someone playing a game in-universe, and the AI of this game has become sentient. So, in that respect, all the AI characters could kill Macbeth, since they were programmed instead of born.
However, at the same time, there is a story within this fictional game with origins for most if not all of these characters. Bubby's origin just so happens to also be artificial creation within the game's narrative, but the main case of debate here is Dr. Coomer. He has a moment where he proclaims "[he] came from the surface, from [his] mommy and daddy." We can infer that this means that, within the story of the game, Dr. Coomer is of woman born. But outside of the game's story, Dr. Coomer is an AI- in fact, he's the character who displays this most often out of any of them- so it's very unclear whether or not he should count for UBC.
So, in the respect that they are AI: all of them apply for the Unconventional Birth Clause and possibly Birth Parent Clause. But in the respect of the game's story, then Coomer could NOT kill Macbeth, Bubby could under UBC and BPC, and Tommy and Benry are left ambiguous (Tommy is said to be G-Man's son, but we don't know exactly how that happened mechanically). And, of course, Gordan himself is the same either way, being ambiguous and presumably unable to kill Macbeth.

could the Cogmind (from Cogmind) kill macbeth?
Yes, the Cogmind from the eponymous Cogmind could kill Macbeth!
Tumblr media
Being a robot that continuously rebuilds itself, it presumably applies for all three Clauses. That being said, this ruling could very well be inaccurate, as I couldn't find any good resources for the story or lore surrounding Cogmind.
Thank you for your submission!
((Also I deeply apologize for my prolonged absence. A lot has been going on IRL for me, and I've been finding it incredibly difficult to find much motivation for this anymore, unfortunately, but I do want to try and get back into it. Sorry I never announced any sort of break or anything; I guess I just didn't want to admit to myself that I needed time off. This doesn't necessarily mean that I'm back, especially not to my regular posting frequency, but I'll be trying my best. Thanks for understanding.))

Can Death (from Discworld) kill Macbeth?
Yes, Death from Terry Pratchett's Discworld series could kill Macbeth!
Tumblr media
In regards to the Gender Clause, it gets a bit complicated, as Death seems to generally be alright with masculine terms and he/him pronouns, though Death's gender identity is wildly different across different translations. This is mainly due to the fact that these languages will have inherit genders tied to different concepts, and in many of these, death is often referred to with feminine pronouns, and so there's a bit of confusion there. (Apparently, the Czech translation deals with this by making his name a non-existent masculine equivalent to their feminine word for death.) For now, we'll be leaving Death off of the Gender Clause, but that is not to say that there's no ground for discussion on that front, of course.
As for the Unconventional Birth Clause and Birth Parent Clause, Discworld's Death is very much a primordial entity- perhaps more accurately, a primordial concept- and thus was never exactly born, and certainly not of a woman. The character of Death has always been and always will be, similar to the concept of death itself. So, Death applies for both UBC and BPC!
As for whether or not Death counts as a Unique Exception, I'm leaning a bit more strongly towards no. There is a case to be made, of course, that Macbeth dying in any way would be Death killing him, but in the Discworld books, Death as a character seems to be very heavily discouraged from meddling in mortal affairs and killing anyone directly. Instead, he acts more as someone who comes to take you away after you have already died. Now, Discworld's Death does seem to be a transdimensional entity, and this whole thing of being "discouraged from directly meddling in mortal affairs" may very well be a rule he must only abide by within Discworld, and he would be free to kill as he pleased in a different universe (say, one with Macbeth in it). But either way, we've already confirmed Death's ability to kill Macbeth through UBC and BPC, and considering that, these explanations feel like a bit too much of a stretch for me, so I won't be categorizing Death as a Unique Exception.
Thank you for your submission! (And big thanks to my mom for helping me out with this one!)

She applies for the Gender Clause and Unconventional Birth Clause, spontaneously waking up within the unoccupied body of Fu Hua. Birth Parent Clause also may or may not apply depending on how you credit her creation.
