There’s nothing more important to me than providing my customers with a product they expect while throwing in little goodies they don’t expect. I remember the first time I got something unexpected from a package. It was nothing special. A tiny plastic dinosaur. But. I remembered it and it made me smile. I still have that little guy somewhere. What a cool opportunity I have in shipping orders that I get to send some love and fun to random strangers. I genuinely do appreciate my customers so much. I pick little things I think they will like...send the #notquit story and stickers to my fellow #lymewarriors , corresponding buttons or stickers to the item they picked, an army man, and even a random dinosaur ☺️, and always, a note I wrote saying thanks. May is #lymediseaseawarenessmonth if you know me at all, you know how important spreading awareness about this disease is to me. Lyme started changing my life 8 years ago and it has been one horrible journey. I have been lucky enough to have wonderful support throughout my battle but my heart aches for those who don’t.
