How to start a bujo without a beautiful page cover, then an inspiring quote, and of course... the key. You may not use all the same as others, but remember a bujo must fullfil you needs, not to be the fullest in term of keys.

I don't have to say much about the calendex since it's a big basic thing. It helps me to knows where are bank hollidays and days work.

Future log is a classic in bujo. It's a lot like a calendex, but you can add extra info about the monthly events to come.

Blog intro

Hello and welcome to my bullet journal blog !

I’m Cherry Draws, a French artist who loves creating. You can call me Cherry or Kohga. I’m a huge fan of Japanese culture (food, traditions, liftestyle and history), animes, videogames, Creepypasta, My Little Pony and, of course, The Legend Of Zelda. I started drawing when I was in middle school and then never stopped. I also practice cosplay, origamis, scrapbooking and writting.

I've been bullet journaling since 2019, and believe my experience, it's not as easy as it look ! Also, I made so much mistakes that I can't even count them. I even failed giving up and never touch a bujo again. But... I wanted to have a beautiful one. Because I knew it would help me to organize myself better.

My very first one from 2019 was in a traditional bujo notebook. Since I missed a bunch of pages, I chose to do my next one in a workbook. It was so LONG to make, and extra work to do, because I had to cut the pages so they could fit in my workbook. Besides, it didn't look beautiful, neither aestetic. The only good point it that I could change the pages easier.

What did I do then ? Getting back to the traditional notebook, but starting the page with sketching. It may sound simple, but trust me, it changes EVRYTHING. It won't prevent you from mistakes, but it will reduce them a lot. When I miss a page, I just pick up a white page and stick on in it.

I’m decided to create this blog to share my bujo adventure, but I also love meeting new people, so don’t be shy to talk to me, PM me or leave me some comments, I would truly appreciate that.
