im not sure if its just me or if something happened to your blog but whenever i try to go on your blog then all that shows up is a white screen with a loading thing in the middle.... ive kept it open for like 20 mins now and it still hasnt "loaded".... you can see your posts by adding /mobile to your url (thats how i sent this ask lol)
sigh, wouldnt surprise me. Tumblr has screwed up all of my other blogs, so why not this one as well? I’ll look into it, but I’m not sure why this is happening. After the last update, all of my blogs have broken in some fashion, but I’ll see if there’s anything I can do.

Somehow the links to detailed analyses are all not working? It's comparatively easy to find the main index from the forum, so it's not really a big deal, but...
No, it kind of IS a big deal, because that means the entire analysis list is broken, and I have no idea why.
I am looking into the issue right now, but as of currently, it looks as if Tumblr’s “add a URL’ cuts off the url to the forums, which causes it to constantly redirect to a non-existent thread. I don’t know why tumblr would have such a short character limit on their ‘add a url’ section, but that’s what it’s doing and because there’s no way to edit or look at the url after it’s added to the post (It’s not part of the post’s HTML), I don’t know how to fix it.
I don’t really have time right now, but I will look into it. Seems this happened after one of the recent updates. I’m not really pleased about it, but I will have to manually put it headers with links to the analyses, editing all of the ones we currently have up here.

Do you think a Cheetah and a King Cheetah would have different analysis'?
Nope. Kind Cheetahs are just a color morph of the regular cheetah, and their analyses would be the same. If you choose to project your daemon as a king cheetah, that’s totally up to you and your personal choice. I also wouldn’t blame you if you did; their markings are freaking glorious.

Are extinct animals okay forms? Not, say, a dinosaur, but something with extant relatives.
I outline it here, but essentially extinct forms -unless they were incredibly well-studied-  and their behavior was extensively recorded, are a no-go. This is simply because the only thing on parts of their behavior is speculation, and will never be anything but speculation. Even animals like the thylacine or the passenger pigeon may be non-viable, simply due to the missing pockets of information on their behavior. Since we analyze form personalities based on behavior, it's pretty difficult to get all the pieces when they are missing forever. If you think there are extinct forms out there that are better-studied, then you can always take a stab at them, but for the most part they are not going to be able to be properly analyzed.

What a precious little animal! This is an Atlantic ghost crab, a small Crustacea that lives in the sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast. Those black, thoughtful-looking little eyes sit on stalks that can move 360°, so that they can look all around them even when they are buried in the sand. A useful adaptation indeed for such gentle, vulnerable little introverts.

Like the fish earlier this week comes here yet another status-oriented personality - this time a bird. The long-tailed manakin is also laid-back, both with socialising and with work, but committed, loyal and cooperative. All this adds up to a bird that is as cute as it is interesting!

I must admit: few things are as exciting to read as a brand new fish analysis. And what a fish this is, too! The bluestreak cleaner wrasse feeds on parasites and dead skin cells from other fishes' skin - they "clean them", hence their name. They often work together in pairs or groups and rarely stray far from their homes. So instead they form permanent cleaning stations, open for any client-fish to come visit for a lovely under-water spa-day!

This miniature mammal is the Spix's disk-winged bat. It has been given its name because of a fascinating adaptation: they use little adhesive disks, on top of their wings, to stick to the slippery leaves they use as homes. They are also some of very few bats that do not hang head-down. If these animals interest you, you are going to be excited to hear about their personality, as well! Look below to find out just how their bat behaviour translates into human personality.

Analyses Now Updated with Personality Tags!
That way, folks can search for a personaltiy type and have it come up with the analyses it is tagged as! Hopefully now people of a certain MBTI/Enneagram/Hogwarts House/D&D can search to their hearts content and maybe see and understand why a certain form or personality typing does/does not fit them!
Happy personality finding, everyone!

i could (and often do) stay on your ESFJ tag for hours. thanks so much for all the work you mods do on this blog!
Thanks! We're still working on getting all the analyses caught up with the proper personality typings tagged, but we are close and I’m glad that extra effort to organize is paying off! I also hope it helps those looking into certain MBTI typings to see what a personality with that typing is like, and perhaps what they have in common (like how Fe translates in analysis, or Ni!).

Note
What kinds of forms work alone, but play in groups? Is that combination possible?
Definitely. Mongooses come instantly to mind, especially yellow mongooses, which forage alone but live and depend on small family groups. White-nosed coatis are also like this; the females live in large groups together, but they forage and raise their babies alone. In short, the combination is possible and probably far more common than you think.
My advice is to look for behaviors where an animal may congregate and live in a group, but tends to forage, raise young, or defend their territory alone. These kinds of people probably depend on their social group for comfort and support, but need to focus and be alone to work and get projects done. This can occur in birds, reptiles, fish, or mammals, so make note of social behaviors when checking out a form, to make sure it works best for you.
