So I was sitting in my tuition doing my work with my airpods in and the guys from our class were playing with their cricket ball and occasionally it would other benches and my bench too and I was obviously pissed off and then a guy from their group came and asked for a the ball that had fallen behind my bench and I flipped him off🥲🥲I would've never done that but a mix of annoyance and anxiety led me to do that

I get severe anxiety when someone asks anything to me therefore I always nod and smile when someone greets me cuz thats the most sensible thing that comes to my mind in the anxiety mess
