My brain will just create new WIPs against my will, it’ll just start going, I have no say in which one I work on, in fact, WIP actually stands for Writer in Peril, help

Do you ever just hate everyone?
Reid spinning on his chair in the bullpen: Do you ever just hate everyone you meet?
JJ on her way to the conference room with another file in hand: What?
Reid: Yeah, what, nothing. Wheels up?
Hotch from the balcony: This opportunity comes once in a lifetime, Reid.
Morgan: Hear that, Pretty Boy?
Reid: Heard, Sir!
Rossi: Sigh...
Prentiss: And we pretend to 'catch' serial killers.

Today my dad told me that out of all the kids my life is the most stable, and a was fucking surprised. Sir, the only person I talk to is my cat, and I’ve watched LotR every day this week. I may have a routine, but there is no mental stability

Lifelines
It's so funny how tumblr exhibits your activity like your life is on the line.
If you don't engage for weeks, there's this long, straight line of nothing. Then bam, one good reblog and your heart is pumping.

TW War.
Sometimes I think we need to remember that War looks like this. We don't often get this vantage point, even in this day and age of "constant coverage".
Fiction predates reality all too often, even when it mimics history. Why do we keep repeating it?
Every human is a human. War is an atrocity. There is no winner. Everyone loses.

Rest Your Bones Next to Me
for @domestikhighway58 for the Criminal Minds Gift Exchange
Chapter: 1/2 | 2.3k words
There’s a flicker of clarity—one second of recognition—the adrenaline keeping the alpha on his feet fading as Spencer speaks, making eye contact with the agent.
“You’re real?” He whispers after a minute, making the omega’s chest ache, fighting the urge to run to the alpha and comfort him.
“I’m real,” He nods instead, watching the relief and exhaustion appear across the alpha’s face, his shoulders sagging with a shuttering sob, nearly collapsing before Spencer lunges forward to catch him. “I’m real; this is real. You’re okay.”

if alphas in the omegaverse knew that we referred to it as the "omegaverse" and not the "alphaverse," they'd throw a fit
