i qm really proud of my day yesterday so i am going to start writing my portions to stay motivated ;))
breakfast: ate 2 multivitamin gums (i love those because they are 2cal each and help me get the vitamins i need in my body + its yummy)
lunch: had a wrap (230cal)
dinner: nothing :)
snacks: surprisingly i didn’t want to eat any snacks the only thing i drank outside of lunch was a diet coke (0cal) and another zero calorie drink so yeah
total: 234cal
