Last time I went out, first time in a while I saw my friends (god knows when I'll see them again). Wore something comfortable to walk 2+ hours all the way to my friend’s place to avoid public transport (I was wearing sneakers). That was 2 weeks ago. I have reached the end of my backlog for the first time in years... I still have some old unposted pictures from 2019; we will see if I'll edit those. Outfit rundown: Jacket: second-hand Métamorphose, temps de fille Wool pants: vintage Turtleneck, bag and hat: thrifted Boots: Sperry topsider Fox pin: Little Rose Planet Maitake earrings: _TAKANO__ on Twitter Other brooches are either thrifted or from artists I don't remember Belt: handmade by a cobbler in Montreal

As a fan of architecture, I had been meaning to check out the Jiyu Gakuen Miyonichikan (自由学園明日館), an old school designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and built in 1921, for a while, and I finally managed to go last week. They have uncommon opening days for visits because they host a lot of weddings and meetings, so you need to check their calendar on their website. Anyway, like the nerd I am, I dressed up in the colours of the building. I posted the pictures of the building separately HERE. Outfit rundown: Hat: Vintage Cardigan: thrifted Fint Blouse: old FF21 Skirt: second-hand Mary Magdalene Bag: second-hand Axes Femme Shoes: second-hand Queen Bee Coat: Mary Magdalene Tights: Taobao from a long time ago Painting brooch: vintage Wood harp brooch: Zack Zack Seiffen Stamp cat brooch: Via Carousel Shiso earrings: I can't remember the artist from Design Festa

Wearing lolita brands, but in a totally non-lolita way, part 167 (tweed and velvet edition) That's also the last outfit I photographed in 2021 before my health degraded again. That day, I walked around the Shimoochiai/Ochiai/Nakai area and stumbled upon interesting things like the Liwei café and Hayashi Fumiko's house (see those pictures on my Instagram post).
Jacket: second-hand Métamorphose, temps de fille Skirt: second-hand Mary Magdalene Bag: second-hand Jean Paul Gaultier Shoes: thrifted Yosuke Heattech turtleneck: Uniqlo Stamp patch: second-hand Jane Marple Wood harp brooch: Zack Zack Seiffen Belt: thrifted Earrings: thrifted Velvet headbow: from another dress Tights and scarf: can't remember lol

Every single day, I have to do a block run on Tumblr. That consists of going through my new followers, reblogs and likes to spot all the porn, sissy, nazi, tradwifes, prolifers, etc. accounts and block them. Every day, I block more than 10 accounts. EVERY DAY. I like Tumblr's blog format, but that is extremely tiring.

Long solo walk in early December to buy bread and visit 2 kissas and many parks. "Fall" colours are usually at their peak in early December in Tokyo, so that's why I always end up posting "fall" pictures in December and January. Pictures of the walk on my Instagram post.
Bonus points if you find the hidden baguette.

Well, I guess that's my last post of the year. It's my yearly Suginami ginkgo picture (I have been doing it for three years now). I don't have anything positive to write about this year (or the previous one), so I'll leave it that way, with pretty pictures, as I usually do. Outfit rundown: Dress: second-hand Innocent World Cardigan: Fint Tights: old Verum by Grimoire Shoes: Hush Puppies Belt: thrifted Heattech turtleneck: Uniqlo Bag: offbrand Hat: second-hand Innocent World Jewellery is either thrifted or from artist markets (ginkgo earrings are by an artist called Takano on Twitter)

In November, Mia and I went to Curry Station Niagara, a train themed curry restaurant (don't ask why it's called Niagara, there was literally nothing Canadian in there). Pictures cannot show the vibe of the place, and how the food was served by a miniature train on a rail, so I'll do a Reel to show that (only on my Instagram, sorry). After eating, we went to the Accessory Museum, where they were holding a handbag exhibition, but since I had never been there, I looked at the whole permanent exhibition, which was extremely impressive (I took a lot of pictures, but here are only two). On my way back home, I passed by a small cheese shop called ユーロアール (Euro Art?), where a very enthusiastic owner got really excited by the fact that I knew my cheese well. The outfit rundown is on my previous outfit post.

Another case where I combined pieces from lolita brands in a totally non-lolita way. Also another case where I took pictures of all the angles of this outfit, but got really overwhelmed when it was time to edit them. In November, I went to a train themed kissa, followed by an old handbag and accessory exhibition, so those were my inspiration for this outfit. I'll post the pictures of the actual activities in a second post because there are already enough pictures as it is.
Outfit rundown: Skirt: old thrifted Victorian Maiden Jacket: second-hand Innocent World Hat: vintage Tapestry bag: vintage Shoes: old Clarks Belt: vintage Doll head brooch: Fuwari Rococo scene brooch: vintage Earrings: Phantom Jewellery Cutsew: Boutique 1861

Back in early December, I went to Kurumed (a nutcracker themed café) for lunch with @sapphira-doll. Sapphira told me she would dress up Christmasy, so I did the same. She had to go home after lunch, so I decided to walk a while and visit the area. For pictures of the café and walk, see my Instagram post. Outfit rundown: Dress: old Mary Magdalene Jacket: vintage Collar: Axes Femme Hat: thrifted Axes Femme with added Mary Magdalene corsage Bag: thrifted Axes Femme Shoes: thrifted Yosuke Doll head brooch: Fuwari Candle holder earrings: Phantom Jewellery Crest brooch holding the jacket closed: vintage
