I love how some people still try to defend Disney and try to tell us how progressive they can be about relationship and mental health. Like. Lmao ? Get real wtf. Fucking Disney, where are the leftist ? I enjoy watching some of these movies time to time when I'm in depression, but they're not good movies when we talk about the stories (except few exceptions like brother bears and Lilo & stitch who are neat to me.).

If your only argument is "it's better than nothing" or "at least they improved and we should tell them", well they just lowered your standards very low and you should learn more about these topics or watch better movies for your own sake and stop spreading misinformations and personal opinions like it matters, you'll just lowered the standards of confused people.

When I watch some of these movies about childhood it feels like a fucking insult yk. It just feels like some parents got a job at Disney and talk about their lives and dreams on the screen in a pathetic naive way, hoping to reconciliate toxic parents with their traumatized child. Fuck that. Excuse are fine, but not enough, deal with it. They also depict adolescent in fucking stereotype but you seems so happy about it, idk why you're happy to be depicted like that but have fun.
