TESTIFYING:

RIDOH is required to provide reasons for not accepting revisions that we suggest to them. Suggest language revisions such as “RIDOH will implement a mask mandate on children when it can demonstrate with numerous randomized control trials that masks prevent infection and transmission.” Or, “ "There will be no regulation requiring masking in schools for the alleged prevention of respiratory viral infections until evidence of their effectiveness has been demonstrated convincingly by multiple, rigorous randomized, controlled clinical trials." Or, “RIDOH will not implement a mask mandate because RIDOH cannot support its regulation with quality science.” Force them to explain why they reject science.

QUESTIONS FOR RIDOH:

How have they assessed the effects of their mask mandates on:

social connections?

On language acquisition?

On reading?

On speech development?

On learning?

On mental health?

On connections?

On oxygen levels and heart rates?

On facial recognition?

On social development?

If masks work, why did RIDOH propose a regulation to give itself power to impose mandates WITHOUT SCIENCE. (listen to an explanation of what happened HERE)

Cochran is the gold star of science. Why has RIDOH not even addressed its finding that masks make no difference in the transmission of respiratory viruses?

If masks work, why did the FL grand jury conclude that, “We have never had sound evidence of their effectiveness against SARS-CoV-2 transmission in the form of reliable RCTs that demonstrated statistically significant benefits.”? The jury addressed the, “flawed observational and laboratory data the CDC has published to justify its Guidance.” They concluded that, “This is a “quality” problem, not a “quantity” problem. The number of published studies available cannot serve as a substitute for the quality of the underlying science upon which they are based” (2/2/24)

Where’s the evidence that masks prevent infection and transmission?

Why are they ignoring RCTs (actual science) in lieu of much lower quality observational studies?

Where’s the quality data to support the efficacy of masks? We’re no longer in a state of emergency. Why has RIDOH still not demonstrated mask efficacy?

Where’s the quality data to support the safety of masks? It’s 2024. If RIDOH does not produce evidence that prolonged mask use is harmless and safe for children, then they are willfully ignorant.

How have they assessed the associated cost of masking children for 8 hours a day?

What science do they have to prove that forcing a mask on a child for 35+ hours a week is safe for their developing bodies?

How have they assessed the effects of imposed mask use on mental health, particularly in light of the temporal relationship between mandates and the exploding mental health crisis?

What data do they have to exonerate their mandates from?

How much did masks contribute to the documented learning loss that our children suffered during mandates?

How have they exonerated masks from a causal relationship between the DOCUMENTED learning loss that our children suffered and the mandates that were forced on them?

Why should we ignore all the science?

Why should we ignore an unfolding cascade of data that undermines their mandates?

Covid mRNA technology Mandates?

Navigating through the covid regulations and restrictions and infringements on our rights has been a whirlwind of chaos for us all. From masks that lack data to support requiring to be worn, to now mRNA technology being coined as a "vaccine" for Covid 19 being required. HCRI has been in the trenches doing the best we can to answer questions and help guide citizens, unfortunately that meant less time to post and update the website itself. We are sincerely grateful for all the support of the community, as the lead team is dedicated to this work, and enjoys speaking to and helping each of you. So now what? Colleges in RI are telling students they have to have a "vaccine" (that by definition of a vaccine this covid 19 is not) and then infringing on religious rights by implying they have the power to question your religious beliefs. Neither are within the authority of any college in RI, however they word it as if they do. See our page here for Covid vs College. The bottom line is this: mandating products authorized for Emergency Use Authorization status (EUA) violates federal law as detailed in the following legal notifications. All COVID vaccines, COVID PCR and antigen tests, and masks are merely EUA-authorized, not approved or licensed, by the federal government. Long-term safety and efficacy have not been proven. EUA products are by definition experimental, which requires people be given the right to refuse them. Under the Nuremberg Code, the foundation of ethical medicine, no one may be coerced to participate in a medical experiment. Consent of the individual is “absolutely essential.” Earlier this year, Mary Holland, Children’s Health Defense president and general counsel, and attorney Greg Glaser stated that federal law prohibits employers from mandating EUA COVID vaccines (or EUA COVID-19 tests or masks). Holland and Glaser wrote: “If a vaccine has been issued EUA by the FDA, it is not fully licensed and must be voluntary. A private party, such as an employer, school or hospital cannot circumvent the EUA law, which prohibits mandates. Indeed, the EUA law preventing mandates is so explicit that there is only one precedent case regarding an attempt to mandate an EUA vaccine.” What to do if your school or employer says you must get the COVID vaccine The Children’s Health Defense legal team has written three legal notifications that anyone faced with a COVID vaccine, COVID test or mask mandate can use to inform employers and universities that they are violating federal law. (the 3 links in this paragraph are pdf documents you can print out) It’s critical to stand against mandates and preserve legally protected, fundamental human rights on issues related to health freedom. Don’t fall prey to coercion and pressure, use the resources available to protect your legal rights.

SHOW UP IN PERSON. Show Bodies. Even if not giving verbal testimony. Show up. Gather your friends, family etc. If there was ever a time to leave work early. IT IS TODAY.

The bills being heard today will prevent discrimination and protect your medical choices specifically regarding vaccination.

THIS IS HUGE. This makes it so that jobs, schools, and anything else, can NOT take action against you for vaccine choices. Two bills are specific to only the Covid vaccine, 1 bill H5884 will protect discrimination with any vaccine choice. 

 1) EMAIL WRITTEN TESTIMONY. This is very important as it becomes part of the record on file, and can be referred to and read later. Not all members of the committee may be in attendance for verbal testimony.

• *Written Testimony must be submitted prior to 1:30 PM on Thurs March, in order for it to be provided to the members of the committee at the hearing and to be included in the meeting records. It is still good to email if you miss the deadline as the vote will not happen today, but they need to see how much SUPPORT for this prior to meeting.

 2) Verbal Testimony. You will sign in on a sheet at the door of the house lounge.

This is NOT the time to debate vaccines or the covid vaccine and its safety or lack there of. These bills are about protecting the right to CHOICE and not being discriminated against. Having the vaccination debate will appear to make these bills just against vaccination. Which they are not. One will fully prevent ever mandating the covid vaccine, the other 2 are to not be discriminated against for your choices.

Please be sure your testimony speaks to how discrimination is not acceptable for any form of life, and it is important that this choice in our lives is not discriminated against anymore than our religious belief system, or our sexuality.

•  Usually 2 minutes. You can make reference to, but do not read what you wrote in your e-mail. This is the time to speak directly and from the heart.

The citizens of RI deserve to have our private choices protected and not be discriminated against. There have been so many families that have trouble with jobs and college, and even what doctors they can see. Simply because they have opted out of 1 or more vaccines for their family. Religious rights has always been protected. Yet when we have a strongly held belief system and opt out of vaccines for our belief system, the choice not to vaccinate is till discriminated against in many ways. Which is discriminating against our religious rights at the same time. However, by context we are unable to file complaints for discrimination against our belief system. These two Bills are EXTREMELY important and I STRONGLY urge you to pass them onto the floor of the house. We need to protect our citizens and what choices and beliefs they have and do for their families. Too many have had unfair actions taken against them for not having a vaccine or more then one vaccine.

The covid vaccine should never be mandated under any circumstances. This technology is still in experimental stages. The definition of “vaccine” was even changed in medical reference writing to include this vaccine technology. Since it does not create the same type of reaction from T cells and what vaccines have been known to. This is something very new to our world. The disease itself shows very low to almost none of serious implications for anyone under the age of 21. Still low but not as low to most healthy adults. The at risk adults will still have the choice to recieve a medical procedure such as a vaccine if they want to, however no one should be mandated to get it. Families should be able to evaluate their own risk of disease vs risk of vaccine and determine what is best for them. Please PASS this bill, prevent any mandate of this vaccine or variation of this vaccine.
