I get attached easily

not just to people but to tv shows and youtubers; Netflix is my weakness. I will binge watch the same show for weeks without end, watch youtube videos about it then try to convince other people to watch it with me. I found this “flaw” of mine -this bad habit- and I decided to make a lifestyle change. I have not watched the show that I obsess over in about two weeks, instead if I feel like watching something I have been watching inspirational TED Talks and it has made a huge difference. 

It’s not easy to stop a bad habit but if it’s keeping you from being happy then it is not only possible, it’s necessary.

I always get depressed on January 1st, the year is gone and all the things I wish I did during the year have past. Now it’s a new year, a new year to not take chances and become who I want to be and not do the things I dream of.
