Hermione visits Krum and discovers Draco took his final year of magical education there to get away from it all...

I wanted to do a really elaborate beautifully painted comic. Or just one frame of breathtaking Durmstrang Draco with shining silver locks 😅 I ended up colouring my sketch (the one with scaled pixels *gasp!). I also copied my own Draco from previous work. I do that a lot because I’m lazy for consistency.

Just some thoughts.

I see a lot of people hating on enemies to lovers ships by saying “its nice for there to not be a toxic relationship portrayed on screen for once.”

And while I take issue with dismissing everything you don’t like as ‘toxic’ i think it also runs deeper into creativity. I’ve just gotten into darklina and spoilers- alina ends up with Mal. I need someone to show when this doesn’t happen in a high fantasy story, because in my opinion it happens constantly. It happened to Hermione too! I actually think that it would be out of the norm for enemies to lovers to end up together unless a story is written specifically for them. I hope Netflix makes the show more interesting and deep by showing the complexity of both alina and the darkling, instead of relying on the ever so often used trope of having childhood friends end up together. Especially in modern times i think the concept of good and evil is so often debated it would be interesting to see a character grow and change but whatever, this whole post will be dismissed because i support ‘toxic’ ships, which btw are fiction and hurting nobody ❤️
