#legit I don't understand folks who have autocorrect turned on #well. I guess I can understand a bit‚ since I definitely can't spell for shit (especially confounding given my sizable vocabulary) #but I just use the suggestions bar extensively‚ plus I recently learned I can get even my phone to put the squiggles under mistyped words #(for those times when the autocomplete still can't hack it) #but my phone is NOT allowed to change what I have typed unless I explicitly press a button to have it do so #for the short time I had it on (before permanently putting it on my “settings to change on any new phone” list)‚ autocomplete sucked #having to notice the little popup of what it's about to change‚ and go out of my way to tell it not to? no thanks #like tbh I probably spend more time typing as consequence of basically always using the very same autocomplete‚ but manually #but feeling so much more in control is well worth it to me personally #anyways no shade to folls who do use autocorrect (I've apparently talked myself into respecting it‚ given how close my typing mode is to it) #but super not for me‚ no thanks =P #uhhh‚ but yeah‚ good meme lol

#damn‚ the struggle between being normal about this sensible chuckle of a joke #and the pedant brain move to point out that there's a little security through obscurity on the go here #since if someone knew you used this meyhod‚ they could key their brute forcing to use clumps of nearby keys on the keyboard #and also very minimal upper cases and symbols‚ since the odds of getting a simultaneous shift keypress with most keys is so small #thought tbh if you're doing this‚ then you're definitely using a password manager‚ since memorizing that'd be impossible #so if you're not using the random generator most managers have‚ you're probably still at least using sufficient cat characters (catacters?) #uhhh. anyways. *sensible chuckle* and soforth‚ don't mind me =P
