omg yes!!!! it's like if they are considered feminine or use it to their advantage it makes them worthless so they always need to act the contrary to be more important and there is almost no female friendship because they are always put against each other. it's always a "feminine woman" that is called a whore because what an absurd that a woman in what could be medieval times has no habilities with weapons vs the "masculine woman" who is the master of everything and hates anything that people could ever associate with other courtly ladies
why in every daemon fanfic when the oc is rhaenyra's sister she needs to have 18 dragons, be the best fighter of westeros, have valyrian magic and later when married she gives birth to like 35 kids all healthy with the most weird names ever?? not counting when the oc is purely valyrian and has a name from other house like lyanna, sansa or smth. I do believe that people should write what they feel comfortable with but it doesn't make any sense

Deadly Kiss
Daemon Targaryen x Original Female Character
Tumblr media
sumary: Daemon Targaryen loved the great things in life, but none was as loved as the Lady Aelnerys. 1.5k words
Chapter Four
Tumblr media
Gaahil Isles,  NarrowSea.
Third moon of the 111th year after the conquest.
Cyalbelle Keep had three major towers, all made of white stone that glistered in the sun, the highest of the three housed the keep's library. A circular room with tall windows that gave a perfect view to the sea that surrounded the isle. The tower also proved to be the loudest of all on storms days. Wind sounds echoed through the room together with the booming of thunder. The deep indigo curtains swung away from the windows, leaving open the view for the sky, where dark clouds let their tears fall from the sky for the world to feel their pain.
Aelnerys could see the dim lights from the candles reflected on the prince's skin from where he laid on a chair with a book in his hands. Unperturbed by the outside world surrendering to the violent force of the storm, not even the earth's cries for mercy as the winds picked speed once more and lightning teared the skies into different pieces could draw Daemon from his tome of old valyrian. He looked divine. And she could not look away.
"Will you stay standing for much longer, cousin?" He questioned her. For the first time since the lady arrived in the room, the prince looked away from the book and instead gazed at her. His amethysts eyes were darker for the lack of light. Having only candles and lightning for clarity, his tall and well build frame was an imposing sight, even from his position at the chair. The silver hair, who looked much like hers, softly swayed with the winds that could pass into the room.
Aelnerys felt her cheeks heat, he had known that she was observing him. She was flustered for being caught, and she knew that he knew. Quickly trying to recover her wits, the silvery one decided that it was better to said what she came for.
"Magister Rogar Illaryao is dead."
The Rogue prince raised a pale eyebrow. Slowly closing his book and solely looking at her, Daemon could finally see her whole being. He was entranced.
Dressed in her night a simple white nightgown and wrapped around a pink chemise that was embroidered by little golden snakes, her long hair fell to her back, free of any up dos usually seem in ladies of the court. He could see her flushed cheeks and storming eyes even from the distance that he was.
"Are we to state the oblivious?" Came the dry question from the prince, ending both of their appraisal of each other.
Aelnerys, as defiant as many of hers ancestors, tilted her chin and didn't let her eyes waver. Walking closer to the prince, her gaze was questioning at the same time that it was accusing.
"Such a coincidence that a senight after you said that the matters of my betrothal would ve taken care of, the magister is dead."
"And here I thought you would be thankful, little snake."
The lady scoffed at his words, her beautiful orbs rolling in a clear sign of annoyance. Aelnerys crossed her arms across her chest, her feet were stomping on the stone ground.
"Murder is not a solution for all the problems, cousin." The last word was spat from her plump red lips, her beautiful and soft hands closed in fists.
Oh, what a fiery little thing, perhaps she wasn't a little snake, maybe she was a dragon after all.
"And what would you have me to do?" Daemon liked her reactions, he liked seeing her face contorted in anger, he liked how she reacted to him. "Should I have asked, begged, for him to end the betrothal?" The prince's face turned into a snarl. "He is a man, my dear, and I am quite sure that the moment he saw you, there would be no stopping."
The frown that marred the woman's face was out of pure frustration, she knew that he was right. Rogar was not so young, but she was, and what would a husband expect of his young bride if not an easy way for him to have heirs?
"Now, you can either join me or you can leave." With his offer made, the Prince once more opened his book and went back to reading, letting Aelnerys pondering for a few moments with her options.
The storm still scarred the world outside the safe walls, the thunders would still scream for attention while the winds would try to take what he thought was his. She could not go back to sleep even if she wanted, so she opted to stay. Sitting on an adjacent chair to his and close to the fire, she snuggled once more into the chemise and let her feet up the chair.
Even if she tried, Aelnerys couldn't stay quiet for much longer, the thirst for knowledge consumed her. So, not a minute into silence, she decided to ask what she truly wished to know.
"Why?"
"Why what?"
"Why would you kill him?" She knew that she sounded unsure, but that was how she felt. While she was raised with tales of great knights and even greater love stories, the lady had left childhood behind a long time ago. No man would do what Daemon did if he didn't want something in return. She feared what he could ask.
"You didn't wish to marry him." He answered nonchalantly.
"Just it?"
"Should I have other intentions?" The conversation was more interesting in the prince's eye than the book, which he finally decided to stop reading once more.
"Should you?"
"If you want to say something, do it, if not, I would enjoy my reading as before."
"My mother told me many tales of you. That you were close in younger years." She averted her eyes to the windows, a fave who looked like the maiden in flesh, bathed by the flames. "Two second born, in line to inheriting nothing, until the great council."
"And then my brother stole your aunts throne."
"Aunt Rhaenys was the eldest child of the eldest son. But it wasn't King Viserys that stole it."
"Oh, so who stole it?"
"The late King Jaeharys."
There was a pause, where the only sound filling the room was that of the nature. Daemon used this moment to analyze the woman at his front. From his knowledge, and that of the realm, the Malaemor's and Velaryons blamed Viserys for Rhaenys failed attempt at being named heir. This, was news.
"How so?"
"He had the power to name her heir. He didn't." She was certain of that, and not all wrong.
"Hm, and has your mother told you more of me, little cousin?"
"She told us of your battle skills, about Caraxes, and..." There, she paused once more, carefully laying the options of the way she could say. "And she told about you, appetite."
"My...appetite, as you say?" When she nodded he couldn't control the laughter that came from his mouth, deep and wildly amused, the Prince threw his head back and let his lips curl in a smirk. "And what do you know of my appetite, little girl?"
"What Westeros doesn't know about your appetite, cousin?"
"Speak clear."
"You didn't need to help me, but you did anyway. You are a prince, whose only duty is to your brother, the King, but even then you don't care. I am deeply sorry if it offends you, cousin, but it is suspicious that suddenly the rogue prince has the need of helping a maiden in distress."
"You are not as daft as I assumed you to be." He sighed, waving his hands and looking annoyed at being proved wrong. "You see, little cousin, there are many things that I want from you."
Daemon left his chair, and in a single movement, he was knelt in front of hers, his hands held her face tightly, forcing her to face him.
"So many things, that I could teach you." He whispered, slowly moving his face closer to hers. Their noses touched, and Aelnerys eyes drifted to his lips. "You just need to ask it."
The thunder outside was no more, for at that moment, only the two of them, inside the dim room, mattered. The silver lady doesn't think she would ever know who took the initiative.
Their lips touched. Fervently and in a despairing pace, Daemon easily dominated it, letting himself drink from her lips as if they were the sweetest nectar and he a god who spent the last millennia in thirsty. Thunder soared again, while the waves started once more a battle in the ocean.
Inside the library, the candles burned brighter while two lovers drowned in their desire.
"The second marriage of Prince Daemon was questioned during a long time for its validity. The Seven Kingdoms followed the faith, and not the Fourteen Flames. A bold Lord who dared to say such in the presence of the Prince lost his tongue, he was the first, but would not be the last."

Deadly Kiss
Daemon Targaryen x Original Female Character
Tumblr media
sumary: Daemon Targaryen loved the great things in life, but none was as loved as the Lady Aelnerys. 2k+ words
Chapter Three
Tumblr media
Gaahil Isles, NarrowSea
Third moon of the 111th year after the conquest
Blood called for blood. Dragons could only ever be with dragons, for those who didn't reign the skies were sheep. And although the Malaemor's had lost their power once, now they came back to its rightful place. The blood of old valyria runs thick and burns wildly through their veins.
The conquerors blood run through both of them, and hell would come to earth if they didn't take what was theirs for right.
Flying by Daemon's side became a normal occurrence. No one batted an eyelash when the bloody wyrm would join the silver lady in the skies, dancing through the clouds as two halves of a whole.
Aelnerys was advised by her mother to stay far from the rogue prince. Lady Rhaena claimed that she knew what type of man her cousin was, and so did the women in the pleasure house. But the Targaryen Lady should have known that everything that is forbidden tastes better.
And so, they flew.
Through Gaahil beautiful forests, through Driftmark enchanting beaches, through Dragonstone imposing sight.
They flew, and flew until the sun laid to rest in the west, the clear blue of the sky became darker and Caraxes and Silverwing became shadows in the night, unrecognizable from the height that they were.
"That was perfect, my prince." The beaming smile on her face could seem from a long distance. Her eyes scrunched, almost invisible, and her cheeks were graced with adorable dimples. Gracefully dismounting her dragon, like only one with many years of practice could, Aelnerys softly patted her silver lady snout.
"It was, jorrāelagon mēre (dear one), but there is a little problem." Daemon, who already left Caraxes back, came close to her, little distance was between them, he took her hand in his. "I believe that we both know each other long enough for you to call me by my name."
Whatever she was expecting wasn't that, so for some seconds Aelnerys stayed still, her mouth gaping like a fish out of water, but she was quick to compose herself. "Of course my-....Daemon."
The rogue prince smirked at her and took the hand still clasped in his to his mouth, kissing them as he did every time they either saw one another or were to leave the other's presence.
"My lady."
With that, he turned his back and walked away, leaving behind a flustered silvery lady with a smile on her face. Unknown to her, the scarred prince, with amethysts as eyes, was also smiling.
Tumblr media
Once, when she was a child, her septa said that a woman's greatest achievement was to bear healthy sons for her lord husband. Septa Cecily also said, to both her and her cousin Laena, that well breed ladies should do as their husbands commanded and not to question them.
She and Laena laughed so hard that they cried. The idea of marriage and husbands was so far away at that time, the thought of being bound to a stranger was ridiculous.
Laena and Aelnerys were children no more.
She was to be betrothed.
Magister Rogar Illaryao was an old man, older than her own father, and richer than even the Lannisters. He was of no great beauty, and was said to have countless paramours and even an unclaimed daughter, who was three name days older than her.
For the first tome in her life, Aelnerys felt terrified. She was seated in a chair at her father's solar, and at that moment it was as if her world had turned upside down.
The first time that Aelnerys Malaemor understood that even through he loved her, her father was still a man, a man with ambitions for a great future. And what are daughter's of great houses for, if not a ship for gold and goods.
She had never believed that one day a love match would be made, but she always thought that it would be to someone younger, someone closer, like her cousin Laenor.
"My daughter, are you feeling well?" Her father's question and concerned gaze took her out of her stupor.
How dare he, who made promises upon promises that she would choose her future, how could her ask so after such betrayal.
"If that's all, my lord father, I would like to take my leave." At that moment, her face could be craved out of stone, for she barely blinked.
With a sigh, her father round the table and stopped at her front, gently taking her hands. "Magister Rogar will visit us in a moon's turn, so you both can meet." The maiden felt sick to her stomach, but held herself together, showing no reaction.
"Is that all?" He looked resigned but nodded at her. With haste, Aelnerys gathered her skirts, curtsying to her father, and left his solar without looking back.
Her mind and her heart screamed at her, both desperate for an escape. She ran to the gardens in a failed attempt to put her mind on its right place, but the last thing she expected to see was Daemon Targaryen leaning on a tree with his eyes closed and an unknown woman on her knees at his front. Judging by the breeches that were pooled on his tights, she could imagine what was happening. But that did not take the shock off her. Aelnerys who was sure that the red who was quickly spreading over her face would forever be there, let out a chocked noise, and that was enough for the prince to open his eyes.
Daemon now also spotted an expression of shock, he pushed the woman away and pulled tried to bring his breeches up. Aelenerys, who was trying to look at anywhere but at his face, sputtered apologies and left the place as fast as she arrived before the prince could say anything.
"Should we keep going, my prince?" The woman was silenced when she saw the glare that he send her way.
"Leave." Daemon, who had finally ended dressing himself, threw some golden dragons her way, and left to find his silvery lady.
Tumblr media
Aelnerys felt traumatized.
After the unspeakable scene in the gardens, she decided that the best place to mourn for the life she would leave behind when married and her mourn her poor eyes who saw such thing, was the library.
Alone, for some moments, gave her time to think about the storm that was heading her way, one that she did not know how to flee. Lost is her own thoughts, she did not hear the door opening, neither saw the prince entering the place.
"Aelnerys." Prince Daemon deep voice startled the silvery lady from her own head. Seeing the prince brought back the blush to her cheeks, just remembering what she stumbled into was enough to fluster her all again.
"My Prince." Call her a coward, but she didn't want to hold his gaze for long. "What a surprise to see you here." And that was no lie, she didn't think he even knew where the library was.
"I've told you to call me Daemon." When there was no response from the maiden, and she still would not look at him, he came closer. "Won't you look at me, ñuha jorrāelagon?" (My dear) Daemon seated himself by her side, one of his hands traveled to her jaw, moving her face, so she would look at him. "Beautiful girl, I knew that you would be innocent, but it didn't come to my mind that you would be so distressed after seeing the art of pleasure." The prince's eyes held hers like a spell was cast on them. "Whatever you shall do the day that you marry?" He said as a joke, but it was enough to make her desperate again.
"We shall all know it soon."
"What are you implying?"
"I am betrothed, my prince, to a magister from Lys." Her eyes once again fell to the floor.
""Who?" Daemon forced her to look at him again. "Who is the filthy that thinks himself good enough to a dragon?"
"Rogar Illaryao."
Colorful curses came from the prince's mouth that could make even a pirate blush." And you do not wish to marry him?"
"A golden cage is still a cage."
Daemon hummed, one of the fingers that held her jaw came to her lips, a ghostly touch, that if she wasn't seeing him, she might not even feel it.
"Magister rarely can satisfy a woman, most of them can't even see their own cocks, because their belly block the view." He moved his body, sitting even closer to her. There was little to no space separating them. "But after you are married, you can find your pleasure whenever you want."
"I don't think it works that way for women." Her answer came out as a whisper, voice trembling and breath unsteady.  "What if we got with a child, what would my husband think of a babe that looks like neither of us?"
"Oh, my sweet thing, aren't you just pure?" The dragon purred at her, he had a smirk at his lips and his eyes held nothing but lust. "Just as there are ways to make a child, there are ways to not make one. Didn't your septa told you that?"
"I-well... Septa Cecily was a rigorous woman...this would be inappropriate."
"Would you like me to teach you?" Daemon enjoyed the way she got flustered. He particularly liked the way her breath hitched, how she would lick her plump and soft looking lips, how her rosy cheeks would darken at every word that came from his mouth.
"My prince, this is... I am not-would not..."
"Daemon." He insisted
"Daemon, we should not." The lady calmed herself, no more sputtering words.
"Hm, I believe there is another way that you may be helped."
"How?" She eagerly questioned. Aelnerys would do anything to break out of the betrothal.
"Let me do it." Daemon leaned away from her, his face now plain, without any crossing emotion. "Of course, you should not tell this to anyone."
"Of course."
Tumblr media
Vaenor Malaemor became Lord of Gaahil at the age of nine and ten, after his lord father passed away in his sleep. Vaenor, who was already promised to the Princess Rhaena Targaryen, was rushed into a Sept, so they could marry and produce heirs. Being the only child born from his parents made the succession of the isles a fragile thing.
One year into his marriage they welcomed a son, the next year his wife would get with a child once more, bearing him twins. The hard birth made it impossible for the lady to bear more children, but now that he had an heir, a spare and a daughter.
Vaenor had come to love his wife, and loved his sons and daughter even more, but even him wasn't above doing what he thought best for his house legacy.
The bethrotal to a rich magister would create a great alliance with one of the free cities, and bring even more riches to Gaahil and the Malaemor's.
What Vaenor had not counted with was Daemon Targaryen.
He remembered what his wife had told him about her cousin, how he would seduce young maidens and leave them ruined after the fun was done.
He underestimated Daemon's desire.
One senight after he informed his daughter of her betrothal, another letter arrived.
Magister Rogar Illaryao was dead, killed by one of his enemies with a dagger on his heart.
A valyrian steel dagger.
"Lady Aelnerys was once betrothed to a rich magister from Lys, but before a marriage could happen, her betrothed was murdered by an unknown assassin. When not even a year later she married Prince Daemon Targaryen in secret, many would whisper that the magister death was a ploy made by them both, so they could marry. No whisper would ever be truly confirmed."

Daemon Targaryen x Original Female Character

sumary: Daemon Targaryen loved the great things in life, but none was as loved as the Lady Aelnerys. 2.1k+ words
Chapter Two
Tumblr media
"Marriages in the royal family are rarely for love. The need of an alliance is greater than the personal desires of those who are to be wed, for the crown always must come first. The Rogue Prince never seemed to care for his matrimonial duties, his first wedding to the Lady Rhea Royce of Runestone was enough proof of that. Therefore, it was widely believed that his second marriage was out of spite and all would be the same. But the world seemed to forget that the only thing the Prince loved more than defying his brother was to prove everyone wrong."

Tumblr media
Gaahil Isles,  NarrowSea
Second moon of the 111th year after the conquest.
The gardens of Cyalbelle were beautiful and full of life. Old and majestic trees who's every leaf and scratch on it stunk had history. Fields of green grass and beautiful flowers who were purposely planted with the intention of creating the most beautiful scenery.
Daemon passed through the rows of roses without any purpose in mind, stomping his feet at the soft ground while looking at everything and nothing. Even him, who couldn't care less for gardens, admitted that it was one of a kind.
A fair maiden sat underneath one of the trees, her silvery hair shining in the sun light, almost like the halo of an angel, her hands folded at her front, resting on her lap.
He watched the woman, who appeared like she was posing to a painting, her body being hugged by the hues of green and blue of her gown, her chest moving with the soft breaths that she took. She looked otherworldly.
Calmly walking towards her, the Prince made sure his presence wasn't noticed until he wanted, by taking slowly and quiet steps. He wanted to appreciate her beauty while he could.
"My Lady Aelnerys."  The deep and rough voice took the young woman out of her stupor. Lifting her beautiful orbs from the grass beneath her, the green of her eyes meet with the indigo of his.
"My Prince Daemon." The Lady quickly got up, curtsying to him. Her long silvery hair cascading around her face.
The Rogue Prince offered one of his hands, who were swiftly taken by Aelnerys. Her soft hands who never need to handle more weigh than the whip of her dragon. Soft as that of a child. Differing to the prince's rough ones, from years of swordsmanship, scarred from the battles that he fought.
Gently kissing her fingers, his gaze never wavered from hers. Try as he might, Daemon knew that he could easily get lost in the deep sea of emotion that were reflected in the irises of her orbs.
"I wasn't expecting to see you at the gardens, my prince." Her voice was soft. Perhaps a little melancholy.
"It came to my attention that it would be a travesty if I didn't visit the famous gardens of Cyalbelle." The Prince looked around, as if trying to find something. "They told me that it was even prettier than HighGarden." His eyes drifted to her again. "Now it is clear why they would say such."
A blush crept towards Aelnerys cheeks, tainting them with a rose color who made her even more appeasing.
"It is an honor that you think so highly of our gardens, your grace."
"I know so, ñuha jorrāeliarza." He saw her eyes widening at the term of endearment. "Now, tell me, what is it that you do in your free time around this place?" He stepped closer.
"We are preparing for the harvest festival, my prince." Aelnerys put her hands on her back, clasping them together. "Will you stay until then?" Her brows clinked together when she frowned.
"Why, my lady, one would think that you are trying to send me away." The prince feigned a hurt expression. His palm laid on his chest. "And here I thought that my company was enjoyable." The small smirk and barely canceled mirth in his eyes proved that he was not offended as he pretend.
"It seems like you already know my plans, your grace, whatever could I do now?" The lady couldn't contain herself in pretending the intentions as he was doing. "Will you, my Prince, forgive me, such a poor lady?"
"I could." He took one more step, now standing right at her front. "The Prince could forgive the poor lady if she joined him in a walk at those beautiful gardens." His hand barely need to raise, so it could be at her reach.
"Shall I lead the way, then?"
"Please, ladies first." Her hands grasped his.

"You claimed Silverwind, didn't you?" After minutes of walking around the brushes of different flowers, the Prince seemed to have found something that they both had in common, beyond their ancestry.
"I did." A smile took place in her face. "She is my silvery lady." Oh, the irony. The prince thought. "I found her after losing all hope that my egg would hatch."
"Your brother's eggs hatched, did they not?"
"They did, your grace. Vinarr has Calatus and Maelerys has Umbra." She explained to the man. "Both are very beautiful beasts."
"Even more than yours?" He questioned.
"Silverwing will always be the better one in my eyes." she smiled. "You also have claimed one, do you not think him the most beautiful?" now it was her turn to question him.
"Caraxes is fearsome. He was already called blood wyrm before he was doomed by my uncle, your grandfather, Aemon."
"People say that, in battles, his screech would make the enemies run for their lives. Did it happen at the Stepstones, my prince?"
"Craghas Drahar and his men were cowards, my lady, he would hide in his caves every time Caraxes approached." The beautiful face of prince now held a snarl. "But in the end, the dragons prevailed, and he was slayed."
"The dragons always prevail, it is in our blood."
They made a stop to sit at one of the benches, it was craved out of stone with snakes and little flowers at it.
"Do you like to fly, Prince Daemon?" The lady rested her palms together, and turned her head to look ahead.
There was one fountain that could be seen around the courtyards. It, too, was craved of stone, making the body of a woman who looked as if it was trying to touch the sky.
"Flying is one of the things that I most enjoy. Do you like to fly, my lady?" The Prince turned his head from the sky, so he could gaze at the fair woman at his side. "I've heard something about races."
"My brothers and I like to race with the dragons, we fly around the isles, close to the sea, it is one of the best moments that there is." Aelnerys let out a soft sigh while in a wishful thinking. "But mother believes that I should spend some time on the ground. It scares her to think that maybe I would fly away."
"Would you, fly away to see the wonders of the known world? Lys is a lovely place this time of the year." The prince let his fingers travel to one strand of hair, who lose himself and got on her beautiful face. He played with it, while his eyes never leave her.
"I would like to. But I am a woman, highborn and unmarried. It is inappropriate." When looking at him, her cheeks were once again red.
"Didn't you say at the feast that us valyrians, shouldn't concern ourselves with the simple-minded westerosi lords? Why would you?"
"I care not for what they say of me, my prince. But I do care about how it could affect my family." She averted his intense gaze. "Perhaps the day that I wed, my husband will go with me. Didn't you took your late Lady Wife to fly?"
"A sheep riding a dragon? That would have been a sight indeed. But no riñītsos, I could never force Caraxes to carry such a terrible thing." (Little girl)
Daemon finally stopped his ministrations with her hair, placing it behind her ears. He once more took her hand and placed a kiss on her fingers.
"The hour grows late, and I believe that the maid with wide eyes is looking for you." And she was. Mira, one of Aelnerys maids, was standing still, close enough to see them, but not to hear. Her eyes widened even more after seeing the prince and her lady gaze at her.
"By your leave, your grace, I shall retire myself." She got up and offered a simple curtsy. Daemon nod his head, and she took it as a sing that she could leave.
Aelnerys was already walking to her maid, when once more heard the prince's voice. She turned her head to look at him again.
"My lady, you look enchanting in this dress, but I must say, you look as glorious as your house words when wearing purple." He smirked at her and then turned his back.
Aelnerys, who didn't know what to do, started to walk away once again, with a small smile on her face and tainted cheeks.

"My Lady, if it pleases you, we will draw your bath."
Aelnerys was sat on the chaise that was at her balcony, her fingers passed through her tresses while she observed the moon.
"Gather my riding leathers."
"I-what?" The maid was dumbfound.
"It is a beautiful night. I wish to fly." Without even turning to the maid, Aelnerys began to free herself from her gown, unlacing the back of her corset.
"The Lady Rhaena, she said you shouldn't flight at night, that it could be dangerous."
"I will be on a dragon, there are not many things that could hurt me." She ended taking her clothes, and finally looked at the maid. "My leathers, Mira."
"Of course." Mira quickly bowed her head and went to gather her lady riding clothes.

Dragons were warm.
Their flesh was made of fire. They were fire.
Silverwing was as calm as a dragon could be. In the moonlight, her pale silvery scales were glowing, as she almost purred by the caress of her rider hands.
"Ñuha litse tala." (My beautiful girl) Aelnerys softly murmured to the dragon.
"Truly beautiful."
Quickly turning, Aelnerys came to face with the rogue prince, who was also clothed in riding leathers. Silverwing was quick to kook at the newcomer, bringing her tail to shield her rider.
The prince raised his hands at the sight of the enraged dragon. "I mean no harm."
"My prince, you scared us." Aelnerys was still in the protective hold of Silverwing. "Whatever are you doing here?"
"The same as you. I've come to visit Caraxes, perhaps even fly for a while." He slowly approached the pair. "Would you care for company in the skies, dubāzma?" (Cousin)
Before an answer was given, the ground trembled, and coming from behind one of the hills was Caraxes slim form, looking even more scarily at night.
"He is truly a sight." Aelnerys was enchanted with the wyrm. Even the way he moved was different from the other dragons.
The prince was proud of his dragon, and he had every right to be.
"We would love to have company, my prince."
"Shall we? I must already say how deeply sorry I am."
"Whatever for?"
"We both know that Caraxes is faster, my lady. So I am terribly sorry if we end leaving you behind." He raised his brow at her. The dare was present in every word.
"I should remind you, that my silver lady is older than yours." She refused to be called slow on dragonback for it was where she thrived.
"That will only make her slower." Without waiting for her to say something more, Daemon got to Caraxes and started to raise himself to his saddle.
Turning and doing the same, Aelnerys gently patted Silverwing. "Soves, ñuha gēlion ragero, soves." (Fly, my silver friend, fly)
And as one, the dragons took flight, crossing the night sky, racing one another, while their riders had smiles on their faces.
Once again, Daemon and Aelnerys danced.
Through this time it was from the skies.

"It was said that the Lady Aelnerys spent more time on the skies than she did on the ground. Even before claiming her own dragon, she used to ask for her mother, Lady Rhaena, to take her riding with Vēzos. After her marriage with the Prince Daemon, they were often seen flying, no matter where they were. Their presence would be announced when people spotted white and red, together, in the skies."

sthis is the true start of their relationship. I feel that the dragons will be truly involved, because it is the thing they most have in common, so it becomes natural for them to bond over it. hope you all enjoy it.
