Hygiene talk below… 🚿🧼
I have discovered that I need to shower daily because of testosterone. Let’s be real, I needed to before but I just simply did not. I struggle with showering consistently. Between the taking too long in the shower, not wanting to get in the first place and keeping track in the first place I simply forget. It can be a sensory struggle to get in but once I’m in I don’t want to get out. I hate feeling cold after. I hate wet hair being all over me. I hate remembering what I did and did not wash in the shower. I have a semi-elaborate skin care routine so remembering to do that every time is a lot too. I just UGH I need some sort of consistency and I have to find out what that is.
I’m going to make a self care menu like I did with my movement menu. This way I am able to give myself options when it comes to energy levels and what I feel I am capable of doing on the daily.
1 movement piece, 1 hygiene thing one, and 1 internal health thing a day I think will be my bare minimum. I just have to find out what that is.
