I had obsessive HP thoughts and I needed to get them out. Then I read 2 fanfics that changed my entire world view on how people are able to live. Like "people write this?! FOR FREE?! and I never have to stop reading HP ever!?" and its all downhill from there.

Hmmmmm.... I really really love to play video games. Like when I'm not writing fanfic I am obsessing over a video game and just using it as inspiration for the next thing I am writing.

That's a tough question, because things I really really like I write. I don't want to think about who could write it better than me because then I'll just get depressed.

I love "Harry" being a nickname and him having a "real name" in fanfiction.

It has the heartbreaking implication on how much he isn't told about him and his past or his family. Like he will never be who is "supposed" to be because his parents weren't there to raise him and the people who were supposed to raise him and love him didn't.

So when harry hears his "real" name for whatever reason, it causes a problem.

Maybe Harry thinks there is another Potter somewhere but then has the realization that "Oh... its me... and I didn't even know my own name."

or

Someone needs to give him really important information but can't find him because Harry doesn't identify with that name, and through some magical reason it makes it VERY hard for that person to find him.

No matter what name you prefer for him, I just think its a really angsty heartbreaking thing for him to go through. That's why I like it so much.

At this point I think I care more about dadmort than anything else.

Why is Darth Vader raising or reuniting with Luke and Leia acceptable (THERE ARE eVEN CHILDREN BOOKS ABOUT IT)

but when I say dadmort i'm the crazy one?! Like Darth Vader can run the empire while having two unruly toddlers/teenagers underfoot and have actual published books about it, but its weird when Voldemort does it.

Vader killed SO MANY more people than Voldemort too. Like its not even a comparison. Vader is on a different level when it comes to genoc*de.

I want good dadmort, I want evil dadmort I want parent teacher conference dadmort. "Oh but Trippy that's too ooc" Do look like i give a fuck?!
