---- don't panic ♡ a quick cleaning guide! ----

hand wash:

use some paper towel or toilet tissue to blot up as much of the liquid as possible

then rinse out the stain with cold water

( optional: as they dry, give their fur a gentle brush with a soft bristled brush to ensure that it lays in the correct direction )

machine wash:

check the label! read through all the instructions first to be sure that your stuffie will be safe in the washing machine

if they're delicate and you're worried about them, try putting them inside a pillow case to protect them

New Anime to watch for Regressing!? (Onipan)

OniPan is an anime [Released April 2022] about 3 young oni girls who set out to change how humans see Onis! And thanks to top notch technology...their tool to help them do this? Tiger-colored Pants! Can these kids change the image of onis while attending a normal high school?! It's a wholesome comedy with each episode seeming to last about 13 minutes!!

It's super cute, and although not too many episodes are out yet, it looks suppperrr promising!

your agere journal can be whatever you make it, but i know that sometimes its hard to find good prompts! here are a few!

Basic Prompts:

Daily Diary- make your journal into a daily littol diary. write about your day and maybe draw a picture to go along with it!

About Me- write your name/nickname, your littol age range, and other fun things about yourself like your favorites! add a photo of yourself or draw one!

Rules- write your rules, self given or from your CG. so you remember them! rules should be consentual between Cg and baby, and ALWAYS SFW! if your CG gives you NFSW rules or you feel uncomfortable with any rules but they dont care, thats a red flag! 

Routine- write your morning, night and daily routine in your journal if you have one and need to remember it! i have mine written down cause i struggle to follow it if i cant see it.

Comic Artist- write cute mini comics about whatever you want!!

Wishlist- make checklists of things youd really like for birthdays, holidays and other occassions! check them off as you get them!

Baby Food- find and write recipes you enjoy and are easy for a baby to make!

Playlists- make a list of all your favorite music, anime, movies and other media for easy access!

Stuffie Intros- make an intro page for some of your favorite stuffies!!

All About ____- pick a topic and research it! write what you learned in the journal!

Favorites- write down all of your favorites! your favorite color, food, character, youtuber, etc!

Homeward- your pet is lost! write a story describing their adventure!! draw them as well!

Lost & Found- if you like to collect goblincore things, keep an inventory of them all! 

Drawing Prompts:

Create your dream nursery/playroom! draw a basic layout and write down any furniture and decor you want! what theme does it have? 

Draw your favorite scenery! make a forest, mountains, the ocean or the clouds!! add animals and plants and yourself if you want!

1 ➨ about me page

Self explanatory! Include your name, nicknames you like to be called, your big and little age, your likes and dislikes, even draw a little self portrait!

2 ➨ about my cg page

This ones optional for if you have a cg, or just a sitter or two who you really like. You can include all of the stuff you included in your about me page in this one.

3-4 ➨ rules page / behavior reward chart

This one is also optional if your cg or primary sitter has a list of rules for you to follow you can put this towards the front or back of your journal or bookmark it with a cute sticky tab so you can find it easy. Putting your behavior reward chart if you have one can be cute as well :]

5 ➨ a-z regression

This is a fun prompt because it caters to you specifically! Whether its a piece of little gear, a movie title, a memory you have, or the name you call your CG, it all flies here :D just list them a-z!!

6 ➨ baby architect

Design your dream play space, whether its a playground, a treehouse or a daycare. Color it in and populate it with stickers of your favorite characters if you have them :]

7 ➨ whats in my bag?

Whether its the actual contents of your littlebag or if its your dream little bag and little gear, draw it and label everything :D

8 ➨ junior designer

Design a line of little gear pieces, whether its all a color or aesthetic you love or if its all themed to your favorite character, its all up to you little one :>

9 ➨ stuffies!

Drawing up intro pages for your stuffie is not new to agere journaling, im aware, but something i like to do is to have two pages for each stuffie and to design outfits or write about their backstory on the second page! This could be something suited to a bigger baby though, completely up to you and what you feel is best for your regression :]

10 ➨ animals :D

Do you have just ONE favorite animal? I can never pick my absolute favorite, i have lots of favorites, something i like to do is to pick a couple favorites and combine them into a new animal! My favorite is the catsiraptor :] a little kitty dino

11 ➨ hauls!

Get new little gear or new stuffies? Or did you just get a bunch of cute things to decorate your space with in animal crossing? Regardless, drawing all the pieces you’ve gathered and talking about them can be a great way to fill pages in a journal :D

12 ➨ baby movie critic

Have you seen EVERY movie that all the agere blogs have been recommending? Making a list of ones you’d like to see is really fun, and as you watch through the list you can put star stickers or draw stars rating how much you liked it. I’m doing this right now with a-z disney/pixar movies. Its super fun!

13-14 ➨ sticker pages / mood boards

Finding an aesthetic or color scheme you like and printing pictures or finding stickers that fit the bill and filling an entire page up with it is not only visually pleasing but can be quite fun for an artsy baby. Some ideas can be __core aesthetics, moodboards inspired by your favorite movie or character (mine is winnie the pooh!), or even making one inspired by the day you had is always fun.

15 ➨ little fashionista

Design some baby outfits you’d like to wear!!

16 ➨ my regression

Do you regress involuntarily or not? Is it caused by any specific events or traumas that you know of? Whats your favorite part of regression? Whats your least favorite? Whats something you’ve learned about yourself through agere?

17 ➨ glitter!!

Use a glue stick to write or draw something out and carefully shake glitter over the page to add color. Do this with the help of a big kid or your CG and put down a sheet or towel over your workspace for easy cleanup! Make sure your page is dried completely before closing your journal!

18 ➨ feelings

Sometimes even the happiest babies have rough days. Whether your days been good, bad or just uneventful, write or draw how you feel about it. Are you bored? Do you wish things could be different? Did you get a new stuffie? Put your feelings down little one, this is a journal and writing can be a great outlet for your feelings :3

19 ➨ junior chef

If you had a restaurant themed around regression, what would you serve there? Design the resturant and the food you’d server. Make a whole menu if youd like! Dont forget the napkins!

20 ➨ fruit stickers

I havent done this in my little journal yet but i’ve put it in my big journal, basically whenever you eat a piece of fruit or veggie that has a little sticker on it, you peel the sticker off and put it on this page and try to fill the whole page up with colorful fruit stickers. Its a great motivator to not only eat more healthy fresh foods, but more diverse ones since different foods have different stickers. Super pretty when its completed as well!

21 ➨ the littlest collector

Do you collect something? Put the collectors guide on a page and check off what you get. If there isnt a collectors guide, make one!

22 ➨ nostalgic baby

Do you have things from your childhood that make you feel small? Draw them or paste pictures of them here! You can even write the memories you have with these items next to them

23 ➨ routine

If you follow a specific routine when you regress or have a routine that helps you regress, put it down here!

24 ➨ snackies!

A list of your favorite food or recipes you like and can make well small!

25 ➨ big plans for a little baby :>

Write a list of things you want to watch, do, see or experience. Something on my list is i want to have a picnic regression day with my CG at my old childhood park!

26 ➨ baby gamer

All about the games you play well regress, whethers its a video game, board game or a make believe game!

Write a wishlist of things you’d like, whethers its for a holiday or just for fun. Feel free to doodle along and add pictures if you’d like!

Design a solar system based on you and your stuffies! You can even come up with funny names for you all :D

Do you have a sibbie or just an age regressor friend you really adore? Write about them :D you could even doodle them a little picture and includes notes between the two of you or ticket stubs from movies

32 ➨ would you rather?

Find some would you rather prompts online and copy them down and answer them. Make up your own!

33 ➨ favorites

If you didnt include this in your about me page, make a list of your favorite things! You can find lots of examples of what to include here online, some things i added were my favorite food, drink, movie, show, stuffie, animal, color, season and video game!

34 ➨ what do you want to be when you grow up?

You can draw yourself or you can write about it. Do you want to be an astronaut?

35 ➨ fairytales

If you have a favorite fairytale, write yourself into the story. Would you be a princess or one of her many dwarf friends? Its all up to you :]

36 ➨ coloring pages

If you have any loose doodles or coloring pages scattered about, paste them in! If they wont fit you can fold them up accordion style (you can search how to do this!) and paste the back panel into your book and attach a tab to the other end for easy unfolding. Add the date and your name to the page :D

37 ➨ diary entries

If you regress to a bigger age or are capable of writing lots well small, make it a goal to put a diary entry in your journal whenever you regress. Put down your feelings, what caused you to regress, what you did well you were small and any plans you have. Add lots of stickers and doodles!

38 ➨ little hands

With the help of a big kid or your CG, cover your work surface in a towel and coat your hands in skin-safe paint. One color at a time, put your hand print on the paper, repeat this with a bunch of colors and overlap them to make new colors! When the pages are dry you can draw over and add little faces to your fingers if you’d like as well :D

39 ➨ bubbles

write an entry in only bubble letters. Color the letters in with different patterns

40 ➨ constellations

Take a picture or draw a picture of the night sky and connect the dots to make a constellation. Make up a story to go with it. I made constellations of my stuffies :]

41 ➨ ponysona

If you like my little pony, draw your ponysona! Or if you like another show or movie, draw yourself in that universe!

42 ➨ what are some things you’d like to do well regressed?

Can be things you want to do in the future, things you cant do in the moment, or things absolutely out of this world!! I wrote that I wanted to have cocoa with a space goblin >:D

43 ➨ positivity

If you have trouble coping with guilt due to your regression, come up with or find some positive affirmations and reminders and put them here. You can also put reminders and affirmations in general, but mine are related to little guilt.

44 ➨ how can you be gentle with yourself when you regress?

This is another prompt adapted from my big journal. I dont have a perm. CG so being kind to myself and gentle is a big part of my regression. Kindness is something everyone needs, including you little one. Dont deprive yourself of it C:

45 ➨ little wizard

Draw a cauldron and put stickers of your ingredients in it. What will this spell do? What is it called? Who is it for?

46 ➨ practice makes perfect

Write lines, practice your abcs or shapes, count to ten! What will you learn today :3

47 ➨ bedtime!

Draw a cozy bed full of stuffies! Could be ones you have, want, or ones you made up all by yourself! Make sure to include a blankie!

48 ➨ big and little

Write notes on sticky notes for your big self and put them in your journal!

49 ➨ bubble patterns

With the help of a big kid or your CG, mix some paint or food dye into some dish soap, add water until you make a bubble mixture. Take an empty piece of plain white paper and put it in a tray or on a towel. Using any bubble blowing equipment you have around, blow colorful bubbles and let them stick to the paper. Let the paper dry and you should have pretty bubble patterned paper! When i did this i made the shapes into balloons. Whatever you use it for, paste this page into your journal.

50 ➨ comfort

Do you have comfort characters who you like to pretend are your CGs? Draw what they’d be like and write your headcanons down :>

51 ➨ small

Write about what makes you feel small and what helps you regress!

52 ➨ word search!

Either print out or make word searches! Fill them out and color them in!

53 ➨ doodle pages!!

Cover an entire page in scribbles! Try not to let any of the lines overlap!

54 ➨ design a rocket ship!

Make a ship that’ll take you to the stars and beyond :D !!

Do you have the tags to your stuffies? A cute candy wrapper or a ticket stub? Put in in your journal and talk about what it is. If its a stuffie tag, be sure to doodle them right next to it!

★- call them by their cg nickname!! quickest and easiest way to get them into headspace! it might also help you regress

Fun Activities for Age Regressors

Here are some fun activities for age regressors!

- coloring of course! You can print off coloring pages from tumblr blogs, or use a coloring book (which can be found at the dollar store!)

- blow bubbles!

- play with dolls! My fave dolls are monster high but recently I’ve started to like Snapstar and Off The Hook dolls!

- buy blindbags! You can even find bulk lots for discounts on eBay!

- make beaded bracelets ! You can find letter beads and elastic cord sometimes at the dollar store!

- start a regression journal!

- take a bubble bath or a bath with a bath fizzy!

-play video games! One good one for being small is Slime Rancher!

- make a gift for your CG or small friends!

- play at a playground!

- play dress up!

- make small foods! Like bake yourself cookies or make some popcorn!

- play with makeup and jewelry!

- give your dolls makeovers!

- take photos of your toys!

- paint your nails!

- dig holes in the dirt!

- play pretend with your stuffies!

- go searching for treasure outside!

- watch the clouds and try to pick out shapes!

- draw with sidewalk chalk!

- wrap up in blankets and watch some small tv! I personally love gravity falls !

☆ Favorite Anime Genres to Watch! ☆ (When Little)

In no particular order! and remember, not every little likes the same things. This is just what I like, as a boy who regresses to a kiddo!

- x - + - x Let's Get Started!! x - + - x -

1. Kids - This one is a bit obvious lolol, but shows that make me feel little...are usually Kid Shows! (Probably because I am one lol) 2. Shounen - Shounens are always able to capture my attention supperrr easily! They're good at what they do. And always makes me feel like a kid who just ran home from school to turn on the tv to my favorite show! 3. Shoujo - Similar to number 2. but even though I love playing things like card games and watching battles...Sometimes Shoujo offers a bit of that fluffy feeling you just cant get with normal Shounens! 4. Magical Girls - How can you say no to their sparkles, smiles, and super puffy dresses? Especially when its their friendship that wins the day?! From their cute poses and chants, to the funny moments...Magical Girls always have my heart. (Also, does this count as a genre??) 5. Comedy / Parody - Well, this is a bit biased. Big me definitely loves these type of things. But laughter is a special way to ease me of my big worries and just focus on the moment! 6. Slice of Life - Ah, what's a better way to feel like you're with friends, than watching a group of friend's day to day lives?? It's simplistic, stress free, but make you giggle a bit when they do random things. I love watching them. Even if the shenanigans are a little silly sometimes 7. Music - Dance! Dance! Dance! Dancing and singing is something that just gets your blood pumping! I love the genre's array of good soundtracks, interesting voices, and adorable characters!

Hopefully, this was able to help some of you who are having trouble finding away to combine your interest in anime with your little space. Though it can be a bit difficult, it's always a good feeling when you find the right one :D
