cabin 14

i believe that iris kids could react in two different ways to their siblings/ friends being in love:

1) They’d be super happy and willing to help them with understanding their feelings and planning how they’re going to confess to their loved ones (bcs obviously they are going to make you tell them).

2) They wouldn’t have a clue about what to do or say and it would end up being a really awkward situation.

they’d make you watch every romance movie in the world for reference.

they’ll have to control themselves to not tell anyone about your crush, because they’re are so happy about it that they can’t wait to tell everyone that you’re in love

they think is cuter to give your loved one a gift so they’d help you doing something special for them.

cabin 17

okay, now imagine if one of their siblings is in love with one of their rivals (especially cabin 5), they’d be offended.

but they know you can’t control who you’re going to end up liking so they won’t bother you or try to keep you away from them.

they’d go full protective mode and want to make sure that they are good enough for you. also don’t expect them to be nice with the who you like, at least at the beginning.

if you need any advice they’ll give it to you even though they don’t really want you to date yet, because they think that your happiness is more important than any rivalry.

cabin 19

eveybody knows that cabin 19 is really lucky because of their mother, but tyche’s kids know that their mother’s blessings doesn’t apply to their love life, so when you tell them that you’re liking someone they’d be like “you’re in love?! oh dear, i’m so sorry”.

they wouldn’t have any idea on what they could do to help you so they’d tell you to ask for cabin 10’s help instead.

but if you’re shy and don’t want anyone else to know about your crush, they’ll do some effort to help.

it definitely wouldn’t be the way you expected but everything would be fine at the end.

hera is the queen of olympus, goddess of marriage, woman and family

i think hera’s kids are natural leaders, but not those who make you obey them against your will

they would make you want to obey them 🫡

cabin 2 gets easily irritated

but they when they aren’t trying to kill you they can be really fun🫶

they are extremely smart people, not like the athena’s kids who mostly are academic smart, the hera’s children they know about everything

they’re usually really selective about choosing their friends

but i think they’d be friends with cabin 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12

can be competitive when they want to but most of the time they don’t care about chb tournaments and games

they judge a lot

i think they’d be really elegant

they look expensive ✨

usually say that they don’t like drama, but most of times they are who start the drama

people are usually intimidated by their looks and also by their mother’s reputation, but those who are brave enough to get close to them realize that they are just normal people

i can see hera’s kids trying to make her end her marriage with zeus😶

the aphrodite cabin sometimes ask for their help when they don’t manage to make the others fall in love with someone

might be a little predictable but i think hera’s kids are mostly girls

psyche is the goddess of soul

her children really spiritualized, they might believe in energies and signs, all that kind of stuff

they have a thing for butterflies

i think their eyes would look a bit blurry, not in a sad way like they’ve been crying, but it would look like there’s a mist in front of them

good song-writers, poets and artists

usually really calm and kind

would do anything to protect who they love or to defend their beliefs

but they are afraid of falling in love because of what happened to their mother

friends with cabin 4, 6, 8, 13, 15 (they are really close to hypnos children) and maybe cabin 18

they are extremely beautiful

unfortunately they usually are not into cabin 10

they get distracted easily

always thinking about something, especially at night

might be one of the people who have trouble to get to sleep because they are thinking of the deepest things possible

have their own theories about life and are really proud of it

are good at reading other people’s emotions

like i can imagine their soul “leaving their bodies” and fighting with their enemies in a spiritual world

headcanons abt how each cabin behaves at dinner time in the dining pavilion (bc I think each one has its own table) would be an amazing concept! love ur blog

dinner time

an average dinner at camp half-blood

⚡️���.ೃ࿔* zeus cabin

are usually the last cabin to get to the dining pavilion so they can make a dramatic entrance

would eventually get mad at cabin 5 for making fun of them for being too extravagant and start an argument with half of the cabins who tried to calm them down.

🦚⋆.ೃ࿔* hera cabin

cabin 2’s table was originally placed next to cabin 1’s one but mr. d moved it to the opposite side of the pavilion to avoid conflicts between these two cabins during dinner.

they’d spend most of the time chatting with cabin 10 and the rest of their dinner would be basically them complaining about the food.

🌊⋆.ೃ࿔* poseidon cabin

they don’t catch so much attention when arriving at the dining pavilion. most of the time they’re too tired to even talk between themselves during dinner because of their training sessions.

just give them 30 seconds to be full of energy again and teaming up with cabin 11 to throw water at mr. d.

💐⋆.ೃ࿔* demeter cabin

they are always the first ones to get there. demeter’s kids like to take flowers to decor the tables and sometimes a few of them bake/cook something to share with their friends.

they are really polite and calm, just trying to eat their dinner in peace and go back to what they were doing.

they’re usually really loud, especially if they had just won capture the flag, and would make sure to bump into cabin 6’s table and tease them for losing.

i think they’d have childish eating habits, like not liking vegetables and salad. they are the most likely to start a food war at some point too.

the quiet ones who just wants to eat and go back to what they were doing before. is really common for them to take books and notebooks to the dinning pavilion because they “can’t lose time”

chiron don’t let them study in the dinning pavilion anymore because they’d stop eating when their food gets cold because of them getting distracted by their books

they usually arrive together with another cabin, mostly cabin 11 and 18, laughing and singing.

don’t really care about the rule of not seating in another’s cabin table, and they’d go around all the tables so they can eat with all their friends.

when the hunters are in camp half-blood, they are the first ones to arrive and the first ones to leave, rare exceptions.

don’t usually interact with other cabins, and just talk between themselves.

cabin 9 only go to the dining pavilion to get food to spend the night working and occasionally talk to some of their friends too.

they eat a lot though, and sometimes don’t manage to sneak out of the pavilion without getting caught when they are trying to take some food to their cabin

some of them are usually late because they spend too much time getting ready for dinner, but others like talking to cabin 4 while they decor the tables.

they pretend to eat only healthy food but are addicted to desserts and won’t leave without eating something sweet.

the other demigods always try to get to the dining pavilion before cabin 11 because they know that hermes’s children like playing pranks on who is late to dinner.

they also eat a lot because they need a lot of energy to keep up with their training schedule

mr d. go to their cabin to check if they getting ready to dinner and then waits until all of his kids arrive to the dining pavilion to start eating.

always try to order wine from that magic cups but they never manage to do it. they get scolded by chiron really often because of that but at some point mr d. transformed him into a frog so he’d stop bothering his kids

i feel like they don’t often have dinner with the others, but sometimes will eat in the dinning pavilion just so everyone knows they’re still there.

when they are not feeling like going to the dinning pavilion, their friends would bring some food for them in cabin 13 and they’d probably have a sleepover after that.

🌈⋆.ೃ࿔* iris cabin

they’re pretty quiet, just go there to say hello to everybody, eat and get some snacks to spend the night or to share with some friends later.

they like playing with the colors of the foods, like changing the food’s color or making it shine.

💤⋆.ೃ࿔* hypnos cabin

they might be a bit lazy but are never going to deny food. when arriving at the dinning pavilion they’d go straight to their friends table to talk a little before the food is served.

they’d never eat their whole meal because they would get tired of chewing at some point.

⚖️⋆.ೃ࿔* nemesis cabin

they have an habit of being the last ones to start eating because they think it’s unfair to have a meal while others are hungry.

would get so mad at people wasting food, or starting silly arguments (cabin 1 x cabin 5)

they’d be either too tired while eating because of the training or would create dumb competitions

they have weird eating habits. i don’t really know how to explain but they eat weird food.

they are often scolded by cabin 16 for playing with their food or for speaking too loudly.

they’re just want the dessert, nothing else. (chiron won’t let them eat only sweet though)

never had to face situations like ordering something they don’t like or their food getting cold, because of their luck.

cabin 11 still tries to throw a pie on their faces but it just never works.

they put potions on the other cabins food sometimes, just to see the effect it’d have in people.

they take some food to the satyrs who live in the woods in exchange for magic ingredients for their studies.

how i think cabin 20’s powers and battle skills would be

weapons

i think they’d prefer use daggers instead of normal swords

their powers already give them strong offensive strength so the weapons would be used as a defense if they ever fight against someone stronger than them, or are not able to use their powers

they’d use spells to make their weapons stronger or have an special effect on their enemies

they don’t need/have shields but will carry one to battle just in case they need it

powers

mostly related to witchcraft since their mother is the goddess of magic and witchcraft🤷‍♀️

they’re able to manipulate the mist and use it to create illusions to mortals and monsters

hecate’s kids can create two “clones” of themselves, just like their mother, and control them to do whatever they want

thanks to hecate, cabin 20 is full of witchcraft books so her children can learn more about their own powers

they can manipulate almost every element of nature, especially fire

their powers gets stronger during the night or if they are in contact with nature

some of them can talk to some animals like cats and crows

in battle

children of hecate could be in both offensive or defensive roles in a battle.

they’d rather stay at the back of the field and only attack when they’re requested to

hate being in a leader position

are usually the ones who end fights

cabin 20 gets divided in three groups during battles: offensive , defensive and helpers.

children of hecate in the offensive team are the ones who are the strongest or the ones with the most skills, not necessarily being able to control their power

the ones in the defensive team have more control over their powers and can manage to keep calm under pressure

the helpers are the ones who joins cabin 7 to take care of the injured demigods and heal them quickly

whoever have cabin 20 don’t even need to worry about losing because they are definitely some of the strongest demigods out there.

her children are usually calm, friendly and patient

always want to help others and make everyone around them happy and comfortable

people usually say they have a good vibe and that’s why they make many new friends everywhere they go

children of hestia wake up early most of the time even though they don’t have to, and when it happens they’ll help to make the other demigods’ breakfast

there is not even one cabin that doesn’t like children of hestia

most of them are really into physical touch

usually don’t make good leaders because they are afraid of hurting the others feelings and hesitate to make decisions

their cabin is really warm and cozy and is usually the place the other cabins go when they’re feeling down or overwhelmed

they are addicted to tea or coffee

their best friends are cabin 4, 7, 14, 15 and 18

actually they treat these people here☝️like they were their children

they’re the true meaning of mom friend

usually not worried about training their fighting skills but will try to be helpful during battles

they give the best advice

as i said they are usually very patient but i wouldn’t try to make them mad if i were you

their mother is the goddess of fire and most of them don’t know how to use their powers🤷‍♀️

they are also good friends with cabin 6 because they like reading a lot so sometimes they share knowledge between them

they understand people’s feelings without them having to say anything, and are always there if their friends need them

family is really important to children of hestia and they’re the only people they’d die for

they are usually good at cooking and baking

and they like taking pictures of everything because they don’t want to forget the good moments of their lives

can be really emotional, even dramatic sometimes

Hello, you recently wrote a text about the relationship between Iris's cabin and Hades' cabin. I am a Nemesis and I am curious about the relationship of my cabin with 14 (Iris) and 5 (Ares). It's a bit random (and I hope it's not repetitive) but I found the headcanon really cute! Thanks! :D

“i trust you”

cabin 16 x cabin 14 friendship

nemesis’ children are known for not being afraid to confront other people if they think something is wrong, and sometimes their sincerity can put them into some trouble. unfortunately it is kind of common for cabin 16 to be vandalized or be the target of some pranks as a revenge for whatever they’ve said

but we are talking about the children of the goddess of revenge so don’t expect them to be okay with that. of course they had their revenge planned already, but the other minor gods’ kids tried to call them down.

and when i say “the other minor gods’ kids” it means cabin 14 and 18, but mostly just the iris kids.

iris kids care a lot about harmony and peace, but some of their neighbors, like cabin 16, weren’t exactly the calmest ones. however, they were determined to keep the nemesis’s kids out of trouble.

cabin 14 helped them fix their cabin and that’s when the nemesis’s children started trusting the iris’s kids a little.

their friendship was something that took a long time to develop, and i mean years. there were one of two campers who became friends more quickly but the majority of nemesis’s kids waited until cabin 14 proved to be 100% trustable.

after some time, these two became like siblings. the nemesis’s kids showed a playful and relaxed side of them and the iris’s children showed to not be as naive as people think they are.

they gossip a lot. the iris’s kids usually know everything that happens around chb and of course they’re telling everything to cabin 16.

they like listening to each other’s opinions; their ways of thinking are completely opposites so they usually ask for each other’s advice or thoughts on a particular topic to help them understand different points of view

nemesis’s kids usually aren’t used to physical touch, but the iris’s kids are and they make sure to give them hugs everyday.

cabin 16 is extremely loyal to their friends and want them to be safe. sometimes one of nemesis’s kids checks if cabin 14 is okay before going to sleep.

iris’s children once had to stop their friends from screaming and mr. d when he said something stupid about the minor gods.

the nemesis’s kids want to teach cabin 14 that they don’t have to be nice all the time and that are some people who don’t deserve their kindness.

the iris’s kids want to show cabin 16 that there are still good people in the world that they can actually trust.

they work well together; the two of them have really deep personalities that could work really well together, and that will probably be the kind of friendship where they’re constantly learning something new about themselves.

“i dare you”

cabin 16 x cabin 14 friendship

i think these two would have a kind of playful rivalry, like they’re friends but compete in everything.

they already tried to team up in some games like capture the flag but it didn’t work well, so they started this “who’s the best” thing.

i personally think cabin 5 and 16 got along pretty quickly, some people thought that they’d hate each other but the friendship between them started naturally.

they’d understand their problems, especially if the problem is their parents since nemesis and ares are really strict with their children.

but would never talk about what they’re feeling, they think that’s embarrassing.

i think they’d be the kind to give the other some space or try to distract them from their issues.

cabin 16 is always scolding cabin 5 for bullying others and making them apologize for it.

their little competitions can get a bit dangerous sometimes, the apollo’s kids are already getting tired of them going everyday to the infirmary.

cabin 5 will make cabin 16 listen to their favorite songs

they act like they don’t care but they’re always taking care of each other

cabin 16 convinced cabin 5 to help the new campers to learn how to fight (without bullying little kids in the process)

they’d have some weird jokes that only they understand

they argue a lot about everything but eventually will be back to normal again

the two cabins always sit next to each other during campfires and once cabin 16 got mad at cabin 5 and almost burned them “by accident”

nemesis and ares children would be a good couple👀

hera who made hephaestus build something to protect her kids from zeus

hera who loved when one of her kids from chb called ares their brother and he was just furious about it

hera who usually doesn’t show any affection for her children but learned how to cook their favorite meal and send it to the camp in secret

hera who once found out that some aphrodite’s kids were bothering cabin 2 and went to the camp herself to threat them

hera who let her kids try on some of her crowns when they visit the olympus

hera who will punish anyone who dares to break her kids’ heart

hera who visits camp half-blood at least once a month to keep up with her kids’ life and always end up saying things like “go straight to what matters, how’s your dating life?”

thanatos who was worried that his kids would be scared of him if he visits them in the camp

thanatos who used to ask for his brother, hypnos, to visit his children for him and make sure they’re okay

thanatos who went to the underworld to talk to hades but ended up getting scolded by persephone for not visiting his kids

thanatos who cried when his children hugged him for the first time

thanatos who gifted his kids with silver necklaces that they could use to call him if they needed to

thanatos who refuses to take his kids souls to the underworld and always gives them more chances to live

thanatos who got in an argument with hypnos and morpheus because some of his kids were suffering from insomnia and nightmares

thanatos who spends almost a month asking hades for a day off because he wanted to spend his kids’ birthday with them in the camp
