funny story about how I ended up watching cats, I knew that I could probably find the 1998 pro recording somewhere online, but one day my grandma was visiting and I mentioned to her how I’d love to watch it, and she said “oh yeah I have it on vhs! :)” and it was like “WHAT” and she was like “yeah I got it a long time ago but nobody wanted to watch it with me” and I was like “HELLO ILL WATCH IT WITH YOU!!!” and it was still in its shrink wrap and everything and it came with behind the scenes footage and character illustrations of macavity, rum tum tugger, and grizabella!

we watched it together and it was a lot of fun :)

what are your cats unpopular opinions

Jellylorum is so often overlooked and reduced down to just being a mom. This also happens to jennyanydots .they are way more than just mom. You don't see skimbleshanks being reduced to just dad .This is more of a cat fandom thing, but I think it still counts .

Cats the Musical

I've loved the musical for a while. I love the songs and choreography. My favorite cat being Tugger.

These are the most recent art. I have an old book filled with Cats drawings but it'll take quite a bit of art dumps to share it lol.

Hi! Who is your favourite kitten? And what is your one hc for them?

Oooh, it would have to be between Jemima and Electra, I just love them both so much!

I kinda mentioned this in another post but a hc I have for Jemima is that she will be the one to take Old Deuts role when he's gone. I think that's why she was the one to sing Moonlight after he sang The moments of happiness. It was his way of preparing her.

And I don't know where I first saw this hc but ever since I did I absolutely love it. Electra being the daughter of Macavity and Bombalurina with the only one knowing being the red queen. I can just picture Macavity and her mating with her ending up pregnant. She panicked when she found out and hid it from everyone. Bombalurina was hiding in an allyway when she gave birth, later that night she went over to the railway station and laid the kitten by the electronics before returning to Macavity's layer. As she had hoped, Skimbleshanks had found the kitten in the morning and immediately brought her to the junkyard. Fittingly naming her Electra. When the two queens finally returned to the junkyard after escaping Macavity, both physically and mentally, Bombalurina met Electra again and she knew that was her kitten. Yet she didn't say anything and still hasn't and she probably never will.

Who’s mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer favorite prank victim(s) in the junkyard? What kind of stunts do they pull? Also…who’s someone they’d never try it with (besides old d and gus) 🫶

Well of course that would be everyones two favourite tired tabbys, Munkustrap and Jennyanydots. Pranking them is the easiest and also the funniest thing that they can do. Although they also prank Skimbleshanks every now and again but alot less frequently.

The pranks they pull could be anything between just hiding Jenny's needle or Skimble's vest to gaslighting Munkustrap into thinking Mungojerrie is Teazer and vise versa. They also steal a lot of stuff Jenny's mice has done. Like a pearl necklace Teazer later gave to Victoria and a new collar which was later found around Coricopat's neck who he said was given to him from Mungojerrie (knowing fully well that it was stolen but acting like he didn't.)

They would never dare try or even think to try and prank Cassandra. She would 100% kill them before they even got into planning the thing in the first place.
