You know how in DA2, if you romanced someone, Varric would pull you aside for a few seconds to tell you why it might be a bad idea. 

I would’ve loved this for Inquisition.

Varric pulls the Inquisitor aside.

Sera: I get, it she seems fun, but I’d suggest you watch yourself because being shanked in the kidney by her nutty elven lover is a pretty ignoble way to go for our dear Inquisitor after surviving Haven.

Iron Bull: *laughing* You’re shitting me, right?! The Herald of Andraste and the Ben Hassrath Qunari spy? I don’t know how you two are making that work, I don’t want to know, but I know about ten different ways this could end, and a lot of them look painful and you’re gonna have a hard time explaining it to the Seeker. Or the healers.

Insomnia/anxiety Musings

So tonight my mum sat me down and told me her 40 year marriage with my dad is over. Not a big surprise, I'm 24 this month, jaded af and living at home to try and scrape money together to move out.

Also this has been a year of torment coming. See my dad, ofc 'the disciplinarian', the do gooder, ex police and all, had been cheating on my mum. Pretty normal story. Happens, unfortunately, to a lot of marriages.

Yeah it was with my best friend/childhood friends aunt. My dad use to "visit" my friends dying grandmothers bedside where the aunt was caring for her.

What a total fucking cunting bellend. Like seriously, jump in fire.

My mum takes him back because, well, 40 years probably developed sort of fucked up loyalty.

He leaves again to stay and this womans house. Again. Kicking my mum when she's down. And then comes back again. Begging. Crying.

Hes depressed, hes sick, he isnt happy.

Well done, now no one is happy. Cunt.

My mum forgives, again. My brother forgives, again.

I don't. I sure as fuck don't forget either.

And he knows it.

Fun fact, my brother and me are separately adopted, my mum had cancer in her 20s, meant she couldn't have kids.

They have survived mental and physical wars as a couple, as parents. 40 years. Christ.

There is no narrative to this ramble. Its 3am, my anxiety and general poor mental state is gutter deep currently.

You'd think the betrayal would be more understandable as an adult.
