just wanna highlight the “you can respect their autonomy and still be inspired by their friendships/dynamics/personalities.” because that is SO true.

i am literally obsessed with spencer and courtney’s friendship, it’s bad. but i like to think im fairly normal about it!! the smosh cast deserves respect but you can still appreciate their dynamics

i do not think shayne & court announcing their marriage justifies in anyway all of the weird shipping they endured and stalker-ish behavior from people prior. i’m still coming to my own conclusions and opinions on how i feel about shipping the cast because of this situation but right now i will say this:

i don’t take it very seriously and neither should you. they are real people, not fictional characters. please remember that. if you are actively dissecting everything cast members do, shipping cast members that are openly in relationships, and disrespecting their boundaries you are weird and gross and please DNI!!! i only now “ship” shourtney that the marriage has been announced and i don’t ship any other real people. i don’t think that’s my place.
