The Giant swiftly grabbed Kristine’s hand, stopping her in mid step. Halting her forward motion abruptly.

Timidly she brought her shoulder to her ear, trying to pull her hand out from his strong and gentle fingertips. Yet his grip wouldn’t yield.

She didn’t want to look up at him.

She didn’t want to meet his gaze.

Yet…like a moth to the flame, she could avoid him no longer. As soon as their eyes met, he made a heartfelt request in three simple words.

Felt, chef. I just spent the past 4 days unloading I think 17 semi trucks worth of Frozen Broadway tour equipment? Meanwhile the entire time I'm cursing the universe for not making me at least 10 feet taller. Would definitely eliminate the need to use 2 forklifts to extract a 15 foot long 2 ton deck cart. Maybe I'd even get a pay premium...

I understand that being two inches tall isn't realistic in any way but the actual life I have right now where I'm six feet tall isn't realistic in any way either. I mean, if we're going to do this, God, and it appears we are, then why are You half-assing this? I want the benefits of magical realism along with the... *gestures vaguely, broadly* of magical realism.

I loooove thinking about domestic aspects of g/t...

There are lots of resources out there on cooking/baking/brewing with wild edibles! There's all kinds of culinary possibilities with what's available in the immediate region. Wild grains, roots, herbs, mushrooms, etc all being seasonally available for foraging. These are some sites I recommend exploring if you're looking for inspiration! (These are specific to the US, but try looking up native wild edibles in your region/biome!)

I also enjoy the idea of borrower agriculture. Raising bugs for meat & chiton, cultivating various wild plants and fungus for food and medicinal purposes, etc.

The sky is the limit!!

i know like, realistically, borrower cooking and baking options would be super limited. but also you can bet they have their own specific kind of flatbread and it fucks severely
