. Does anyone actually know what's happening with the monster fest dolls? I saw so many people say they'd come out today (April 15th) but it's today and they aren't available? Amazon and target don't have listings at all, Walmart says they're "out of stock" and has, as far as I can tell, said that sense the listing was created. The YouLoveIt site was edited at some point after noon and went from saying "April 15th" to just "April 2024" with no explanation. Even the Mattel site "where to buy" tab doesn't come up with any results I don't understand why this is happening. I've been waiting for this Clawdeen for weeks. I kept money set aside just for her. And I can't figure out what's going on. And I can't even find anyone who seems confused like I am. Is this normal??? I feel like I'm being gaslight. I'm so frustrated at this point and I don't know what to do.

Those who sell things you make online, how do you do so? I've heard really bad things about Etsy but I wanna get started somewhere. I can't use PayPal sense they force you to display your deadname so selling just. To people. Is hard because people don't trust me. Which is understandable. But still, it's hard. I just wanna sell some of my custom dolls and jackets I made and things. I just. Don't know how to get my feet on the ground with this sort of thing.

Vampires. Aging, society, and Draculara lore!!

Vampires cannot be born Vampires. They have to be turned, even if they are born to vampire parents, they will come out the womb human.

*When a vampire is bit, their growth is stunted.

They no longer grow up naturally, but can still age, depending on their mental state.

Vampires can die from a variety of ways,

Those methods include; "Blessed" or "light touched" weapons (ie religious items and objects touched by light witchcraft) extream exposure to sunlight, being pierced by wooden weapons, as wood is grown by sunlight, and in some rare cases they can mature to death.

Vampires will heal most other damage very quickly, but severe trauma may leave long lasting issues

Vampires tend to live in isolated communities

Lots of vampire towns have deals with nearby human towns to secure human blood for the residents

Other communities subsist on animal blood almost exclusively

Most vampire towns do not allow the hunting and consuming of humans for fear of being found out

As isolated townships, vampire towns can go through very little change for long periods of time

Vampire society is built around "doing as many things as possible"

Some communities use their long lives to make art or learn and master new skills

Others use their long lives and resistance to death to party

Drugs or alcohol can become a real issue to vampires because they cannot overdose.

Substances don't work properly on a vampire unless they've eaten recently, as these things are designed to interact with human blood

Bramstown is the largest vampire settlement on the planet

Dracula, as The Vampire Count, rules not only this town, but all of vampire civilization

Dracula has been the vampire count sense 1152

Dracula helped facilitate the building of Monster Castle in 1542

Dracula first met, then bit, then adopted his daughter in 1862

He did this to save her life from a traumatic injury

She suffers severe amnesia and cannot remember her human life

Sense then Dracula has rarely left his town and raised Draculara exclusively in it

As such, she never really grew up beyond the need to. She lived in the castle her entire vampire life

This was, until she had a memory surface, and decided it was time to go out and see the world.

Dracula allowed this, on one condition. That she would attend Monster High first, to ease her into the modern world

Draculara is starting her third year at the school

Faced with new challenges and new opportunities for development

Draculara may be showing signs of growing up for the first time in a very long time
