Hi hello! I know this is a bit out of the blue, but we wanted to do something potentially positive, spread good vibes, all that good stuff! /pos /vlh

what does it feel like first realising that youre a system?

its a different experience for everyone but for us it was kind of an all at once realization that

- those voices in my head? probably a system

- that zoned out feeling any time we're overwhelmed? probably dissociation

- feeling like you're not in physical control of your body? probably the system.

one of my favorite stories to tell is that when we were in like the 3rd grade and up, we used to joke about the "secretary that lived in my head Rent free" and eventually we realized that that wasn't a universal experience! :D (shout-out to Janice, love you bestie!)

and then we forgot for like 3 months when someone was frontstuck.

and we finally somewhat accepted that we're a system (we still have some doubts sometimes, but hey, that's normal)

saw your ask post - heres a random question i like asking - whats the coolest/most complex thing about your inner world?

if you dont have an innerworld (which is perfectly normal and okay) whats something you notice different alters(or headmates or any language you prefer) do when fronting thats unique to them?

we do have an inner world :D

and I would love to rant on and on about it but for the sake of keeping this somewhat short I'm gonna try and just point out the more interesting stuff.

we have multiple locations in our inner world, but we don't really have paths between locations, its like that scene from coraline where she's walking with the cat and everything turns white, thats kinda what the in-between all the main locations.

most of our inner world has a very navy blue colour scheme, except for the circus tent we have, which is filled with bright reds and yellows and vibrancy despite being quite run down.

that's most of the stuff I can think of off the top of my head that's worth mentioning.

in my opinoion the system community should be working together instead of fighting eachother. we are all systems and I find comfort in knowing and talking to other systems instead of fighting them for why they exist.
