Chapter 1 out now! It was originally only supposed to be a single chapter, but I got too hooked on the story, so I had to split it into two. Enjoy!

“You can't keep running from me.” Anakin says as he plops down on the empty seat across from Obi-Wan, who sets his fork down and raises an eyebrow.

“Excuse me?”

“Oh come on, do I really look that stupid to you?”

well actually- Obi-Wan ponders, but is swiftly interrupted before saying anything.

“Don't answer that. Anyways, you've been avoiding me. I can tell. Did I do anything wrong? Please, this has been bugging me ever since we've left Coruscant.” Anakin begs, those soft blue eyes almost looking watery.

Obi-Wan takes a second to calculate his response. He leans in towards Anakin as if to whisper him a secret, and he could swear he saw the hair on his skin rise.

“You have a stain on your shirt.” he whispers as he gets up, taking his almost empty dinner tray with him to discard it at the nearest station.

Anakin grinds his jaw in irritation. This bastard. Who does he think he is? With his smug little smile, and his smug little eyes, and his smug little auburn strands of hair that fall in his face so perfectly when he looks down.

Angrily inspecting his shirt for said stain, he takes one of Obi-Wan's abandoned napkins and tries his best to remove the splatter of pallie juice, only making it worse in the process.

Cute little excerpt from a one-shot fic I'm working on. Releases soon-ish (early january) if everything works out like intended <3
