thank you anon!!! i am waist deep in assignment, work and zine stuff nowadays but im hoping to get back to drawing more for the au once its my winter break!
hiii :) im the anon that asked a different blog about the difference between shuake/akeshu awhile ago. i just happened to notice you answered my question in the replies and i wanted to say thank you. id given up because i couldn't find an answer so i really appreciate it. ive never encountered that piece of fandom culture, ive always thought ship names were interchangeable. thank you again for the explanation :)
hi anon!! no problem im glad to help. ship names are mostly interchangeable yeah, but there are definitely fans that like only one dynamic over the other so thats why the distinction exists. it’s definitely gotten a lot more prevalent in recent years! even then, yeah it makes sense that you might not know especially in this fandom where a lot of fans don’t even know where the “shu” comes from (it’s from the term “shujinko” which means protagonist).
I think any internal conflict akechi had about killing the protagonist was GONE the moment he ate that spicy takoyaki . I bet he looked at the protag and watched as he said NOTHING when the spicy one was picked up. I bet he saw the slightest smile when he was struggling to keep his composure. I bet the moment he got out of sight he was overcome with bloodlust so severe he nearly shot Akira there and then in public. Just saying
