College should cost two dollars and then when you graduate everyone apologizes for wasting your time

I've always been opposed to marking up books; writing in them, folding pages, making notes. It's the permanency I think, the same way I'm afraid to put a sticker somewhere because then it's stuck there forever.

But I also have a lot of books. And how boring will it be for my children and grandchildren to pack them up when I'm gone, boxes and boxes of impersonal books identical to a brand new copy from amazon? They won't be heirlooms, nobody will feel connected to me through them.

I'm challenging myself to leave my mark in all of them this summer. Take notes in the margins. Leave messages for future readers. Doodle illustrations. Leave something behind to be found.

Shout out to all the students who aren't good at what they're passionate about, who can't concentrate on their study, who didn't win an award, who always thought they going to drop out but made it, who aren't passionate about what they're good at, who can't ask question or answer infront of whole class, who didn't have any friend throughout the whole session, who was going through difficult times because of their family issues, who have any kind of physical or mental illness, who love to study but hate giving exams. To all the students out there I'm so proud of you and you are so strong.

Hi guys! I’m Katie and I’m a junior in college. I recently just switched my major from biomedical sciences to psychology and I’ll be graduating spring 2024. I currently already have a degree in medical laboratory technology and I’ll be taking my boards for it next year.

I made this studyblr with the intent to track my progress through my degree and boards studying. I’m super excited to share my studying with everyone!
