i was one of those weird kids who wasn’t allowed to watch spongebob so i’m slowly making my way through the classics and whatnot. i don’t think it holds up as much as it would if i grew up with it- it’s not bad and some of it really hits I think nostalgia just amplifies the show for a lot of people- but i will say one thing. tom kenny is such a a fucking godsend of a voice actor. but we all knew that
