　　— sorry i havent been uploading as much 😭💔 ive been busy with work and school ,, but im on christmas break so hopefully ill be able to get through the few requests i have sitting in my inbox rn and reopen requests :(( ima try to start uploading more now as much as i can ❤️ heres a little something for christmas though ! hope you all enjoy christmas this year <3

• it was natural for the bots aboard to be interested in human customs ,, having lived in a war most their life . death and violence were something they were quite used to experiencing ,, never really having the time to experience anything outside of the horrors of war itself .

• swerve was one of the few main bots that pestered you often about human holidays . cybertronians didn't celebrate much ,, unless they were a group of autobots who just gave some decepticons a what-for .

• then again ,, swerve usually asked many questions regarding things on earth and what humans do . sometimes you humored him ,, sometimes you told little lies ,, like if you clapped three times in a mall it would be a sign that a tiger was loose . it was quite fun to put silly nonsense in that processor of his at times .

• though when it came to christmas he would not leave you alone . whether you celebrated it or not ,, you still explained the custom in general to him . how old saint nicholas would mosey on down the chimney ,, eat the cookies and drink the milk left out for him ,, and leave presents under the tree lit well and adorned with ornaments .

• you even pulled up the santa tracker for swerve ,, showing him where santa would go and be ,, how on christmas eve he would be flying around with his reindeer and leave presents

• hearing all of this intrigued chromedome and rewind ,, as well as tailgate and whirl . cyclonus didn't understand the hype and belief of having an old random man leave gifts in your house and eat your food even if left out specifically him . tailgate was thrilled though ,, a funny little old man leaving him gifts seemed so heavenly to him . chromedome and rewind ,, however ,, had different opinions . rewind was interested in this human holiday ,, whilst chromedome shared the same opinion as cyclonus . how were you sure this 'santa' guy wasnt gonna rob you ? and when you were sleeping nonetheless .

• rodimus already knew of this tradition ,, as did ratchet and ultra magnus . rodimus was quite ecstatic at the idea of having a christmas party ,, watching christmas movies and sipping on energon . maybe he could even have you sit on his lap ,, all cozy in those soft blankets and sippin on your own mug of hot chocolate .

• ratchet couldnt care less ,, grumbling something about how 'you humans and your holidays and customs' . though he definitely didnt deny the offer of going to this christmas party ,, it was nice to spend some time that didn't involve life threatening situations for once .

• ultra magnus ,, on the other hand ,, was quite picky about how the christmas party should be set up . he even tried to ban home alone ,, saying he didnt want rodimus to get any ideas from the traps in the movie . the last thing he needed was to end up in one the next day . though ,, the many outweigh the few ,, and so home alone was allowed in the movie marathon .

• now when you told him about the grinch ,, he wasnt sure if you were mocking him by saying it was an actual movie or if he should be concerned for what this dr.seuss guy was drawing . i mean ,, have you seen how hairy the grinch is ? or how the whos in whoville are shaped ? pointy noses and all ,, it was quite new to magnus .

• megatron ,, who overheard everything ,, already knew he wasnt going to be wanted at the party . it made sense ,, his past and everything he's done to earth and its people . though when you asked him to come ,, that you personally wanted him there ,, he swore he felt his spark stop for a second . he only gave a nod ,, whilst ravage bickered to him that night in his habsuite .

• whirl ,, to say the least ,, was prepared to fight santa . he was watching the santa tracker ,, waiting for the jolly fellow to pop up so whirl could fly down and bring out the big guns ( that brainstorm recently made ,, not yet tested out or put through a test trial so lord knows what may go wrong) . magnus almost had to throw him in the brig if he couldnt contain his sudden rage and fury for the old man .

• first aid was somewhat interested ,, never having celebrated a holiday before . it would be nice ,, getting together and doing nothing but watching movies all day . he hadnt seen movies from earth that much either ,, besides a few fast n furious ones here and there . needless to say ,, he was somewhat concerned for humans need to trash cars . he cringed a little on the inside ,, watching those perfectly good cars blow up . it was like a horror movie but for cybertronians .

• during the movie marathon ,, whirl tried to sneak violent night and black christmas in ,, saying they were also christmas movies and that they should watch them . magnus ended up throwing them out ,, saying no one really felt like seeing dying people during this one time of peace .

• drift enjoyed the nightmare before christmas ,, the claymation alone was enough to captivate him . then the designs of the characters ,, the music and songs ,, even jack's childlike wonder for christmas matched his own (in a few ways) . during that movie you sat with him ,, sharing a few facts about the movie itself . how long it took to make and how hard it is to do claymation movies .

• during the polar express you stayed with rewind and chromedome ,, snuggling in between the two and sippin on your hot chocolate . rewind enjoyed watching the train on the ice whilst chromedome puffed about how he coulda easily done that himself and saved everyone . you only rolled your eyes ,, muttering out a sure as you fought back a smile .

• during a break in between the movies you noticed megatron ,, standing awkwardly in the corner with his own cube of fools energon in servo . you smiled at the bot ,, walking up to him and having a small conversation with him . you didnt honestly think he’d show up ,, but youre glad he did . he let you sit with him during one of the movies ,, bonding well with the giant bot .

• he was quite warm ,, heat coming from off his body as you huddled close to him . he tucked his servo around you ,, worried you may fall off . for a few moments during the movie you swore you saw him smile at some of the corniest parts ,, or chuckle softly at some of the dumbest jokes .

• you took turns ,, switching between bots during different movies . you would sit in their laps ,, explain little things you liked about the movie playing and share a few things of your own childhood during this time of the year .

• it was nice ,, to say the least . having time to the bots ,, doing things that reminded you of home . it wasnt the same ,, but it was the thought that counted . spending time with them peacefully was more than enough for you ,, and definitely more than you could ask for this christmas .

YAY I got one! Okay here I go:

1. The first time was probably Ferris Buellers Day Off the parade scene as a child I would rewind the tape we had of that scene over and over again (twist and shout still one of my favorites). I don’t think I seriously got in to them till 2016 tho

4. My favorite Beatle wife! Hm that’s hard… my instinct is to say Mo but I actually don’t know that much about her (I intend to get around to reading about her). But considering she was a cavern girl, she had 3/4 of the Beatles, and she looks cool af then yes I’m very impressed with her and love her. Thanks Mo!!

13. This is so hard! In my heart I wanna go back to the cavern and be a cavern girl going there on my lunch break every day. But if it’s just one event I’ll say… yeah I wanna be on the roof! And I’d like a camera so I could take pictures (are there random pictures of them on the roof and if not why?)

          pedes clanged against the metal floor of the lost light interior . a certain green bot making his way through the labyrinth of the ship with a datapad in his servo . maybe he didnt triple check it enough ,, but something about the report he got from rodimus just irked him . maybe he was too stressed ,, too frustrated with something . and so he left to head for a certain someone .

          he knows it would be rude to imprude your sleep ,, as its quiet essential to humans . yet he couldnt feign the empty feeling in his spark from missing you . it was all that occupied his processor through the day ,, even if he did see you as magnus . it wasn't enough though ,, realizing how needy he sounded ,, but you did say it was alright to pop in any time he wanted to no matter what . so maybe it was somewhat acceptable .

          he stopped in front of your door ,, punching in the simple code and slipping in the dimly lit room when the door slid open . the first thing he could hear was hushed giggles coming from a corner of your room . it didnt take him long to find the source ,, walking over and seeing the minibots of the lost light all huddled around you with blankets wrapped horribly around them . in tailgate's lap you laid ,, hands on either side of swerve's cheeks as you pressed kisses to his facial plates . minimus shouldve known you wouldnt be sleeping by now . it was foolish of him to think so ,, when he knew deep down these three would keep you up all night with no shame or remorse .

          " i want more too !" tailgate whined ,, visor dimming as you return your attention to swerve's derma . " in a moment tailgate ,, you already had some and swerve hasnt yet ." you replied ,, giving the minibot one last smooch and turning back to tailgate . " youre so needy tonight ,, whats up with that ? did something happen today ?" you frowned ,, moving to place a hand on the side of his face . " you could say that . i mean ,, whirl did land me in medbay earlier ." he pouted ,, yet his visor brightened with you kissed his faceplate .

          rewind and swerve sat on either side of tailgate ,, blankets in their laps and wrapped around their shoulders as best as you could get them to be . it always surprised you how these mechs slept . it reminded you of prison in a way ,, sleeping on a slab with nothing for comfort . not even a single pillow . it was honestly no wonder most these bots were rude and cranky . you would be too if you had to sleep that way ,, thankfully you didn't though .

          green armor caught your eye ,, stopping you midway of pressing a kiss to tailgate's cheek and looking up . minimus stood there ,, arms crossed and a data pad in one servo . " what is the meaning of this ?" he asked ,, squinting his optics at the minibots huddled around you . " um ,, nothing ?" swerve gulped . rewind shrugged before tailgate replied ,," getting kisses . do you want to join in ?" minimus faltered a second . whilst it sounded nice ,, they were disturbing your internal clock and messing with your sleep schedule .

          " no . youre all disturbing (y/n) . shoo off and let them sleep ." he grumbled ,, keeping his stance . swerve's awkward smile dropped to a pout ,, all three minibots looking at you . with a sigh ,, you crawled off tailgate's lap and towards minimus . " its alright mins ,, theyre not doing any harm ." you hands wrapped around his digit ,, smile sweetly beaming up at him . " why dont you join us ? and then we can all go to sleep ?" you offered ,, waiting patiently for him to give in . he always does anyways ,, because this isnt the first time it happened .

          the bot sighed ,, arms dropping to his side as he slowly started to nod . " alright ,, alright ." he gave in ,, reaching down a bit to pick you up and hold you in his arms . " only for a bit ,, and then youre going straight to bed ." he huffed as he walked over to the rest of the minibots ,, settling down beside rewind and turning his head to the side bashfully when you kiss his derma .

    - rodimus

| • roddy saw it on tiktok when he was supposed to be working ,, and instead of finishing it his work he spammed you about it until you replied

| • who names it -> roddy

| • he names the kid chicken nugget because it seemed funny

| • roddy would have his status set as 'saving the world'

| • he'd be a good parent the first few days ,, but after about a week or two he forgets so you have to spam him care reminders

| • he probably buys the premium

| • roddy also probably spams your notes when you have chicken nugget over ,, and begs you to return him

| • he would draw little hearts on your guys' doodle widget when hes bored

    - magnus / minimus

| • you had the app and somehow convinced minimus to download it and coown a pet with you

| • you hatched a cat ,, and minimus let you name it ,, which was probably a bad decision

| • because you named him dr . bigglesworth

| • he regrets it to this day

| • mins usually has biggles most the time ,, and never forgets to feed or bathe him

| • hes respectful with his notes and gives him to you when you ask

| • though if he sees you're neglecting dr bigglesworth ,, he'll send you one care reminder

| • he has his status set to 'hardworking'

| • mins wont write little messages on your note widget unless you do it first ,, same with doodling

| • though sometimes when he gets super stressed from work he may doodle dr . bigglesworth on your doodle widget

    - swerve

| • he found the app and was super excited to coparent with you

| • he wanted to name the egg ,, and so he did

| • and thats how jerry got his name ,, and jerry was a penguin

| • he would also always remember to take care of jerry ,, maybe even spoil him a little too much

| • whenever swerve was bored at his bar ,, he would talk to jerry and feed him

| • swerve would constantly send a miss you note whenever you had jerry ,, it was honestly crazy

| • he would have his status as 'hold a hand' always

| • swerve probably would argue with you over notes on how you're neglecting jerry ,, when you literally just got him back smh

| • though all in all ,, swerve takes his coparenting to the extreme ,, he takes it serious and as a way to prepare for any future outcomes

    - rewind

| • he found the app and asked if you wanted to coparent ,, which you didnt mind ,, rewind was already coparenting another pet with chromedome

| • for some reason ,, rewind always has his status set to 'toilet' and when you asked him why ,, all he said was that it was funny to look at

| • anyways ,, you hatch a frog !! and rewind named it dinkle without talking to you first about it

| • so now you have dinkle ,, who rewind sometimes forgets about ,, which makes you spam him care reminders until he takes care of him

| • he always argues with you over your notes ,, telling you that youre caring for him wrong

| • and when rewind's bored ,, he draws pps on the doodle widget and sends you questionable notes on the note widget

| • all in all ,, hes a 4/10 parent to coparent with

    - chromedome

| • he found out you were coparenting with rewind and asked if you wanted to do so with him !

| • he let you name the egg ,, which you named 'moonie' ,, chromedome found it a little strange but cute

| • you hatched a puppy ,, and chromedome fell in love with moonie immediately

| • honestly hes a better parent than rewind is ,, always sharing moonie with you ,, giving you moonie when you ask

| • he spoils moonie with space rocket baths all the time

| • chromedome does love to draw you both on the doodle widget as best as he can ,, which is stick figures of you two

| • he sends you good morning and good night notes on the note widget

| • and his status is usually set to 'send a heart'

| • 11/10 parent to coparent with

    - trailcutter

| • he only did it because you wanted to ,, even though deep down he wanted to be the one to ask

| • he hatches the egg and lets you name it 'big mac'

| • teebs questions why but never gets an answer ,, and so big mac hatched to be a panda

| • he also falls in love with the pet ,, always taking care of big mac

| • though he usually sends you big mac when he knows hes about to start drinking so he doesnt end up neglecting him

| • when hes drunk off of engex ,, he usually draws you crying faces and broken hearts on your doodle widget

| • and thats pretty much your sign to send big mac back to him

| • teebs grows pretty attached to big mac ,, and always feels sad when he sends him to you :( always asking that you feed and bathe him

| • teebs usually has his status set to 'kiss' but when he gets drunk he changes it to 'lonely' or 'miss you'

| • hes a 8/10 parent

    - brainstorm

| • youre the one to introduce it to him and hes over the moon about it ,, he loves the concept and is super excited about coparenting with you

| • you let him name the hatched egg ,, which happens to be a duck

| • brainstorm calls him 'featherington' for sheer silliness ,, but really he just loves featherington

| • he spends money for the premium version so he can spoil his little duckie

| • he always fights you on the notes too ,, telling you to take extra care of featherington whilst hes working and if you dont hes gonna unleash the tickle monster

| • and you dont really have the time for the tickle monster ,, so you do your best to care for featherington

| • brainstorm usually has his status set as 'need you' ,, the little animated kitty cat that only premium lets you have

| • he sends you good night notes on the note widget ,, and sometimes reminders of things you need to do that day

| • when hes done with work and bored ,, he draws featherington on the doodle widget

    - first aid

| • he probably found it whilst he was taking a break from working ,, and saw it as an ad and wanted to do it with you

| • he insists on naming the pet springy ,, totally not in relevance to springer ,, he doesnt know what youre talking about

| • you hatched a cat though ! first aid tries his hardest to take care of springy but he usually ends up neglecting him or using all his items and waits for the cool downs

| • he has his status set as 'kiss you' or 'working'

| • he'll doodle little stars in his free time though ,, which is rarely

| • first aid is another who puts little reminders on your notes widget in case you have something to do that day

| • he also spams you care reminders and gets worried when you dont take care of springy and demands him back

    - whirl

| • youre the one to introduce him to the app and he at first doesnt agree to coparent but then he starts to overthink it and agrees in the end

| • he names the pet 'spike' for shits and giggles but yall hatch a duck and he becomes so attached to spike

| • he definitely buys premium to care for spike whether or not you know about it

| • any time you receive spike ,, he immediately spams 'missing spike' notes and spams the 'care reminder' notes

| • he has his status set as 'hit' or 'push'

| • he draws spikes on the doodle notes and sends you the most out of context notes ever on the widgets

| • you swear ,, one these days and magnus will sneak a peak accidentally and confiscate your phone

    - tailgate

| • hes so excited to coparent with you he cant even wait the 24 hours ! he names the pet fluffy because he likes it .

| • you hatch a shark though ,, but tailgate insists on keeping the name fluffy

| • tailgate loves fluffy so much ,, he always reminds you to take care of him ,, though sometimes he does happen to neglect fluffy on accident

| • when he does ,, he starts getting emotional and sends fluffy to you instantly ,, saying hes a bad parent and doesn't deserve him

| • he always loves when he gets fluffy back though ,, hes so joyous and is always thanking you

| • when bored ,, tailgate doodles blue hearts and sends you little love notes on the widgets

| • he has his status set to 'kiss' or 'loving'

- skids

| • you introduce the app to him and he doesnt see why not ,, so he agrees to coparent with you

| • you let him name the pet ,, and he chooses 'bubby' for em

| • yall hatch a fox ,, and skids gets to care for him first

| • you had to show him how to ,, and he learns fast how to use the app after that

| • skids makes sure to take care of bubby when needed and doesnt blow through all his items immediately

| • on the doodle widget ,, he sends you hearts and flowers ,, sometimes drawing himself blowing you a kiss

| • and on the note widget ,, he gives you good morning and good night messages ,, randomly telling you something he heard at swerves ,, sending ilys to you

| • his status is set as 'touch' or 'hug' depending on the day

| • he usually always wants bubby but he forfeits the fox when you ask to care for him

　　— just some small household activities to do with the bots <3 these are headcannons ,, there’ll be scenarios in a separate post to these tho ! :3

    - hound + folding clothes

| • hound has always found your clothing interesting ,, even if theres never really anything interesting about it

| • cybertronians dont have clothes to put on when they get cold ,, or to wear when they want to show off a new look ,, or for different sportive activities

| • it intrigued him ,, how you could easily change your outer look and find a new one

| • the most cybertronians had with that was mods and paint jobs ,, maybe a different limb if they got injured

| • he isnt too sure how to fold socks or shirts so you let him fold your pants whilst you do those

| • no matter how many times you show him how to fold socks hes still amazed and when he tries to do it he somehow fails

| • hound likes how they all look neat put up and folded ,, how it takes up little space no matter how many clothes you have

    - first aid + cooking

| • he only asked you to show him how to cook because he sees you do it often

| • its a foreign thing to him ,, after all energon is liquid and if its not than its crystal like and inedible

| • not only that but first aid wants to do something nice for you which he cant due to him always being in the medbay ,, and even when hes off of work you're usually asleep

| • it gives him time alone with you that usually results in no interruptions ,, him growing closer to you ,, and a wonderful bonding and learning experience

| • on days you accidentally sleep in he usually makes you breakfast so you dont miss it or have to worry about being late

| • do compliment him :( he loves it and it makes him happy

    - drift + dishes

| • he would find you doing your dishes one day ,, after you didnt text him after some time ,, so he would go find you in your room doing your dishes

| • he'd question you about them ,, since cybertronians only have cups and cubes to clean and even then it doesnt take too long

| • drift would offer to help ,, using his mass-displaced form and help with rinsing drying the dishes off so the job would get done faster

| • whilst in the midst of focus ,, you may get an idea and decide to splash a little water at him

| • little did you know that would start a little war between you two ,, with you both splashing water back forth at each other

| • its safe to say that the ground ,, counter ,, and both of you are soaked afterwards

    - rewind + gardening

| • he offers to help you when he finds you taking care of some plants you've brought aboard the lost light ,, something about oxygen and carbon dioxide

| • he doesnt remember too much of what you said about it ,, just that you have them

| • rewind has a lot of knowledge in his database ,, though theres not a lot of organic things in there since he's dedicated his life to dominus ambus in a way

| • he'll be interested ,, standing over you as you pot the plant ,, switching the soil and putting a bit of fertilizer in the pot

| • rewind will ask questions about it ,, camera rolling to store away the information in his database

| • he'll learn about them ,, that they make oxygen from carbon dioxide ,, how its a cycle between you and the plant

| • since you breath in oxygen and breath out carbon dioxide ,, how the plant takes in carbon dioxide and releases oxygen ,, its somewhat interesting to him in a way

| • he'll definitely help if you let him ,, feeling how foreign the soil is under his digits is and how mushy it feels when watered

| • its quite the learning experience for him

so far it was nice. interesting ,, to say the least. a lot has happened already in the past few months according to swerve. he was one of the minicons on the ship ,, and apparently was running a bar without the captains knowing. he talked quite a lot though ,, yet it didnt bother you for a minute unlike others. he was also apparently a big fan of humans ,, or had a big obsession with them.

        you didnt get it ,, why he liked humans so much. there wasnt anything special ,, other than the fact that theyre smaller and organic ,, compared to the metal titans of the ship. there were three other minicons you'd come across. rewind ,, tailgate ,, and pipes were their names ,, and they were said to be quite old. older than your own planet that is.

        pipes was quite generous ,, always offering to give you a lift to different places after and before meetings. he was good company ,, always listening and giving some actual good advice unlike others.

        though they treated you well ,, better than some mechs on board that is. rodimus kept calling you 'that human' or 'little guy' ,, and more than once has a mech mistaken you for a pet. it was degrading to say the least ,, so knowing that theres a few that treated like an actual being made it a little better. those four weren't the only ones you'd seen or come across.

        you've made good progress becoming somewhat of an acquaintance to some others on the ship. those bots being rung ,, skids ,, blaster ,, and ratchet. rung was the psychiatrist of the ship ,, a therapist if you will. skids was someone suffering with amnesia and blaster was the life of a party. a bit passive aggressive to some ,, but he waa quite nice towards you. he did say he's met humans before ,, interacted with them ,, befriended them. hes chill if anything ,, more of the type to just go with the flow.

and ratchet ,, hes old and seen it all. hes been through hell and back ,, seen more than you would from a snuff film. or multiple snuff films at that. hes really the only medic on board ,, working his aft off from day to night. you pity the poor mech ,, though he already scolded you about that.

you've met others on board. cyclonus ,, trailcutter ,, whirl unfortunately ,, chromedome ,, and brainstorm. percepter as well ,, but you rarely see the mech. hes usually locked up in his lab digging his nose in god knows what. or hes usually chasing brainstorm out of his lab. it reminded you of how siblings would act ,, not that you had siblings but you've definitely witnessed their relationships before.

        whirl and you had a run in at swerve's bar ,, the mech practically storming in and cussing everyone out. then he had saw you and now you've practically become the one person whom he solemnly seeks out for god knows what. it's different everyday. " lets blow up perceptor's lab ." or " lets scratch a spike onto ultra magnus's desk ." were the latest ones this past week.

        you'd like to think you and chromedome are somewhat acquainted or well ,, you know him somewhat. especially considering how often you hang out with rewind and how often chromedome is attached to the minicon. he doesnt talk too much ,, nor does he really do much. youve got a basic understanding of him so far. a mnemosurgen who doesnt stop what he does ,, despite his many promises towards rewind.

        poor minicon always rants about it to you ,, how he could easily end up dead one day from it all. or how its bad for him ,, the memories and the nightmares he gets. you feel bad ,, yet there wasnt a thing you could really even do.

        cyclonus you met through tailgate. he also didn't talk much ,, just giving a gruff or a nod every now and then. when he did speak ,, his voice was deep and gruff ,, yet calming as though he were about to sing a lullaby. his face reminded you of a skeleton ,, a human skeleton. how his cheeks had that sharp look to them ,, and the sharp edges of his chin didnt help either. yet it also seemed like his armor was similar to that of a samurai.

        trailcutter you've seen at swerve's bar ,, usually drowning in his sorrows and always going about his forcefields and whatnot. hes usually seen hanging around with skids. you've given him a greeting or two when you did have the time. he always talked about how this 'hound' guy would love to meet you ,, the mech apparently having a fascination with humans and earth itself.

        thinking back on it ,, you did make good progress being aboard the lost light. made a few friends and some soon to be friends. no enemies yet ,, thankfully ,, or that would pretty much ruin the 'human-cybertronian' relationship you were working towards for your 'bosses' on earth. you tried as often as you could to send them reports and updates ,, trying to keep on top of your work. yet time worked differently in space and different places.

        right at the spot youre in right now ,, every day is a hour on earth. you were somewhat struggling to keep up with work ,, yet it was becoming a bit overbearing. rung has offered to help you with the stress ,, as he was a psychiatrist and it was his job to help those in need ,, whether he was on duty or not. the more you thought about visiting the orange mech ,, the more you wanted to send a message.

        the datapad stared at you ,, words meaningless the more you stared. with a huff ,, you gave into temptations ,, setting aside the datapad and giving a quick message to rung ,, saying you'd drop by real quick for a small chat. he wasnt busy as of the moment anyways ,, probably pondering his little ships or something nerdy.

the walk wasnt too far either ,, so you didnt bother asking pipes for a lift. he was probably at swerve's around this time anyways ,, laughing it up with some of the other bots on board.

stopping right in front of rung's office ,, you looked up at the tall door and stepped in front of it. the door slid open slowly ,, revealing the inside. all neat and organized ,, not a single mess in sight ,, with the mech himself observing on his ark ships on his desk. his helm popped up ,, before a smile had danced across his derma. he stood up from his desk and made his way towards you.

" (y/n) ,, how nice to see you ,," he greeted ,, opening his hand for you to stand on. you gave a brief nod ,, climbing on and watching as he made his way towards his previous spot. " its nice to see you as well ,, i hope you dont mind that ive stopped here for a moment ?" you tilted your head to the side.

" not at all ! ive grown quite fond of out little conversations ,, in fact . what brings you here today ?" his smile was soft ,, eyes shining under the light. his glasses were set aside on the desk ,, letting you see his face fully. " nothing much ,, just got tired of doing work is all ." you gave a small shrug. he hummed ,, before giving a response. " you're not overworking yourself again are you ?"

you shook your head and hands quickly ,, " no no ! ive been taking breaks and eating my meals !" rung nodded ,, giving a chuckle ,, " good ,, i wouldnt want to have to report you to ratchet again ."

" please no ,," you fake pleaded ,, " not again ,, one time was enough !" you laughed quietly at the memory. it wasnt too long ago rung found out you had been overworking yourself to near death. he was fast to report it to ratchet ,, who in turn ,, stole all your datapads and pushed food packed with vitamins and calories at you. he said he wouldnt give your datapds back unless you had eaten and taken proper care of yourself.

it took a while ,, but ratchet finally gave your datapads back. that was the last time you would show or tell someone you were being overworked. whilst it felt nice ,, having someone fret and worry over you. yet it made you behind on work ,, and proved bothersome. these little lies of you not being overworked wont hurt anyone though ,, so long as you kept a positive attitude and showed up to things.

your conversation with rung seemed to fly by ,, having talked about his latest findings to things about the past or new human songs he's come across. he is quite fond of them ,, and the literature. hes more into the older authors ,, ones from more than a few years ago. from his recent choices ,, you'd have to introduce him to osamu dazai one day.

though rung had a patient coming soon ,, and with that you left his office ,, feeling much better than before. your relationship with him was growing more ,, maybe even becoming one of his few actual friends on the ship. instead of some who only acknowledge him by his job ,, instead of the mech outside of being a psychiatrist.

with a final goodbye ,, you sauntered out of the office and casted your gaze to the window. a galaxy ,, one you werent sure of ,, was passing by. you could see the sun in it ,, a super giant ,, almost blindingly bright it was. the planets orbiting nonetheless beautiful. there werent many ,, only five of them. yet ,, they were all unique. with a small smile ,, you took a quick photo and headed back towards your habsuite.
