　　— sorry i havent been uploading as much 😭💔 ive been busy with work and school ,, but im on christmas break so hopefully ill be able to get through the few requests i have sitting in my inbox rn and reopen requests :(( ima try to start uploading more now as much as i can ❤️ heres a little something for christmas though ! hope you all enjoy christmas this year <3

• it was natural for the bots aboard to be interested in human customs ,, having lived in a war most their life . death and violence were something they were quite used to experiencing ,, never really having the time to experience anything outside of the horrors of war itself .

• swerve was one of the few main bots that pestered you often about human holidays . cybertronians didn't celebrate much ,, unless they were a group of autobots who just gave some decepticons a what-for .

• then again ,, swerve usually asked many questions regarding things on earth and what humans do . sometimes you humored him ,, sometimes you told little lies ,, like if you clapped three times in a mall it would be a sign that a tiger was loose . it was quite fun to put silly nonsense in that processor of his at times .

• though when it came to christmas he would not leave you alone . whether you celebrated it or not ,, you still explained the custom in general to him . how old saint nicholas would mosey on down the chimney ,, eat the cookies and drink the milk left out for him ,, and leave presents under the tree lit well and adorned with ornaments .

• you even pulled up the santa tracker for swerve ,, showing him where santa would go and be ,, how on christmas eve he would be flying around with his reindeer and leave presents

• hearing all of this intrigued chromedome and rewind ,, as well as tailgate and whirl . cyclonus didn't understand the hype and belief of having an old random man leave gifts in your house and eat your food even if left out specifically him . tailgate was thrilled though ,, a funny little old man leaving him gifts seemed so heavenly to him . chromedome and rewind ,, however ,, had different opinions . rewind was interested in this human holiday ,, whilst chromedome shared the same opinion as cyclonus . how were you sure this 'santa' guy wasnt gonna rob you ? and when you were sleeping nonetheless .

• rodimus already knew of this tradition ,, as did ratchet and ultra magnus . rodimus was quite ecstatic at the idea of having a christmas party ,, watching christmas movies and sipping on energon . maybe he could even have you sit on his lap ,, all cozy in those soft blankets and sippin on your own mug of hot chocolate .

• ratchet couldnt care less ,, grumbling something about how 'you humans and your holidays and customs' . though he definitely didnt deny the offer of going to this christmas party ,, it was nice to spend some time that didn't involve life threatening situations for once .

• ultra magnus ,, on the other hand ,, was quite picky about how the christmas party should be set up . he even tried to ban home alone ,, saying he didnt want rodimus to get any ideas from the traps in the movie . the last thing he needed was to end up in one the next day . though ,, the many outweigh the few ,, and so home alone was allowed in the movie marathon .

• now when you told him about the grinch ,, he wasnt sure if you were mocking him by saying it was an actual movie or if he should be concerned for what this dr.seuss guy was drawing . i mean ,, have you seen how hairy the grinch is ? or how the whos in whoville are shaped ? pointy noses and all ,, it was quite new to magnus .

• megatron ,, who overheard everything ,, already knew he wasnt going to be wanted at the party . it made sense ,, his past and everything he's done to earth and its people . though when you asked him to come ,, that you personally wanted him there ,, he swore he felt his spark stop for a second . he only gave a nod ,, whilst ravage bickered to him that night in his habsuite .

• whirl ,, to say the least ,, was prepared to fight santa . he was watching the santa tracker ,, waiting for the jolly fellow to pop up so whirl could fly down and bring out the big guns ( that brainstorm recently made ,, not yet tested out or put through a test trial so lord knows what may go wrong) . magnus almost had to throw him in the brig if he couldnt contain his sudden rage and fury for the old man .

• first aid was somewhat interested ,, never having celebrated a holiday before . it would be nice ,, getting together and doing nothing but watching movies all day . he hadnt seen movies from earth that much either ,, besides a few fast n furious ones here and there . needless to say ,, he was somewhat concerned for humans need to trash cars . he cringed a little on the inside ,, watching those perfectly good cars blow up . it was like a horror movie but for cybertronians .

• during the movie marathon ,, whirl tried to sneak violent night and black christmas in ,, saying they were also christmas movies and that they should watch them . magnus ended up throwing them out ,, saying no one really felt like seeing dying people during this one time of peace .

• drift enjoyed the nightmare before christmas ,, the claymation alone was enough to captivate him . then the designs of the characters ,, the music and songs ,, even jack's childlike wonder for christmas matched his own (in a few ways) . during that movie you sat with him ,, sharing a few facts about the movie itself . how long it took to make and how hard it is to do claymation movies .

• during the polar express you stayed with rewind and chromedome ,, snuggling in between the two and sippin on your hot chocolate . rewind enjoyed watching the train on the ice whilst chromedome puffed about how he coulda easily done that himself and saved everyone . you only rolled your eyes ,, muttering out a sure as you fought back a smile .

• during a break in between the movies you noticed megatron ,, standing awkwardly in the corner with his own cube of fools energon in servo . you smiled at the bot ,, walking up to him and having a small conversation with him . you didnt honestly think he’d show up ,, but youre glad he did . he let you sit with him during one of the movies ,, bonding well with the giant bot .

• he was quite warm ,, heat coming from off his body as you huddled close to him . he tucked his servo around you ,, worried you may fall off . for a few moments during the movie you swore you saw him smile at some of the corniest parts ,, or chuckle softly at some of the dumbest jokes .

• you took turns ,, switching between bots during different movies . you would sit in their laps ,, explain little things you liked about the movie playing and share a few things of your own childhood during this time of the year .

• it was nice ,, to say the least . having time to the bots ,, doing things that reminded you of home . it wasnt the same ,, but it was the thought that counted . spending time with them peacefully was more than enough for you ,, and definitely more than you could ask for this christmas .

- first aid

| • he'd be worried at first with the amount of coffee you've consumed ,, having learned about humans and other things concerning them incase of an emergency

| • in this case ,, itd seem the knowledge he learned wasnt too helpful

| • bouncing all around the medbay and just hyper in general was quite a pain for first aid to deal with

| • but he didnt want to be too rude to you ,, and gently coaxed you into spending all that energy of yours running laps around the edge of the medlab where you wouldnt get too hurt

| • though when you finally wear it off ,, he'll be quick to scold you ,, holding his digit in front of your face and waving it side to side in a 'no no' motion before taking you to his habsuite and laying you down for a nap

- brainstorm

| • he honestly doesnt know better okay ? you could tell him anything and suddenly he wants to put it to the test

| • so when you said you could drink a bunch of cups of coffee and wouldnt bat an eye ,, he was immediately like bet and then that led to the current situation

| • perceptor is facepalming and immediately making brainstorm take blame for encouraging you to do this ,, because now theres a hyperactive human running around the lab

| • i mean you're practically flying around with how much coffee youve drank ,, hell you could probably beat blurr in a race

| • official you wouldnt say that out loud because lord knows some of his fans to be a bit crazy and would immediately be on your case saying "no you wouldn't !!" and maybe a few death threats involved as well

| • dont mention it in front of brainstorm either because hes already calling blurr to set you up for a race

| • hes no help ,, dont ever tell him your ideas or encourage his crazy ideas unless you wanna end up in magnus's office ,, having him scold you like a dad does to their child who drew on the walls and is trying not to laugh at the situation

- perceptor

| • thanks to brainstorm ,, you chugged too much coffee than your body ever really needed ,, and with perceptor as your not-so-official-but-official-in-his-mind-protector-slash-guardian-slash-alien-robot-boyfriend-slash-fun-killer he just sighs and takes you out the lab

| • he doesnt have the patience to deal with any acidic spills from you bouncing off the walls left and right

| • nor does he really need you getting hurt in any way shape or form

| • lets just say its an awkward trip to the medbay to see if ratchet has anything to help with your situation

| • and when he comes up empty handed ,, percy resorts to scolding you whilst the caffeine starts to wear off

| • it taught you better than to listen to brainstorm again because bro was yapping at 100 words per minute you swore he couldve talked faster than blurr at that point

| • bro was an absolute chatterbox just yapping and yapping that you fell asleep

| • never again would you do that ,, or think about doing that because the headache afterwards when you woke up was so not worth it

- chromedome

| • he also doesnt know any better ,, but he's definitely more responsible than brainstorm is

| • he'd know to at least keep a lot of caffeine or high sugar products out of your reach ,, just hiding it on your top shelves or above your cabinets like parents do with their kids' halloween candy

| • though when you accidentally made too much coffee ,, and didnt really feel like wasting it ,, you drank it all in one go ,, or well multiple big ass gulps

| • and then rewind walks in on the scene and sees how hyper you are and is honestly thinking youre sick with some make-a-person-crazy-illness-virus-disease-thing that he swears is somewhere in his database

| • and now chromedome has to play dad and parent you the whole time

| • bro probably put your ass on a leash ,, locking it in so the rope only goes so far and just stands there as you run around

| • this is what he gets ,, he thinks to himself ,, its the last time hes putting something so low in your reach again

| • at this point ,, hes just gonna store all your unhealthy and junk food away in a desk in his habsuite

| • he'll leave you fruit and vegetables but if you want coffee ever again youre gonna have to behave really good to get it

| • and its only a spoonful ,, as a little treat

- cyclonus

| • so you just trying to show and answer tailgates crazy ass questions that youre not even sure where he got them from

| • he probably got them from his ass at this point ,, asking if the coffee gives you super powers and you have to explain thats not true before he spreads lies around

| • and if that happened ,, you shivered at the thought of magnus banning your coffee aboard the lost light

| • that was pure trauma to even think about right there

| • anyways you made too much ,, and instead of storing it away or pouring it down the drain ,, tailgate dared you to drink it all

| • and well ,, momma aint raise no pussy but she did raise someone who makes bad decisions

| • because the moment you get your spurge of energy tailgate runs to cyclonus and tells him all about it

| • bros going on and on about how youve lost your mind and he thinks youre gonna die and cyclonus had like 600 heart attacks right then and there

| • he busts in like hes the damn swat team ,, door kicked down and pieces of it flying everywhere as you're running around like a wild banshee

| • he's looking for the demon and meanwhile youre out here acting like a damn demon ,, almost frothing at the mouth from how insane you are from the coffee

| • lets just say it makes magnus ban tailgate from ever daring you to do anything ,, bans you from having your coffee ,, and bans cyclonus for ever kicking down a door like that ever again because it was so unnecessary

" cuz i dont feel like turning it back on sunday night ,, just hit the red button roddy ." you mumbled and turned to bury your face in megatron's chassis .

megatron tucked an arm around you ,, pulling you close and lifting the covers over your body more . rodimus fought with the alarm clock for a minute before finally turning it off . he snuggled back under the blankets ,, wrapping his arms around your waist as he nuzzled into your neck . " at least we can sleep in on weekends ." he purred and pressed a kiss to your neck .

you nodded and tilted your head to the side ,, leaving more space of your neck open for rodimus . he trailed more kisses on your skin ,, pressing his derma against your veins and up your jaw . megatron's hand pet the back of your head ,, a soft glimmer to his optics . all was nice ,, basking in the warmth of your partners as you started to lull back to sleep . at least until ravage busted in and started to berate rodimus and complain about swerve's service .

thankfully there werent a lot of people here today . not exactly hot enough for a beach day ,, per say ,, but you didnt mind that one bit . resting in the driver's seat of your old truck ,, you smothered your face with sunscreen . just because it was 70 degrees out didnt mean you were gonna risk getting toasted by the sun .

glad there werent too many little kids around ,, you were able to enjoy your little day off without many interruptions . or so you thought ,, when all the sudden a gigantic ass space ship came outta nowhere . aint no way in hell you were gonna let this moment go though ,, knowing the ufos exist and the government was keeping those aliens locked up and away from public . fishing for your phone in your bag ,, you quickly drew it out and snapped your camera app open .

switching to video ,, you got out your truck and starting to tape the spaceship . this was something outta star wars because aint no way this was government property and a thing for a movie . or maybe it was ? you werent too sure ,, busy being in awe of this majestic ship . until it had landed and out popped its crewmates .

this had to be for a movie ,, it had to be . nothing like just happens on a wednesday . the most that happens is that commercial with the camel saying its hump day . this sorta thing happens on a friday or sunday . one of the robotic beings opened their mouth ,, static and chirps coming out . you werent too sure what it was saying though .

it was all fine until they started looking around and one spotted you . it was quite big ,, purple with tank treads maybe ? it surely didnt look like something from the government ,, but it did look like it was some sort of military machine . a shorter yet more lanky one stomped forward ,, water splashing up against its legs as its hands wrapped around your body .

your phone slipped from your hand ,, eyes wide with shock and jaw dropped open . " hey !" you yelled ,, pointing accusingly at it . " put me down this instant ! who do you think you are ?!" you spat at it . the being looked curious ,, chirping at the purple one you were just looking at .

" boss ! look ! its one of those organice you told us about !" kaon exclaimed ,, vos coming up beside him and looking at the creature . " it even gave me its goo ! that must mean we've bonded ! oh boss ,, can i keep it ?" kaok rushed excitedly towards tarn . he shoved the creature up at him ,," just look how cute it is ! please boss ! i promise to take care of it !"

tarn backed away a bit ,, leaning down slightly to get a better look at it . " fine fine ,, just focus on the task at hand . as long as you keep it in your habsuite only ." the mech grunted ,, waving kaon away as he pulled up his internal scanners .

tarn would later question his decision . the bot they were looking for had gone into hiding and with night falling ,, the leader had become quite irritated . he would just have to wait ,, it would seem .

| • hes asking you what even was that ,, are you okay ,, did you just break your back ???

| • if this is a normal occurrence ,, he just questions his time aboard the lost light even more

| • he probably leaves the room every time you crack some part of youe body

- first aid :

| • hes so interested when he hears the pops ,, hes never really heard that sound before and when it came from you he was wondering if you broke or a bone or smt

| • first aid gets curious ,, asking about it and what else you can do

| • and when you show him what else you can pop/crack ,, it only fuels his curiosity

| • he gets so many questions ,, and sometimes bothers ratchet if he knew humans could do that and why and how

| • when he learns the science behind it ,, it answers most his questions

| • he wont really be disgusted by it ,, sure its a weird sound but he knows what’s going on so it doesnt bother him too much

| • this man is a fun killer the first few months on the lost light ,, he shuts it down immediately when he notices youre there ,, like god damn stop getting in these situations 🙄😕

| • it comes to the point where he cant help some the things ,, like if tailgate is speeding past him on his board and you’re holding on for dear life with a grin on your face

| • he cant catch up ,, and he doesnt really feel like trying at that time

| • hes ripping out his nonexistent hair though ,, youre gonna be the death of this mech 😭

- rodimus

| • roddy saw it on tiktok when he was supposed to be working ,, and instead of finishing it his work he spammed you about it until you replied

| • who names it -> roddy

| • he names the kid chicken nugget because it seemed funny

| • roddy would have his status set as 'saving the world'

| • he'd be a good parent the first few days ,, but after about a week or two he forgets so you have to spam him care reminders

| • he probably buys the premium

| • roddy also probably spams your notes when you have chicken nugget over ,, and begs you to return him

| • he would draw little hearts on your guys' doodle widget when hes bored

- magnus / minimus

| • you had the app and somehow convinced minimus to download it and coown a pet with you

| • you hatched a cat ,, and minimus let you name it ,, which was probably a bad decision

| • because you named him dr . bigglesworth

| • he regrets it to this day

| • mins usually has biggles most the time ,, and never forgets to feed or bathe him

| • hes respectful with his notes and gives him to you when you ask

| • though if he sees you're neglecting dr bigglesworth ,, he'll send you one care reminder

| • he has his status set to 'hardworking'

| • mins wont write little messages on your note widget unless you do it first ,, same with doodling

| • though sometimes when he gets super stressed from work he may doodle dr . bigglesworth on your doodle widget

- swerve

| • he found the app and was super excited to coparent with you

| • he wanted to name the egg ,, and so he did

| • and thats how jerry got his name ,, and jerry was a penguin

| • he would also always remember to take care of jerry ,, maybe even spoil him a little too much

| • whenever swerve was bored at his bar ,, he would talk to jerry and feed him

| • swerve would constantly send a miss you note whenever you had jerry ,, it was honestly crazy

| • he would have his status as 'hold a hand' always

| • swerve probably would argue with you over notes on how you're neglecting jerry ,, when you literally just got him back smh

| • though all in all ,, swerve takes his coparenting to the extreme ,, he takes it serious and as a way to prepare for any future outcomes

- rewind

pedes clanged against the metal floor of the lost light interior . a certain green bot making his way through the labyrinth of the ship with a datapad in his servo . maybe he didnt triple check it enough ,, but something about the report he got from rodimus just irked him . maybe he was too stressed ,, too frustrated with something . and so he left to head for a certain someone .

he knows it would be rude to imprude your sleep ,, as its quiet essential to humans . yet he couldnt feign the empty feeling in his spark from missing you . it was all that occupied his processor through the day ,, even if he did see you as magnus . it wasn't enough though ,, realizing how needy he sounded ,, but you did say it was alright to pop in any time he wanted to no matter what . so maybe it was somewhat acceptable .

he stopped in front of your door ,, punching in the simple code and slipping in the dimly lit room when the door slid open . the first thing he could hear was hushed giggles coming from a corner of your room . it didnt take him long to find the source ,, walking over and seeing the minibots of the lost light all huddled around you with blankets wrapped horribly around them . in tailgate's lap you laid ,, hands on either side of swerve's cheeks as you pressed kisses to his facial plates . minimus shouldve known you wouldnt be sleeping by now . it was foolish of him to think so ,, when he knew deep down these three would keep you up all night with no shame or remorse .

" i want more too !" tailgate whined ,, visor dimming as you return your attention to swerve's derma . " in a moment tailgate ,, you already had some and swerve hasnt yet ." you replied ,, giving the minibot one last smooch and turning back to tailgate . " youre so needy tonight ,, whats up with that ? did something happen today ?" you frowned ,, moving to place a hand on the side of his face . " you could say that . i mean ,, whirl did land me in medbay earlier ." he pouted ,, yet his visor brightened with you kissed his faceplate .

rewind and swerve sat on either side of tailgate ,, blankets in their laps and wrapped around their shoulders as best as you could get them to be . it always surprised you how these mechs slept . it reminded you of prison in a way ,, sleeping on a slab with nothing for comfort . not even a single pillow . it was honestly no wonder most these bots were rude and cranky . you would be too if you had to sleep that way ,, thankfully you didn't though .

green armor caught your eye ,, stopping you midway of pressing a kiss to tailgate's cheek and looking up . minimus stood there ,, arms crossed and a data pad in one servo . " what is the meaning of this ?" he asked ,, squinting his optics at the minibots huddled around you . " um ,, nothing ?" swerve gulped . rewind shrugged before tailgate replied ,," getting kisses . do you want to join in ?" minimus faltered a second . whilst it sounded nice ,, they were disturbing your internal clock and messing with your sleep schedule .

" no . youre all disturbing (y/n) . shoo off and let them sleep ." he grumbled ,, keeping his stance . swerve's awkward smile dropped to a pout ,, all three minibots looking at you . with a sigh ,, you crawled off tailgate's lap and towards minimus . " its alright mins ,, theyre not doing any harm ." you hands wrapped around his digit ,, smile sweetly beaming up at him . " why dont you join us ? and then we can all go to sleep ?" you offered ,, waiting patiently for him to give in . he always does anyways ,, because this isnt the first time it happened .

the bot sighed ,, arms dropping to his side as he slowly started to nod . " alright ,, alright ." he gave in ,, reaching down a bit to pick you up and hold you in his arms . " only for a bit ,, and then youre going straight to bed ." he huffed as he walked over to the rest of the minibots ,, settling down beside rewind and turning his head to the side bashfully when you kiss his derma .

　　— first part for my rodimus avatar au :3 im talking about the movie not the show ,, lmk what yall think :> always open for any criticism or thoughts . ^^ please reblog too !! 🫶

balls of gas pass by the window ,, blue optics gazing into a sea of darkness as the ship made course for a planet called earth . not much was known ,, other than it was one of those organic planets with many indigenous species . one that was well known were called humans ,, little creatures covered in 'skin' and flesh that creeped out even the most ruthless decepticons . not much is known of them at the moment ,, other than their short height and tendencies to become violent to the unknown . a mission ,, he was apart of ,, sent by optimus prime himself to come and help against decepticons that plan to invade and take over this earth .

rodimus wasnt too sure to what to expect ,, what he would see ,, what he would find . all he knew was that optimus was strict on staying under cover as to not attrach any attention from humans . they still had yet to discover more about these creatures . it was strange ,, being sent to protect their planet and yet his fellow cybertronians knew very little of the species .

the planet was much smaller than cybertron ,, blue and green covered its surface as his optics gazed . it wouldnt be long until he would be there ,, having to find one of the primitive vehicular structures that the humans have already created . it was for a disguise ,, from both the humans and the decepticons . some bots weren't thrilled ,, he noticed . some had gotten too attached to their cybertronian alt modes ,, not wanting to give up what little pieces of their home they had left . while others were interested in what the humans have crafted .

some bots werent thrilled with being on the mission in general ,, though it was probably the xenophobia lying within them that they constantly denied existed . rodimus knew better than that . cybertron was hard ,, surface made of metal and any materials around were equally as hard . organic planets werent . some had a few hard spots ,, known as rock ,, but it was mostly squishy . flora that grew would end up sticking to some mechs ,, or their pedes . some mechs have gotten tangled up in 'vines' before . not to mention how wet organic planets can be ,, including earth considering how much of its surface was a liquid known as 'water' . the only other liquid rodimus had known was energon ,, the blood and life of all cybertronians . their only energy source and what kept them alive ,, what kept them going .

rodimus could be seen as one of those bots though . not too thrilled about this mission ,, but not too bummed out from it . he wasnt too curious about humans like some mechs were ,, or to rephrase ,, like how hound was with them . then again ,, he wanted to know what else theyve found out about the creatures other than their hostility and squishy appearance .

though as the earth neared the ship ,, he would have to contain his thoughts and prepare for landing .

you groaned ,, setting your bag in the passenger seat and gripped your steering wheel tightly . it always ended this way . every relationship did ,, no matter what you did to make it better or try harder . it ended the same way ,, with them being the first to leave . maybe fate had it out for you ,, a grudge placed against you for eternity . you werent too sure .

tears welled in your eyes ,, nose becoming wet as you sniffed and replayed the memories in your mind . you thought they were finally the one ,, that your partner wouldn't be like your last few . they promised they wouldnt be . and yet ,, they did the same thing your last partners have . run around behind you ,, mess with other people ,, toy with your feelings and then you find out the hard way .

your hand rummaged around your bag ,, fishing your keys out and slotting them into your car . you were more than ready to leave ,, head out to somewhere you can clear your mind . pulling out the parking space ,, you wasted no time getting onto the highway and driving to a spot you knew . a spot you loved dearly ,, one that was away from people and gave you the isolation you needed at times .

headlights passed by ,, the hum of vehicles passing you on the highway took your mind off the memories at hand . exiting and pulling off into a hidden roadway that was covered by trees ,, you rolled your window down and drove at a slower pace . the fresh ,, cool air blew softly in your face ,, drying your tear-filled eyes as the car's headlights flashed over yards of trees . once arriving ,, you put it in and park and exited ,, heading to the large boulder you've become quite acquainted with .

the moon hung high ,, staring down at you as you seated yourself against the boulder . " i dont know what to do anymore ,, mr moon ,," you began ,, bunching your knees to your chest as you held your face in your hands . tears flowed to the brim of your eyes once more ,, continuing to vent your frustrations to your one listener . " i dont know what went wrong . i thought they were the one ,, i really did ." your voice wavered ,, choking back a sob and trying your best to keep yourself composed . " what's wrong with me ,, mr moon ?" tears flowed like a rushing river down your cheeks when you forced that question out . your body warmed ,, shoulders shaking and eyes becoming itchy as tears rushed out .

your body crumpled quickly ,, sobs slipping past your lips quietly ,, gradually getting louder the more you cried . your nose became wet again ,, sniffling as you looked to the ground . dry dirt had little misshaped circles from your teardrops ,, a few pebbles hiding beneath the dirt darkening in color with every tear .

" im so lost mr moon . why ? just why ?" you cried loudly ,, sniffling once more as your cheeks heated . " please ,, mr moon ,, please help me . i dont know what to do ,," you sobbed ,," please give me a sign . give me anything ,, anything !" you yelled ,, crushing your eyelids close as you choked on your own sobbing . " please ,," you whispered ,, not having much a voice to continue . your chest heaved ,, lungs hurting from breathing heavily . the moonlight shined onto you ,, opening your eyes as you gazed up at it . the stars twinkled ,, constellations becoming clear in the sky as the clouds drifted away . one star ,, one that was brighter than the rest passed through the sky . a shooting star .

you wasted no time wishing ,, putting your hands together and wishing hard and deep in your heart . " thank you mr moon ,," you whispered ,, breathing starting to even out . you watched as the star passed ,, though something felt off about it . it almost looked as though it was getting closer and closer . until you realized it was ,, the object large and passing over you ,, crashing ahead in the distance at a great speed . you watched ,, frozen as you stared in the distance it crashed . you turned to look at the moon one last time ,, the clouds now covering most of it before you smiled .

jumping to your feet ,, you ran towards the object . trees had been crushed and bent from where it sped past ,, branches torn and leaves falling rapidly . the smell of something burning came from the direction ,, hurrying up as you stopped abruptly . there it lied ,, aflame and smoke pouring out .

it looked like a ship of somesort . it wasnt man-made ,, thats for sure . you observed ,, waiting for something to happen . a piece of the ship flew off ,, a large silhouette standing in the flames as they walked out . they crashed to their knees a bit aways from the ship ,, then their upper body met the harsh ground . you werent sure what they were ,, waiting a minute or two before slowly making your way to their crumpled body . they looked humanoid ,, way larger than a human though and definitely not as soft .

they looked as though to be made of some sort of metal ,, painted over in shades of red ,, orange ,, and yellow . burn marks covered their body ,, their supposed eyes black and face smooshed into the dirt . you cast one last glance at the moon ,, who was now covered by the clouds ,, than back at the being .

| • and boy is it true ,, because the moment you cuddle up to him under your blanket on his berth ,, youre out like a light

| • and ratchet gets a peaceful nap ,, you get some sleep in and become well rested for the rest of the day until your bedtime

| • it's probably some of the most sleep ratchet ends up getting since a while

| • and whether he wants to admit it or not ,, hes grown used to you and your cuddles ,, as have you

| • the warmth from his armor acts as a nice heater in a way ,, putting you to sleep almost instantly

| • and for ratchet ,, the peace and quiet and your affectionate cuddling has him dimming his optics

| • if you miss your nap time ,, ratchet will end up being quite displeased ,, first aid even said that ratchet was somehow even more grumpier that day than usual

- hound + folding clothes

| • hound has always found your clothing interesting ,, even if theres never really anything interesting about it

| • cybertronians dont have clothes to put on when they get cold ,, or to wear when they want to show off a new look ,, or for different sportive activities

| • it intrigued him ,, how you could easily change your outer look and find a new one

| • the most cybertronians had with that was mods and paint jobs ,, maybe a different limb if they got injured

| • he isnt too sure how to fold socks or shirts so you let him fold your pants whilst you do those

| • no matter how many times you show him how to fold socks hes still amazed and when he tries to do it he somehow fails

| • hound likes how they all look neat put up and folded ,, how it takes up little space no matter how many clothes you have

- first aid + cooking

| • he only asked you to show him how to cook because he sees you do it often

| • its a foreign thing to him ,, after all energon is liquid and if its not than its crystal like and inedible

| • not only that but first aid wants to do something nice for you which he cant due to him always being in the medbay ,, and even when hes off of work you're usually asleep

| • it gives him time alone with you that usually results in no interruptions ,, him growing closer to you ,, and a wonderful bonding and learning experience

| • on days you accidentally sleep in he usually makes you breakfast so you dont miss it or have to worry about being late

| • do compliment him :( he loves it and it makes him happy

- drift + dishes

| • he would find you doing your dishes one day ,, after you didnt text him after some time ,, so he would go find you in your room doing your dishes

| • he'd question you about them ,, since cybertronians only have cups and cubes to clean and even then it doesnt take too long

| • drift would offer to help ,, using his mass-displaced form and help with rinsing drying the dishes off so the job would get done faster

| • whilst in the midst of focus ,, you may get an idea and decide to splash a little water at him

| • little did you know that would start a little war between you two ,, with you both splashing water back forth at each other

| • its safe to say that the ground ,, counter ,, and both of you are soaked afterwards

- rewind + gardening

| • he offers to help you when he finds you taking care of some plants you've brought aboard the lost light ,, something about oxygen and carbon dioxide

| • he doesnt remember too much of what you said about it ,, just that you have them

| • rewind has a lot of knowledge in his database ,, though theres not a lot of organic things in there since he's dedicated his life to dominus ambus in a way

| • he'll be interested ,, standing over you as you pot the plant ,, switching the soil and putting a bit of fertilizer in the pot

| • rewind will ask questions about it ,, camera rolling to store away the information in his database

| • he'll learn about them ,, that they make oxygen from carbon dioxide ,, how its a cycle between you and the plant

| • since you breath in oxygen and breath out carbon dioxide ,, how the plant takes in carbon dioxide and releases oxygen ,, its somewhat interesting to him in a way

| • he'll definitely help if you let him ,, feeling how foreign the soil is under his digits is and how mushy it feels when watered

| • its quite the learning experience for him

red flashed throughout the ship ,, alarms blaring in all directions as bots aboard panicked . no one knew what was happening ,, no information shared as they ran and gasped and stood frozen in distraught . rodimus wasnt sure of what was happening either ,, panicked like the rest of them but still staying as calm as he could .

he transformed ,, determined to get to the control center and figure out what exactly was happening . he swerved around the panicking mechs ,, making sharp turns and excelling his speed . drifting into the control center ,, he transformed quickly and watched as a battle took place between autobot and decepticon . seekers littered the control center ,, locked in a fight with the piloting autobots . the control panel was smashed and burnt ,, lazer fire going in every which direction . rodimus wasted no time ,, quickly joining in the battle and punching a seeker off one of his fellow mechs .

the ship tilted and turned ,, thrashing about as the battle raged on . rodimus grabbed the back of a seeker by their wings ,, shoving towards another seeker and kicking the one rushing towards him . with every punch and kick the mech gave ,, he was met with one from any lurking seeker ready to take a hit to him . dents and paint chipped ,, energon leaking from his mouth as he grabbed one seeker in a chokehold . energon spilt over the floor from his fellow autobots ,, and some other decepticons . it pooled beneath his pedes ,, covering the floor in bright magenta .

the front of the ship was set ablaze ,, a sign that they were entering the atmosphere of earth . rodimus struggled in his battle with the decepticons ,, all the other autobots now bleeding out on the floor with their optics offline . it had to have been an ambush ,, decepticons hacking into autobot comm links and steering the pilots right into a trap . they mustve relayed another message ,, the seekers quickly retreating from the ship as the alarms blared .

rodimus lost his grasp on the seeker in his servos ,, watching as they left and flew through the air . he rushed over to the control panel ,, pressing what buttons he could and grabbing the steers to pull away from any civilization below . he couldnt do much ,, narrowly steering the ship on a crash course through a dense forest where he hoped no humans would be there . rodimus could only wait ,, feeling the ship thrust and throttle about . he could hear bits and pieces flying off the ship and land who knows where .

he could hear the forestry being broken ,, branches snapping and cackling as theyre massacred by the ship . he could only brace himself for impact ,, feeling the harsh thrust of being thrown to the back of the room as the ship crashed . smoke poured everywhere ,, circling the room as flames crawled in . rodimus could only see black after that ,, stuck in the abyss of eternal darkness until he could be brought back online . left to hope that maybe some autobots made it ,, maybe some autobots were on their way . all he was left to do was hope .

rodimus didn't remember much ,, optics onlining as his systems yelled at him about his injuries . open wounds and gnashes leaking energon ,, dents and paint chipped in places . the first thing he could see when his optics finally focused was a face . one he hadnt seen before ,, almost like they were cybertronian but not exactly . the only response he could give was to shriek ,, causing the being to also shriek in return ,, running and hiding behind a bush .

the creature was small ,, organic but not like the 'animals' he was shown pictures of beforehand . they look more like those humans ,, walking on two legs and having cybertronian features . curiosity captured the mech ,, wondering what they were . he couldnt contain his thoughts ,, so many questions about this place and them . he was starting to feel like perceptor in a way .

they warbled something ,, eyes big and wide in caution yet they held a want in them . slowly ,, they stepped out from behind the flora ,, hand stretched out in front of them as they scooted slowly towards rodimus . he repeated their actions ,, holding his servo out as he moved towards them ,, until they suddenly touched . their hand was small and warm

against his cold servo . he could almost feel this beat under their 'skin'.

their mouth moved upwards in a smile ,, eyes shining bright as they looked into his optics . rodimus returned the smile ,, curious about what else there was to know about these humans than what he was told . they didnt seem so threatening ,, so violent . they reminded him of those protoform turbofoxes he'd seen on cybertron . all soft plating and barely any teeth to them . humans couldnt be so bad ,, he thought .

the mech loomed over ,, watching as you typed away on the datapad provided to you . your writer’s block had finally hit the road and left you be for now ,, leaving you with a random spark of inspiration and motivation to write .

megatron always loved how passionate you could get about things you liked . and it was nice to see it up close working on said passion . “ hows it coming along so far ?” his voice deep and gruff ,, asking a question . “ quite well so far ,, i’ll let you proofread it in a minute ,, just have to add a few things first .” megatron nodded ,, reaching with one digit to give you a little head pat .

“ don’t overwork yourself now ,,” he reminded you before heading to work on his own things .
