Spock enters medbay, hands folded behind his ramrod straight back. When he asks about Dr. McCoy, Nurse Chapel escorts him to the back part of the bay and into the office area.

It looks like a war zone. But then, Spock supposes, it was.

"Dr. McCoy, Commander Spock for you."

McCoy quickly switches the screen of his PADD, but not before Spock could catch a glimpse of the medical article the doctor had been reading.

"Thanks for comin' in Commander. Go ahead and have a seat." He gestures to the couch at the wall and nods to Chapel and he stands. "Thanks for bringing him in."

Chapel gives a nod of her own. "Of course, doctor."

As she leaves, Leonard sits beside Spock on the couch. And for a moment there is silence.

"May I ask what is involved in this assement before we begin?" Spock asks, breaking the uncomfortable silence.

"You may," Leonard answers, but that's not why I called you down here."

A frown flashes across Spock's face. "Lt. Uhura informed me that you wished to complete a psychological evaluation to determine if I am fit for duty again."

"We'll get to that. My dad died a few years ago. Um. He got sick, not long before I enlisted. There wasn't a cure. Assisted suicide is legal in Georgia so..." his words trail off. "It's what he wanted, but I can't help but feel guilty about. Especially- Especially now that they've found a cure." Leonard shakes his head. "I'm sorry for your loss, Spock, I'm so sorry."

Spock grips tight fistfuls of his uniform pants, forcing himself to take measured breaths.

"It's not an easy burden to bear. We all saw what happened; it wasn't your fault, kid. Feeling guilt, feeling shame, anger, sadness, those are normal and healthy things to feel. It's also normal to not feel anything. And not because your half Vulcan. But because that's just how grief is sometimes. Even for humans." Leonard briefly gripped Spock's shoulder. "You're not alone in this. I can't- I can't begin to understand what you're feeling after every thing that's happened. But I do know what it is to lose a parent. I know what it is to lose the one person in your family that you feel is the only one who truly understands you. I lost that when I lost my daddy, and I'm sorry you lost that in your mama."

"Thank you, doctor," Spock manages to croak out. He doesn't flinch when Leonard gently pats his back and neither of them move from the couch for a long while. They just sit together and politely ignore the fact that the other is crying.

The Hideout was shackled up at best, but it was better than just sleeping in the rain, at least Abigail Thought so. With a flick of finger, a twist of her pen and spreading the pages on her mini notebook, she began to write away her loggings.

『 Monday, 12:35 pm. the rain has been pouring really hard these last couple of days, almost enough to fill an entire river at this point, not sure whether that's a good thing or a bad thing, i also wondered how the others are doing now that i left. Are they fully recovered? I can't say, but i honestly hope they're recovering well.

I met a good person during my mission, their name is Corvus ( interesting name ) and they have been helping me so much filling in on any information regarding All for one as well as his current whereabouts, if it wasn't for them i wouldn't have made it this far on hunting him down. I can tell they have an good heart of justice such as myself, but after everything that had happened lately, i can understand their resentment towards heros and hero society as a whole, for I have begun to feel the same way.

Maybe I can invite them to my home country, see the sights and meet mi papis and mi irmão mais novo, Adílio when all of this mess is over. God knows I want to go back and just STAY there, if anything. I also hope mi familia are doing okay, God I'm praying they're not watching the global news right now. What would they think of me if they find out? When i signed up for the program, never in my life would i EVER think that i would end up in this situation. I guess there's no real use in rambling, I must get back to work. Logging out. 』

🛡: favourite build, or party setup?

So I have a core of four:

Valerius (Lich -> Legend) with a Armiger 7 / Scourge Hellknight 3 / bones Oracle 10 to replicate the 2e Tyrant Champion build plus 20 levels of Eldritch Scion Magus (Undead bloodline + Abyssal from the second bloodline mythic feat to reflect the corruption/experimentation)

Camellia (best girl) with two different builds. One is pure Spirit Hunter (Battle & Bones), the other and probably my preferred one is Spirit Hunter 2 / Cult Leader Warpriest 18. Mechanically quite similar, but she has sneak attack now and she can use the positive fervour selfishly.

Nenio - pretty much all in on Illusionist wizard. Phantasmal Killer/Weird/Legendary Proportions bot.

Sosiel - pure cleric, but give him community domain through the Impossible Domain mythic feat. He has low healing, but considering I have two other divine spellcasters (Vali and Cami), his main focus is keeping Nenio alive.

The last two spots tend to rotate:

Spot #1: Greybor or Regill - at the end of the day, they both fulfil a similar role and usually it comes down to preference. Greybor is a full Slayer. Regill is mostly an Armiger with some levels in Hellknight. Occasionally I'll throw Staunton in that role in acts 3 & 4 for some spiciness / Lich specific quests, but I haven't played around with his build enough yet.

Spot #2: the Archer - this slot absolutely depends on what act I'm in. Acts 1 - early act 3 is Demonslayer Wenduag, mid act 3 - early act 5 is Delamere (a Slayer and a Lich specific companion. Absolute girlboss. Love her. She carried that dragon fight), then Wenduag takes over again until I get full-succubus Arueshalae for the rest of act 5 and the DLC (vanilla Espionage Expert)

🛑: least favourite quest, or a quest you refuse to complete?

You'll never catch me completing the prerequisites for Azata or Trickster. I did it once and that was enough for me to know it was extremely ooc for Vali and just not my cup of tea.

Deuses, entrei em um rp recentemente e, aparentemente, a grande maioria players já se conhecem e são bem amigos (pelas conversas no ooc). Enfim, consegui pouquíssimos plots, sinto como se eu estivesse me intrometendo e isso tá me deixando bem desanimado porque eu estava muito animado com a premissa do jogo. Como proceder?

E aí, anon. 🛡

É de se esperar que as pessoas já tenham criado laços, sejam eles IC ou até mesmo OOC (sabemos que acontece). Não te culpo por se sentir assim, afinal quase ninguém gosta de ser “novo” em algo ou em algum lugar. Mas entenda que é um processo natural e que só será ultrapassado com o tempo. É um chute no saco, eu sei, mas tente se dedicar aos poucos plots que você conseguiu e vá tentando fazer novos; e sem pressa, anon, o rp ainda tá aí e o pessoal não deve sumir ainda.

Se no final você realmente não conseguir nada ou continuar desanimado, procure outro lugar. Mas o conselho que dou é; seja paciente e aproveite o seu jogo. *pat com nojinho*
