Leo has a lot of love for his comics, constantly rereading them (mainly for the art) and overall having a lot of sentimental value for them, especially because reading them is something he likes to do when he’s just existing in a space with his family.
And then the Shredder happens. And then the invasion happens. And then life in general happens. And, suddenly, most of Leo’s comics are either too damaged to fix or gone entirely.
But it’s fine! He’s growing up, so he doesn’t need them anymore. So what if it’s one more bit of childhood lost? It’s fine - it’s fine.
Enter Mikey.
Mikey, who is so, so empathetic and cares so, so much about his family - he notices, and he decides to do something about it.
Unfortunately, most of the comics are vintage, and completely unavailable in any form but digital.
Good thing Mikey is an artist.
So over the course of a month, Mikey secretly takes the time to painstakingly recreate Leo’s favorite Jupiter Jim volume. It’s hard, matching a style like that with only grainy online scans to go off of, but he manages.
He gives it to Leo on a mundane day, out of the blue, with a sunshine smile on his face.
Now- Mikey does all this secretly.
But Leo is very, very perceptive, especially in regard to his brothers hiding things from him. So of course he finds the unfinished work in progress comic about three days in.
He does NOT cry. He doesn’t.
Just as he doesn’t cry when Mikey presents him with the finished thing, nope, not a tear in sight.
His eyes are just wetter than normal as he gives Mikey the absolute biggest hug he could possibly give.
(And if Mikey finds the fridge and pantry always stacked with special ingredients only found in specific parts of the world whenever he so much as mentions wanting to try them, that’s neither here nor there.)

How would the brothers react to finding out their S/O is trans? Doesn’t matter if FTM or MTF. Thank youuu
I REALLY like this prompt. I'm gonna make it all FTM for now. If someone wants MTF lemme know. ALSO d/n means dead name. You don't have to read it as your actual dead name if it triggers you. :)
Leo
Y/n is gonna be hesitant to tell him at first because he's not really sure if he's a guy for sure yet.
He also doesn't want Leo to not want to date a guy.
So before he actually comes out he asks Leo a prompt question;
"Do you think you could ever see yourself dating a guy?"
"Uhhh why I'm dating you baby?"
"I'm just wondering, like if you weren't dating me would you date a dude."
"Look d/n I don't know . . ." He looks up at you, "promise you won't tell the guys."
You nod at him.
"I guess I would. I don't really care if someone has a vagina or penis or whatever. I'm lucky to just have someone like you by my side."
"Sooo you're pan?"
"What's that?" He asks
"When you aren't really attracted to people by gender, it's them as a person that you want."
"I guess that fits. Why are you asking?" Leo asks again.
"I have to tell you something important." You look him in the eyes, "I think I'm a boy."
"You're transgender? How long have you known?" His concern isn't that you're trans, it's if you didn't tell him before anyone else that would bother him.
"Not very long. I've always felt like I was but I never realized that it was probably because I'm actually a boy."
"Am I the first person you're telling?"
"Yeah."
He gives you tons of kisses and assures you he'll be there for you every step of the way. He even wants to help you find your new name.
He's with you when you tell his brothers too (and beforehand tells them that what your about to tell them is super important and if they say anything rude it's straight to the Hashi.)
He you basically came out together so the conversation went well?
Tumblr media
Donnie
Y/n's main source of stress in this situation is that there's a chance Donnie MIGHT be one of those people who doesn't understand gender isn't just external.
Like he's so scared Donnie will just say "You don't have a dick so you aren't a guy." (Obviously he wouldn't but anxiety does things to you)
But y/n just comes right out and says it in the middle of a conversation.
"Donnie I'm a boy."
"What?" He says out surprise.
"I'm trans. I'm not a girl, I'm a guy. I use he/him pronouns now. And I want to start going by y/n."
You can tell by his expression he's not mad or upset but he just says "Oh."
"What does oh mean?"
"Just processing."
"Okay Don."
"Have you gonna take testosterone? If so how because if it's shots I can do it for you because I know it can be daunting to just stab yourself. And are you gonna start wearing binders? We're gonna need to talk new boundaries during intimacy right? So you're my prince now?" He starts a rant which develops into a multiple hour long talk about this new situation.
Tumblr media
Mikey
So y/n isn't actually sure at first but he knows he can talk to Mikey about anything so of course he talks with him about it.
"How do you know you're a boy Mikey?"
"Uhhhh have you seen what's under these shorts. Definitely not a chick." An inappropriate comment for this situation but he doesn't know that yet.
"I don't mean physically or biologically. I mean mentally. If you woke up tomorrow in a girl's body wouldn't you want to go back to your original body? You wouldn't want people to start calling you Michelle and treating you like a girl right? And why how would you know you'd still want to be a guy? Answer seriously Mike."
He can tell you're serious about this because of the tone in your voice you're serious so he takes a good moment to think.
"I guess I would want to be a guy again. But I'm not sure why I wouldn't want to be a girl. It just wouldn't feel right."
"That's exactly how it feels." You say as you look up at the ceiling.
"What are you saying anglecakes?"
"I- I just feel like I was born in the wrong meat sack that's all." Trying to lighten the mood.
"Are you saying you're not a girl?"
"Yeah I think so."
At first he doesn't understand it fully. Like not because he's dumb but because it's hard for him to adjust. Sometimes he'll mess up on your new pronouns or accidentally deadname you but he feels really bad everytime.
Tumblr media
Raph
Y/n is worried that Raph will just upright break up with him. So he decides to test the waters, help him get used to it like when you start boiling a frog in room temperature water and they don't even know they're dying.
Except it kinda backfires (but kinda works too)
You start by just dressing more masculine and Raph seemed fine with it.
So you ask him if he'd think you'd look good with short hair, which he replies he just doesn't give a fuck because you look good no matter what.
So you do and he likes it.
And this one kinda hurts but you tell Donnie and Mikey first. You ask that they don't tell him and just start using masculine nicknames for you. And they do. Raph doesn't seem to notice.
You start wearing binders. And for a week Raph doesn't notice (long time right) until one day he goes to feel you up and in front of everyone goes
"What the fuck is that?"
And you just FREEZE. Everyone's staring at you, and you have no words, and you're almost of the verge of tears.
Donnie has a feeling he knows what's happening and finds a distraction to get everyone out of the room like, 'Leo, Mikey there's an emergency downtown. Raph should stay.' (There was no emergency oops)
After everyone is gone you finally find the strength to speak.
"Raph I have something to tell you."
He doesn't respond, just stares.
"I'm a guy."
"I know Mikey told me."
You just stare at him pissed. FUCKING MIKEY.
"He what?"
"Don't be mad I forced it outta him. I wanted to know why ya were acting weird. I just thought you woulda wanted until after you told me to start wrapping your chest up."
"Are you mad?"
"Do I still gedda hit it from behind?"
"Yeah?"
"Then no."
He totally went about the situation wrong you explain to him why. He apologizes. It's gonna be a bit of a learning curve for him.

Pine’s College Jocks 2 Ch. 5 - Just watch and be nice
Something was… off.
I was standing on the living room, like any other day.
But, I couldn’t move my body, only my head.
I looked around after I noticed that little handicap. I could hear some voices to my right, so I just looked that way and noticed an awful sighting.
Three persons were in the room with me, a few meters away.
Leo was standing there, meanwhile Gary and Mike were on their knees in front of him. Gary was smiling with a bit of drool coming out of his mouth, his eyes glassy as he drawled loyalty and devotion to Leo.
Mike was shaking. Like he didn’t want that to happen to him. I wanted to move, but I couldn’t. I wondered what was going on, until I noticed Mike closing his eyes.
A tear dropped from one of his eyes as he whispered my name. A few seconds later, a smile crosses his face as his glassy eyes looked up at his new master, swearing his devotion and love to him.
I felt a weird pain on my chest. I was hurt, I could feel my heart breaking at the sight of my best friend and boyfriend abandoning me after being mind-controlled by another guy.
A few seconds later, I opened my eyes.
I was on my bed, as Mikey hugged me. I noticed my face was wet and my eyes were teary. Fuck, it was just a nightmare.
I grabbed my phone to check the time. 3 am.
Just a stupid nightmare, I guess.
“Pine…” Mike mumbled, as I noticed that my phone had the brightness maxed, and it shined on his face. “…Is everythin’ a’ight?”. His sleepy voice suggested that I woke him up by accident.
“It’s nothing, just a weird dream” I told him, before placing the phone back at the night table and laying back down, as Mikey hugged me again. “Mike?”
“Hmm?”
“I love you” I said, before closing my eyes.
The guy leaned in to kiss me, before answering “I love you too, bro… let’s get some sleep…”
I dozed off, trying to take the nightmare out of my mind.
----
Next morning, I didn’t want to get up. I was tempted to stay in bed the whole day, just being hugged by Mike and not thinking about anything.
He seemed to have the same idea as I did, because he hugged me tighter and showered my face with kisses.
“Morning bro” he mumbled, in between kisses. I smiled, until I felt him pulling away and getting up. I opened my eyes and looked at him go, feeling a bit betrayed.
“Good morning” I mumbled, as he smiled at me before walking out of the room in his undies.
A week passed since the Luke incident, since I paused completely the sports club plan. I spoke to Leo a few times, but told him to give me some space to think about stuff. He understood it, and told me to call him if I needed anything.
I reluctantly got up too, and tidied my pajama a bit, before following Mike. “Hey bro!” He loudly asked from the kitchen as I walked in the living room. “Did you wake up last night or I dreamed it? I can’t remember if it actually happened!”
I rubbed my head a bit, before walking into the kitchen “You don’t need to scream…” I yawned “…Yeah, had a nightmare and woke up. It was pretty intense, but nothing important”
But he seemed to wake up a bit goofy today. That, or he wanted to cheer me up. “Awww, really bro?” He left the mug he had on his hand and walked up to me, pressing my cheeks with his hands like an old grandma. “Are ywou wonna cwy?” And now he tried to imitate a little baby to mock me.
Before I could complain, he leaned in and kissed me, when the coffee machine made its usual ‘beep’ sounds, stating it was ready.
“Jerk” I told him, after he let go of me. I was pretty much used to his prankster side, had to live with it for half of my life and it was one of my favorite things about Mikey.
The guy would try really hard to make you laugh if he saw you sad (Unless he outs you at school, that is. His prankster side gets muffled by the ‘Don’t get anywhere near me’ instinct)
He turned to me as he kept walking backwards “I love you too”, finishing the statement with a wink and a smile, before turning around again to finish with the breakfast preparations. “Any plans for today? I thought about inviting a few bros over for the day. So awesome to have a few days without classes to rest, bro!”
I walked up to him and rested my back against the wall. Still thinking about the nightmare, I decided what to do “I thought about inviting Leo with me to catch the next coach. Probably one of the guys at campus, to avoid dragging random people into my mess. Hoping it actually works out this time and it’s not one of my dumb ideas”
Mike looked at me, frowning. “Hey, don’t talk about yourself like that. You’re brilliant, bro. One of the smartest guys I know, just as smart as Neil!” Neil was this guy he met during freshman year. Apparently, the football team used to have a system with the nerdy guys.
They did their essays in exchange for arranging dates with some hot girls. It was quickly dropped after my takeover of the team, of course. The team now help the guys without expecting anything in exchange.
Mike took the time to get to know his “designated nerd”, and they became nice friends afterwards.
“But seriously now, you’ve been doing a lot of great stuff with your powers, and that’s no dumb shit bro. Give yourself some credit or I’ll make you” He tried to sound menacing, holding his fist up, but his angry face quickly turned into a smile, then a laugh. “Sorry, can’t be angry at you. But you get my point, right?”
I nodded, a bit nervous about his sudden need to defend me from myself. It was weird. “S-sure, I do”
He smiled at me, and leaned in to kiss my cheek “Perfect, babe. Now, want some coffee and bacon?”
-----
I waited at the campus entrance, I had an idea for the next coach, to focus on local people rather than going around the city and potentially fucking an innocent person’s life, as you do.
I couldn’t take the nightmare off my mind, but that was probably a product of my nervousness.
I grew to see Leo as a threat to myself, and my friends. But that’s not what I wanted at all, a war between mind controllers is the last thing I would want, and I had a feeling that Leo wouldn’t like that either.
So far, he had this… childish man attitude that resulted annoying and in the same time, mildly dangerous.
I mean, first, he erased the coach’s personality when I wanted to… ‘ask’ him to work for me in the sports club. Second, he somehow crossed paths with Luke and made him want to suck me off ‘to compensate for all the wrong he did to me’, having him break into my house during the process.
Both of those times I’ve been able to fix things as best as I could, but I preferred not to see things getting out of control.
My objective of today was the rugby coach, and my chosen partner was the friendly Sigma Nu frat president. He was the rugby team’s captain, and I felt more at ease having him around for this day.
And for Leo, I invited him over to see how I work, maybe he could take notes and would understand a bit more what our differences are?
I shook my head for the fifth time as the nightmare replayed on my mind. I hated it, but it wasn’t Leo’s fault. Just my mind playing tricks on me, huh.
“Yo!” I heard a familiar voice say. I noticed Leo just got off his car and walked towards me. “So nice to hear from you, never answered if you liked my present”
“I’m… I don’t have the energy to reprimand you for that,” His face turned into a slight frown, but can you blame me?! “But I’d like to pretend that the Luke incident never happened, and spend another day with you”
“Yas!” He said, throwing a punch to the air. Huh, he seemed really happy today. I noticed he wasn’t wearing his usual preppy clothes, but rather some jock-ish clothes. He had a fitted purple tee and some black leggings with white streaks at the side.
He looked like ready to hit the gym, so I guess I just interrupted his workout session and he thought I was more important than working out.
…I blushed at the thought, and I felt embarrassed for being so idiot to not ask him what was he doing before asking him to go with me.
But again, it was difficult to be kind with the guy when I had a nightmare involving him playing on loop in my mind.
“We’ll be doing another part of my plan today,” He raised an eyebrow, with curiosity “But, I’m leading today. I think our styles are really different and… I’d like to show you how’s my work style” I explained, as he listened intently.
He shrugged “Sure thing, man. I’ll remain behind ya and enjoy the show”
I nodded. Huh, that was easier than I expected.
“Great, c’mon. I asked a friend to come with us too, he’s at the frat house” I motioned him to follow me, and he did.
Funny enough, even when he was older, he looked just like some of this place’s freshmen jocks. He didn’t seem really old; he could totally pass as a 20 years old student if he wanted.
We went on our way, but he seemed to be pretty lost. Good thing I spent a year and a quarter here, I’m pretty familiarized with the campus.
It’s been a while since I’ve been in the frat house. It looked as good as always, which seems impressive since it’s managed by a lot of party jocks, but they followed the rules like their lives depended on it.
A surprising thing, but I really liked it. It made me a proud frat bro!
Aiden came out from the front door as we were about to go inside. “Yo, bro” He said, extending his fist for a bump. He was wearing a soccer team uniform, with the usual red and gold colors, long socks, knee pads and gloves for the hands.
We fist bumped, then he kept walking to the soccer field. He was wrestler, but his friend Connor (The soccer team’s captain) asked for help with some strategies and practice.
“A friend, I assume” Leo mumbled, as we walked inside the frat house.
“Yup, he helped me when I was trying to join this frat. We kept hanging out afterwards, he’s awesome” I turned to him after closing the door. “You have to wait here, sorry; I’ll go get Max”
He nodded, and held his hands up “I know how frats work, mate. I’ll just stay here and won’t control anyone. May be hard if all your mates turn out to be really cute jocks”
“Well, yeah. It’s kind of my thing, most of the people I know are jocks” I shrugged, before walking upstairs and going deeper into the house. I passed besides Mike’s room and felt a bit nostalgic. I smiled at the memory of my boyfriend preparing a DIY prom night for us at the room after I passed out last year.
A few guys ‘bro nodded’ at me as I passed by, until I reached the president’s room. I knocked on the door, and waited for a response. They were cool, I mostly liked my fellow frat brothers.
“Comin’!” I heard Max yell from the inside. A few loud footsteps later and the guy opened the door. “Oh hey, bro. Need something? Wanna have a drink?” He moved aside to let me in while pointing to his mini-fridge beside his bed, as I entered. He was wearing a black and grey V-neck tee, and some pajama pants.
“Uhm, no, thanks” Way too early to drink alcohol.  “I was wondering if you could come and help me get the rugby coach under control?” Two years and that never stopped sounding weird.
He shrugged “Sure, sounds good!” I like that my slaves think it’s completely normal to help me out with my plans.
I can walk in the football team’s locker room and tell them ‘Hey guys, drop all the plans you might have, we are having a smash tournament with lots of fucking in my place instead!’ and they would be like ‘Yeah, whatever you say coach!’, with big smiles on their faces before resuming their bro chat.
Before we left the room, Max changed his pants to something more proper, then followed me back to the public lounge.
Leo looked at us as we walked down the stairs, waiting by the door. He seemed pretty bored, but hopefully he’ll have some fun with us today.
“Leo, this is the Sigma Nu’s president Max. Max, this is my friend Leo-”
He interrupted me, and extended his hand to Max. “Hey, I want a long ass title too… What about ‘President of LeoCorp’ Leo?”
“What is LeoCorp?” I asked, with curiosity. I was a bit annoyed since he interrupted me again, but decided to shrug it off in the attempt to get more info about him.
“I’ll tell you later, we have a coach to get, bud” He answered, before turning his attention back to Max.
Max shook hands with him “Nice to meet ya, man. And yeah, coach Geoff should be at his office. He has a meeting in a few hours and he’s preparing what he’s going to discuss.”
I nodded, as we headed outside. “Better get going then, anything you’d like to say about the coach, Max?” I wondered how the other coaches of this college were. Apparently, Peter was one of the worst ones before I arrived, but some of the other coaches weren’t so bad.
Geoff, for example, had an AMAZING reputation around campus. He’s like the fun uncle of the rugby team, joking with them and joining practices as a player from time to time.
Every player talked highly of him, because according to Max “Unlike other coaches, our coach prefers to reach good results by making us trust in each other like a big brotherhood, or family. It works pretty well, even if we don’t win, we have a lot of fun and adrenaline in each game”
Honestly, he sounded like a great guy, so I wanted to take the consent approach first. Maybe he’d join the sports club willingly and everything! I still would have to give him the special drink, but that’s because it would be to make him think it’s normal for the other coaches to be under my control, too.
Leo was amazed to learn that we were getting a rugby coach. My suspicion was correct, and he apparently was a rugby player before! He and Max seemed to get along pretty well after that came out, “Always good to meet a fellow rugby mate!” Leo said, before hugging Max tightly.
We arrived the rugby team’s locker room. I think that giving each team their own locker room was a great idea. That way, I don’t have to worry about anyone walking in while my players are getting a bit dirty between each other.
Past the empty locker room, there was the coach’s office. Leo gave me thumbs up before Max knocked the door.
“One second!” A deep voice said from the inside. Max already knew what to say, so today’s part was going to be really easy.
He opened the door, and greeted the team’s captain with a warm hug. “Max! So nice to see you, but we don’t have any scheduled practice, right?” Huh, he seems really chilled.
“Nah coach, just a proposal a friend of mine wanted to make you. Can we go in a discuss it? Seems to be a pretty good one!” Max said, pretty excitedly. Leo just remained silent and enjoyed the show, just as he said before.
Coach Geoff motioned us to come inside, and sat on his desk with a friendly smile. Max was right, he seemed like some kind of proud daddy. He seemed to be near Leo’s age, probably older though.
Dark brown hair with a few white ones at the front, normal brown eyes, a few wrinkles and a friendly smile.
According to Max, he shouldn't play rugby at all, due to an accident on his younger days, but his team goes soft with him as they play for fun and to learn how to be better. Like a big, happy family of bros.
“Geoffrey Morgan. Nice to meet you, guys.” He said, looking at me and Leo. “So, what can I help you with? I have some free time before my meeting actually starts, just taking the nerves off me”
He seemed really friendly, and I think he lives to the good reputation he has among his players. Like he’s some kind of easy-going guy who’s seems actually interested on what we have to say.
I took a deep breath and said “Well, there’s this… There’s this sports club at the city and we’re trying to save it. I recruited a few coaches to work there while everything goes back to normal. I have four volunteers by now”
They should be three, but I thought about contacting Mark from my old high school. He has a mind link too, so that should make things easier. “Just a few more and we’ll be ready to go, what do you think? I promise it’ll be a… very nice experience” I finished with a reassuring smile.
We just waited in silence for a response. Leo was getting inpatient, while Max was switching between looking at his coach, then at us, then back at his coach.
“Hmm… I think it could really work out. It would be sad seeing a place like a sports club just… die like that” I smiled, as he grabbed a blank paper from his desk and wrote down his number. “Count on me, buddy. You can send me the rest of the details later, but I really should get back to planning this meeting, it’s really important for the team.”
I smiled “Sure, thanks so much, sir!” then grabbed a bottle from my bag. “Oh, and please drink this as soon as we go out, alright? I’m sure you’ll start feeling really motivated and confident about your meeting after you drink it”
His eyes glazed over for a second, as he mumbled a “Yeah…” and took the bottle.
Max didn’t found that weird at all, he was like ‘oh cool!’, as the coach snapped out and wished us good luck with our plans.
‘I really like this guy’ I thought, as we headed out the office.
“Well, that should be it for today” I said, as I looked at the guys and waited for the mind link to appear. “Thanks for the info, Max. It made the planning a lot easier to be honest.” And it really did. The guy wanted to help willingly rather than me having to think exact words I wanted to say to avoid fucking up with him, giving him the drink, reprogramming him, blablabla.
The frat president looked really proud of himself. “Glad I could help, bro. Anything else you need, or should I remember to the house now?”
I thought about spending a day at the frat, since Leo seemed to like being around him. But, the other mind controller chose for me and dismissed Max. “I’d like to talk with Piney here in private, mate”
Max held up his hands “Fair enough, see ya later bro! And it was nice to meet you, Leo!” Then we separated our ways as we went out of the building.
Leo and I started walking back to the campus’ entrance, in silence. I was waiting for him to bring something up, he seemed way more talkative than I was.
“That was an interesting thing you did there” Leo said, breaking the silence between us “I mean, seemed to be a really quick and short thing and I’m trying to understand why you needed to bring the other guy with us, but trying to get him willingly was cool. How did you get that idea?”
I shrugged “Max said he was a nice man, I just pledged to that side of him. No powers or anything, just a bit of normal speaking. I had to make a mind link with him, though. It would be weird to have him willingly working while all of the others are completely under control. And I like having a friend around for these kinds of things, helps with the nerves.”
“Yeah, yeah. I get your point but… why the help with his confidence for the meeting? It doesn’t have anything to do with your plan, right?”
“Well, since I’m using the guy for my own plans, it’s good to retrieve the favor, right?” It was a very simple thing, just a few words and he would have better confidence for preparing his meeting. Nothing complicated at all.
I felt Geoff’s mind link appearing as we walked. ‘Good, that’s taken care of for now’ I thought, and I was glad I didn’t feel any pain nor something like that, it meant that I wasn’t near overloading my powers again.
Leo didn’t answer this time, so I tried to think about another topic, when the nightmare reappeared at my mind. I shook my head, and tried to think of something else.
“So… are you going to tell me what’s LeoCorp or will that remain as another mystery?” I asked the older mind controller, as we kept walking. I kept trying to take the nightmare off my mind, and chatting seemed to be a good way.
He scratched the back of his head “Oh, I thought you forgot. It’s a pretty big business I’m the owner of, got it during my college years with my powers.” He said, without giving it much importance. “The previous owner was happy to give me the whole business, and he’s happy being my well-paid assistant. I keep him in complete bliss every day, y’know?”
I frowned. That was definitely wrong, but there was nothing I could do about it. “And you just… took the guy’s business like it was nothing?”
“Boy, gettin’ pretty dense with your morals, aren’t you?” He sighed, but more in a… tired way, rather than angry. “Look, you’ve got mind control powers, right? So, why don’t you use them for your own benefit, without thinking of the consequences for once? I’m not telling ya to rob a bank, but maybe try out putting your boyfriend in complete bliss, without control. He’ll love it, and you’ll have a great time with the guy”
Before I could answer, he placed an arm around me “I’m learning a lot from you, dude. And I’d like to retrieve the favour by teaching you a few things too, how does that sound?”
I won’t lie, I gave it some thought. But it would just feel wrong, doing whatever I wanted with my powers like it doesn’t have negative impacts on my slaves’ lives.
I liked to have a perfect balance between my control over them and a positive impact for them, like better focus on the field, or when they’re studying, or whatever.
But… Maybe I could learn one thing or two about this. I mean, not fucking any lives was a simple rule to bear with by now, technically cemented on my mind and always present.
“You got a deal, I guess.” I said, extending my hand for a shake. “You try out my approach, and I’ll try out yours, alright? That means, respecting the golden rule with your life: Not ruin anyone’s lives, ever”
“And, you enjoy your powers more. Don’t think of the consequences, just… Look at that guy” He pointed to a fellow student that was hanging out with his friends nearby the quad’s fountain, as we passed by. “He looks hot, right?”
I nodded “I guess, what’s your point?”
“Walk up to him and tell him to blow you off!” He noticed my expression of surprise, and quickly retracted himself “Alright, alright. Let’s go slower first, just follow my suggestion from before and go back home with your dude… I may need to get a dude for myself, now that I think of it”
I wonder what did he mean with that, but if he was going to follow my approach, there was nothing to worry about, right?
“Okay. We’ll share our advances from time to time, to keep on each other’s progress, alright?” He nodded at that, as we arrived to the entrance and walked over to his parked car.
This is going to be interesting, I guess?
---
I entered my place with a nice grin. Leo’s idea seemed really good right now, but probably because I’m horny.
“I’m home!” I said, as I closed the door. Mike waved at me from the couch, still in his undies.
“Yo, bro! Didn’t invite anyone after you left, got really lazy and decided to play videogames instead” He explained, showing me the Switch on his hands. “How was your day with Leo?”
“I’ll tell you in a while, alright? First, I have something in mind” I walked closer to him, before giving him a quick kiss on the lips.
As I pulled back, he smiled and said “What do you mea-uhhhh”, before his eyes glazed over and he got up from the couch.
I had sent him a command to stop thinking and enter a relaxed state, pushing his main personality to the back and deepening his trance with some more commands, just like Leo suggested.
A few minutes later, Mike entered the living room again wearing a football armor we had for our kinky nights, and stood in front of me as he stared straight ahead, zoned out.
A bit of drool coming from his mouth and passing through his stubble beard, as he blissfully smiled and waited for commands. His big arms hanging at the sides, his chiseled abs were tensed and his cock was hard on his jockstrap.
Looking at him, he's definitely one sexy jock slave.
Maybe that's how Leo saw guys when he was my age. Just sexy jock slaves.
I sent a command to Mike through the mind link and he went on his knees. The way his drool would come out of his mouth and drip to the floor was so sexy.
I stepped closer and addled his brain a bit more. His eyes were getting foggier and foggier. He looked so helpless, so obedient, so moldable into anything I could ever want. And yet, I would never do anything he wouldn’t do, I loved my best friend so much to do that to him.
I ran my hands on the drooling jock's abs and pecs, massaging his chest until his nipples were hard. I felt a bit of a rush, using Mike as my plaything. My obedient little jock... or so I'd call him. But he's still my perfect lovely boyfriend.
“Mike?” I asked, still checking out his amazing muscles.
“Yes, master?” Mike said, in a monotone voice. He sounded empty, but somehow happy at the same time.
“What are you thinking about?” I ducked to face him, as his empty stare followed me.
“I’m not thinking, master! You do the thinking for me, master!” I smiled, and leaned in to kiss him for a bit. He kissed me back, and went back to mindlessly smiling when I pulled back.
“You’re such a good jockboy, aren’t you Mike?”
“Yes, master! Huhuhuh!”
I checked out his mind link. He was in complete bliss right now, and I liked that. He felt like floating, like he was in some kind of dream. Just real, pure bliss where Mike has no control at all.
I wanted to hear him out when this was over, since when I put him under, he usually is mildly conscious to know if he wants or not to do something, and can use his safeword. Not this time, we’re trying new things, big guy.
I proceeded to get back up and undid my belt. I lowered my pants and underwear, as my cock sprung out, half-hard.
Mike’s eyes turned to it, like he just saw the most beautiful thing in the world. “Mike?” I asked again, to get his attention.
“Uh… yes, master?” I noticed the drip of saliva got a bit bigger, as he couldn’t get his eyes off my cock. I swung it left and right, slowly, as I felt his mind getting foggier and foggier with each movement.
“What do you want, right now?”
“I want to serve master… I want to worship your cock…” He mumbled, trying to take a sniff of my cock, but trying to not move at the same time and remaining on his knees.
I placed my cock on his lips, and I could feel he tried to lick the tip of it. “Suck it, jockboy”
Almost instantly, Mike swallowed my cock and started to suck pretty fast, like his life depended on it. I sent a command over the mind link for him to slow down and enjoy it a bit more. I could feel him slowing down and doing magic with his tongue.
I grabbed the back of his head and pushed it to deep throat. Mike loved every second of it, and just continued to suck after I let his head go.
“Alright, jockboy. Stop and get up” I said after a bit. I felt myself close, but I wasn’t over with today’s session yet.
My mind-fucked boyfriend did as I ordered, and stood right in front of me, still with a bit of saliva and a big, dumb smile on his face. His eyes seemed emptier than ever, I don’t think I’ve brought him this deep before.
Another command sent through the mind link, and he was now striking a pose for me to feel up his muscled arms.
I noticed his cock was full hard now, and its head was poking out of the jockstrap, leaking a good amount of pre.
“Carry me to our room, alright?” I told him, as I finished with the feeling up muscles part.
“Yes master!” The big guy said, as he grabbed me by the back and the legs and lifted me like some kind of baby.
I felt good. Powerful. I could definitely see what Leo sees in doing this.
But… at the same time, it felt kind of wrong. My empathy speaking, of course, and I usually pay attention to it. Mike’s backup is still ever present on the back of his mind though, to reassure myself that no matter what I do, I can bring him back.
“Oh, and Mike?”
He turned his face to me, still with a blank stare but his goofy smile grew wider when he looked at me. “Yeah, master?”
Even while mindless, he still looked amazingly handsome. The happiness and adoration in his eyes was notorious, and I found it quite attractive. “How do you feel right now?”
“I feel amazing, master!” He said as we entered our room, and he stopped in front of the bed. “I’m so happy to obey as your mindless jockboy, master!”
He carefully left me standing on the floor, as he took a step back and waited for more orders.
It was like controlling a puppet, or a sim. I just had to send a command over to his mind or say something and he would do it without thinking.
I sent a simple command to his mind. ‘Grab master Pine and start making out with him’.
As I mentioned, just like a sim. Mike naturally grabbed me and pulled me in for a make out session. Another command sent to his mind, and he leaded me to the bed. He was still on his football armor, and it looked amazing on him.
‘Repeat out loud:’
“I love you so much, bro! You’re the best coach and master I’ve ever had!” He kept smiling with an empty stare every time I sent a new order and followed it without any resistance. “I’m completely yours, bro! And I love being that way!”
He sounded dreamy, like he was half asleep and half awake. But another check at his mind just confirmed that he was an empty and obedient jockboy slave.
And his cock remained completely hard in his jockstrap, even when I didn’t tell him to get hard. Good old Mikey never changes, he’s just ready to fuck all the time.
Leo was right, it was really easy to do this. But I assumed it would be a bit harder for him, or he had a workaround for his temporary mind links. I had my mind link with Mike since last year, but Leo’s last for a few hours, apparently.
I’ll him more about that later. For now, it was time to enjoy!
I pushed my lowered pants and underwear off my feet and laid down in bed, arms behind my head. I got comfy as I started to program his new set of orders.
‘Get above my cock and start fucking yourself with it’
Mike moved to do as I commanded him, without lowering his jockstrap since his ass was already at full display, he got above my hard cock as I lubed it with saliva, before lubing his hole a bit too (I didn’t want to hurt my boyfriend!).
I gave him a nod to continue, as he slowly positioned himself and started impaling with my cock. He tried to do the first thrusts slowly, as it went all the way in. I just laid there and watched the show, feeling amazing. Mike seemed to love it, but I assumed it had to do more with the obeying my orders rather than the fucking he was receiving.
The muscled guy looked amazing, as always, but his mindless expression had some charm to it, reminding me of the time he was dumb Mikey.
“Feeling good, Mike?” I asked him, before letting out a soft moan.
“Yes… master!” He answered, still going up and down, fucking himself with my cock. “Obeying you makes me happy, master!”
I wondered if putting the other guys under would have this same effect on them or if it was only because Mike already loved going under my control.
Mike grunted from time to time, but tried to remain silent and with a goofy smile.
I felt close to cumming, so I prepared the words in my mind. ‘When you feel me cumming, you will do too, feeling an outstanding pleasure go through your entire body before getting off my cock and lying beside me’
Sent them to his mind, as the mindless jock kept fucking himself. A few seconds later, I came inside of him.
Almost instantly, he came too. I always liked that detail, being able to control if a person cums or not, and when they do it. Most of his cum fell on my shirt, and I took it off after he got off my cock and proceeded to lay down beside me, as I ordered him.
“You were amazing, jockboy” I whispered to him, as I passed my hand above his abs, feeling him up.
“Thanks master! I want to be a good jock for you, master!”
“Oh really? And why is that?” I had an idea in mind that I wanted to try out. It would be funny to see.
‘You can think again’ I commanded his mind, as I pulled his main personality back to the front while he answered.
“Because I’m yours, master! I want to make… you… happy… Bro? Weren’t we at the couch? And why is my ass sore-y?” A confused, but still dazed Mikey asked. I moved my hand beneath his football armor as I felt up his pecs now.
“Shh… Don’t mind that…” I started, in a very soft and chilled tone. The one I usually used to make him relax. “Just stay with me, and don’t think about it”
My powers affected him again, as he turned to face me and leaned closer to kiss me. “Whatever you say, bro… I love when you get mischievous and make me feel good…” The dopey grin re-appeared on his face, but this time it was his own doing.
I was tempted to bring him back under, but his kisses while he’s mindless aren’t as good as when Mikey is awake and in full display.
----
Later that night, the exact same nightmare that had been endlessly playing in my mind appeared again as I slept.
I couldn’t move, Mike and Gary were on their knees. Leo in front of them, as Gary was completely enslaved by him and Mike was being taken away from me.
Until… something passed through me. It was… me?
My copy went straight to Leo, but I still couldn’t move, only watch. The other Pine walked up to him, moved Gary and Mike from the way, and looked straight at Leo.
Then, the two mind controllers started… fighting each other? This was getting super weird, until my copy did something unexpected.
He got his hands on Leo’s temples and said “Sleep”. Suddenly, the rugby player fell backwards and to the floor, before starting to snore.
The other Pine looked at me, with a little smile. I noticed his voice was familiar… I remember it from last year, when I passed out.
It told me how to break the mind links once, and now it was showing me this, that I honestly didn’t know if it was real or just an strategy to make me relax and finally forget about this nightmare.
“You both should try to remain on each other’s good side, alright? Telepaths are supposed to stick together!” He seemed happy, just like the last time we talked.
I have myself a nod, trying to tell me that I understood what he meant, before he continued “Good, have fun and keep doing nice stuff! I’m rooting for you!”
Then, I woke up again on my bed, next to a dozed off Mike. We had been playing during the whole day, and now it was the middle of the night again.
But, instead of tearing up like last night, I smiled and mumbled a quick “Thanks” to myself.
I felt more at ease now, my... powers, I think? They were telling me that I was doing great! That had to be a good sign, right?

2003 tmnt reaction to their human s/o saying they feel lucky that they met the turtles? The turtles usually only hear humans call them monsters and not with wholesome devoted love.
Leo 💙:
- Leo loves you more than anything on the planet. He’s a total slave to love and fully accepts this fact. I mean, who wouldn’t want to date the most beautiful, amazing person in the world? And you’re just that, a person, a normal human. What if you regret this? How long until you find someone your own species to love? He doesn’t want to loose you.
- It was a casual night at the lair. The boys and Splinter had stepped out for some bonding time and Leo stayed behind to stay with you. The two of you were watching a movie when you noticed Leo was really distant. He wansnt touching you, and whenever you moved closer, he’d move away. This wasn’t the dorky loveable nerd you knew.
“Hey babe, is something wrong?” “No. Nothing’s wrong.” “Liar.”
- You pause the movie and intently stare at him. He knows you’re serious. He doesn’t want to make you worry but he doesn’t want to tell you his fears. After some prompting, he begins to open up about his phobia of loosing you. He instantly regrets it as soon as he sees the heartbreak in your eyes. How could he even think for a second that you would leave him? You love him!
- You begin to rant to him about how you’d wouldn’t leave him. Hell, Chris Evans could show up on you’re doorstep and you’d still decline the offer. You love him, and are lucky to have him. As soon as you begin to list all the ways you’re lucky to have him in your life he decides you talked too much and silences you with a kiss. You pull away and just laugh at each other.
“I’m lucky to have you too.”
Tumblr media
Raph ❤️:
- You and Raph had been dating for about 3 months. Everything was smooth sailing so far, everything until Raph saw you in the window of a coffee shop. You said you had plans, but curiosity had gotten the best of him and he had to know what you were doing.
- Looking down from the rooftop he was able to make out a figure sitting across from you, a male figure. Raph was thrown for a loop. Here your were, his beautiful (S/O), in a coffee shop, sharing drinks with some other guy! Raph was mad but he knew you wouldn’t do this to him... would you? He decides to go back to the lair, pissed as all hell. It doesn’t help when you go to visit him that night.
“Raph, what’s up? You seem upset.” “Nothin’.” “Raph, don’t lie-” “I said nothin’ (Y/N)!”
- Upset by his outburst, you decided it was time to turn in for the night. Accept, Raph didn’t come around. It had been almost a week since you had seen him. You decided to seek the advice of someone older and wiser, I.e. April. After hearing you out she decided to do some snooping and found the cause, Raph had seen you with another guy and thought you were cheating.
- You realized what had happened. Your cousin had come to visit you in the city, and that’s what Raph had seen. As soon as you realized this you thanked April and threw on your coat. You texted Raph to get his butt over to your place. Upon his arrival you basically glomped him in a hug and started rattling off the truth about your mysterious coffee date. Raph is kinda thrown off, of course you wouldn’t cheat on him? What was he thinking?! You felt lucky to be with him, now he felt guilty. All he could do now was take you out for apology pizza.
“So, I don’t have much to thank you with but, wanna get some pizza?”
Tumblr media
Donnie 💜:
- Exam season was the worse. Countless hours of studying, mediocre study guides, and ignoring basic hygiene. Why didn’t you pay attention more in class? And why in the hell did you decide to take advanced classes? You were so tired you couldn’t even remember your name, let alone that you had a boyfriend who was currently standing outside your window.
- Of course, you let him inside your room. He was very interested in your study set up and the 3,000 study sheets you had sprawled across your desk. Before you could even moan and word from you undead state, he was all over your textbooks like white on rice. He always wanted to go to human school. He began to rant on some math theory when he looked at you and realized how dead you looked. After some prying, it was revealed that you hadn’t slept in 3 days. You had to study. You didn’t want to fail. That’s when Donnie thought of an idea.
“I’ll make you a deal. You take a shower, change your clothes, eat something besides 2 week old pizza, drink some water, and take a nap and I’ll help you study for your exams.” “Oh my god deal. Deal deal deal deal, a thousand times deal.”
- Studying was easier with Donnie. It was more fun to study with your genius turtle boyfriend than it was to study in some dusty old library. Plus, he was a better teacher that all of your teachers combined. You actually understood the words coming out of his mouth. It was an added bonus that you had a cuddle buddy when you were on break.
- Without a doubt, you passed exams with flying colors. Your teacher had to pull you aside to make you swear to the high heavens that you didn’t cheat. That night when Donnie came to visit, you basically jumped with joy whenever you began to tell him about your test scores. You were lucky to have an amazing boyfriend who doubles as a genius.
“I’m the one whose lucky to have you. We should study together more often!”
Tumblr media
Mikey 🧡:
- You had been playing video games at the lair with your boyfriend, Mikey. The day had been full of gaming, cuddling, and immense amounts of pizza. You realize had lost track of time when Leo comes into the room to ask if you should be getting home because it was late. The time you ask? 3 am, you were supposed to be home hours ago!
- In a paniked haze you threw on your shoes, gave Mikey a kiss, and yelled goodbyes to the rest of the family as you darted out the door. Of course, being the gentleman he is, Mikey was about to offer to walk you home. He decided he didn’t need to and went into the kitchen to make a sandwich. But just as he sat down to eat said sandwich, he realized something felt off.
“Hey guys, imma be right back. I just need some air.” “Jeez Mikey, give your (S/O) some space!”
- Using his skill set, he was able to tack the path you had taken and of course, it was right through th bad part of town. He left the sewers and climbed a nearby building and began to survey to find you, and luckily he did! But not the way you want to be found...
- You had walked right into a mob of Purple Dragons. Apparently one of them thought they may have recognized you as an ally of the turtles and thought that was good enough ground to attack on. Just as they inched toward you with their switch blades and pocket knives, Mikey jumped from the building to kick some Dragon ass. Of course, how could you not thank him and tell your turtle that you’re lucky to have him?
“Really babe? Thanks! Just next time, don’t go messing around near the Dragons.”

RotTMNT/Baron Jitsu fanfiction: Dating… With Children - Chapter Nine
(Also on AO3 if you want to leave a comment or kudos)
Plot:  Benjamin Draxum hardly considered himself a man of high social standing. Not because he was uncouth or unworthy of it, mind you, but simply because he didn’t have much of a social life. Hard to have one when he usually spent his days at work, cooped up in a lab for so long that he often had his lunches in there, and his nights at home reading or doing research for more personal projects. But perhaps meeting handsome semi-retired movie star - as well as his four young sons - could change all that…
((Shoutout to @halloweennut and her kind words (as well as her own drabble based on this AU) for inspiring me to get back to this story for a bit, heh ^v^ I've written two other chapters along with this one, just to make up for both the hiatus before this aaaand the hiatus after this (I still have my TMNT Big Bang fic to finish up, and this fic is kind of a 'when I'm in the mood for it' project anyway. Hope this big content drop makes up for it though. Enjoy! ^v^))
“He's definitely got his own lab! He's a scientist, he has to!”
“Oh yeah! Totally!”
“Do you think he's got his own library room too? Smart people always have libraries in their homes.”
“Yeah, but he knows how to fight like Pop does, so maybe he's got a gym too? Or maybe a whole ring! That would be really cool!”
“He's a scientist, Raphie, not a wrestler!”
“He can both if he wants to be!”
“What are you boys talking about back there?” Lou asked, stopping to look over his shoulder at his sons while also taking a moment to shift the small bag of food to his other arm.
“Nothing!” The four boys quickly shouted, all of them flashing an innocent smile for good measure.
Lou hummed, his expression a mix of suspicious and endeared. “...Just remember, we are guests in Ben’s apartment. So remember to behave yourselves, alright?”
“We will!” “Mmhm!” “Yep!” “Promise!” Satisfied, Lou continued leading the way up to his boyfriend’s Manhattan apartment.
While Lou certainly didn't mind Draxum coming over to his house all the time, Draxum still insisted that their next visit be at his place, figuring it would only be fair. And, similar to their first shared meal, Lou and his sons would be bringing dessert while Draxum would take care of supper. Although, thanks to his youngest’s insistence, he was also bringing something else to share with Draxum in both food and experience. He just hoped his boyfriend didn't mind too much.
Finally, they arrived and Lou knocked on the door. His boys gathered tightly around his legs, all of them eager to see what could possibly inside the apartment. After a few seconds - though it had seemed like an eternity - Draxum opened the door. “Glad you all could make it,” he told them, giving the family of five a small smile.
“Same to you,” Lou smirked, closing the distance between them for a quick peck on the lips that was happily returned.
Once Draxum stepped to the side, the boys didn't even wait for an invitation and just rushed in. Though, that speed didn't last very long unfortunately. From the plain walls and hardwood floors to the closed curtains and the simple bookshelf next to it (nowhere near enough to be a library), it was plain to see that Draxum’s apartment was, well… Just an apartment.
“...Well this place is boring,” Leo stated.
Lou frowned. “Leonardo, manners,” he lightly scolded.
“Oh, uh, I mean, your apartment is… Super cool?” Leo corrected, sheepishly smiling up at his dad’s boyfriend who thankfully didn't look too offended.
Deciding to be a bit more honest, Donnie added, “We thought you would have a lab here, since you're a scientist.”
“Yeah!” Mikey chirped, with Raph nodding along with him, “Just like the smart people on tv!”
“Well,” Draxum replied, chuckling slightly, “I don't think my landlord would be too thrilled with a home lab. It's easier to keep my projects at my office anyway. Although, I was able to set up a small exercise space in my spare room.” Raph grinned at that. Not a gym or wrestling ring, but close enough to feel like his guess had been right.
As for Donnie, while he was disappointed at the lack of a lab or sci-fi decor, the collection of books did catch his attention. He moved to pull one out, but stopped when he heard his dad - who was still keeping an eye on them, even after he and Draxum had moved to the kitchenette - clear his throat. “Oops. Uh, may I PLEASE look at your books, Dr. Draxum?”
“You may,” Draxum nodded, “thank you for asking.” Donnie smiled, and quickly began his search through the small collection, wanting to see for himself what stories and subjects the doctor was into even if he didn't get a chance to read any of it that night.
“An’ can I open up the curtains?” Mikey asked, pointing at the hidden window.
That request Draxum had to actually consider a bit. He did like his privacy, after all… Though one open set of curtains wouldn't be too bad, he supposed. “You may,” he repeated.
“Thanks!” Mikey grinned, running over to the window. His brothers in red and blue joined him, and once they got them open all three of them looked at the fantastic view with awe. “Wowwwwww! The city looks so pretty from your home, Draxum!”
“Yeah!” Raph agreed, “Hey Pop, it's sorta like the time you took us to the top of the Empire State Building, only all the lights are way closer!”
“Heh, yep, it looks like a great view,” Lou smiled, enjoying it himself before looking back at Draxum, “So, Doc, what are we having?” Whatever it was, it smelled great.
“Just some roasted chicken and potatoes,” Draxum answered, “I didn't want to make something your boys didn't want to eat, so I just kept it simple.”
Lou laughed a bit at that. “Trust me, they are not picky eaters. But chicken sounds great, and I may have another side dish for us, if you are interested.” Setting his bag down, he first took out the family-sized tiramisu he had bought, wanting to get it in the fridge as soon as possible. That definitely surprised Draxum a bit, not expecting kids under ten to enjoy something like tiramisu.
But what was even more surprising was when Lou pulled out a bag of rice, a small package of seaweed, and a jar of pickled plums. “Rice balls?”
“Mikey’s idea,” Lou explained, his smile softening a bit, “Making them was one of our first ‘family night’ things that we did…” He could remember it well, all the trial and error they went through along with all the laughs, finally culminating in a place of rice balls that they were all pretty proud of, not caring about all the stray bits of rice that they would have to clean afterwards. “I tried telling him that we were only supposed to bring dessert, but he was insistent that he wanted to teach you. Though, I’d understand if you wanted to do it another time, onigiri making can get pretty messy.”
“Well, no messier than any other type of cooking, I would think,” Draxum lightly retorted. Really, the idea itself he could pass on. But the fact that it was Mikey’s idea, and no doubt something all the kids would enjoy doing together… Gah, when did he become such a softie? It was aggravating in a way, yet also something he knew he wouldn’t care much about in the moment. “We’ve got another half an hour until supper’s done anyway, so why not?” After all, it was just shaping steamed rice, how hard could it be?
...Apparently, much harder than he thought.
“Are you SURE you wet your hands enough?” Leo asked, once again leaning over Draxum’s arm.
“Yes,” Draxum huffed. It wasn't his hands that were the problem, it was the rice that refused to stay together! The more he tried to form it, the more rice that would just fall off or stick to his hand. Wasn’t it supposed to be ‘sticky’ with itself? He narrowed his eyes as he noticed more of his rice falling off his ‘ball’ (really it was more like a misshapen lump).
Lou tried to hide his smile, sympathizing with Draxum but also being way too amused. “It doesn’t have to be perfect,” he told him, repeating the words he had first used with his kids nearly three years ago, “Rice tastes like rice no matter how together it is.”
“I know,” Draxum mumbled, his eyes refusing to leave the rice as he continued trying to work it into the proper shape.
“Don’t worry about squishin’ it,” Raph suggested, “It’s already soft, so you can’t really ruin it, so just squeeze it together as tight as you can!” He demonstrated this by squishing his rice ball between his hands like he was squishing a ball of playdoh.
“I still say you should just go wash your hands again,” Leo commented
Draxum huffed again. “Honestly, maybe that wouldn’t be a bad idea,” he said as he glared at the rice sticking to his palms and fingers.
Across the coffee table from him (Draxum didn’t have nearly enough chairs for everyone, so they settled for sitting in the living room on the floor), Donnie made a face. “Yeah, I hate the feeling of rice on my hands too. That’s why it’s just better to use a wet spoon,” he told him, using his tool of choice to finish off his triangle-shaped treat. Leo suddenly coughed, unsubtly hiding the word ‘cheater’ in it. Donnie lightly elbowed his twin, and Leo returned the action, sticking his tongue out.
While he had no problems with Donnie using a ‘cheat’, Draxum’s pride still made him want to make onigiri the proper way, even if it was easier said than done. “Well I think it looks really good,” he heard Mikey say, the boy in orange sitting up a bit straighter as he tried to get a better view at it. Mikey’s own rice balls were practically perfect, and Draxum had a feeling that once he was tall enough to safely use the stove and oven, Mikey would no doubt become the chef of the Jitsu family.  “Even if it’s kinda small, it’ll still be yummy! And you’re still having fun, right?”
Finally breaking eye contact with his frustrating, very much imperfect creation, Draxum looked at Mikey’s hopeful face. “...Well, it’s not as easy as I thought it would be, but… I guess it is fun, in a way,” he answered after some thought. Mikey grinned, leaning on him in place of a hug, not wanting to put his own sticky hands on Draxum’s shirt and ruin it.
Looking back at his rice ball with a silent sigh, Draxum picked up a piece of seaweed around the lump, effectively finishing it and placing it on the plate. After a moment of thought, he turned to Mikey. “Would you like to help me with the next one?”
“YEAH!” Mikey shouted, jumping to his feet immediately, “I’ll help you make the best rice ball ever!” he told him as he raced back over to the sink to wet his hands.
Despite his rice fail, the youngest Jitsu’s excitement still managed to bring a small smile to Draxum’s face. “I’m sure you will,” he said as he followed Mikey to the kitchen. As they prepared to get started, Draxum intently listening while Mikey eagerly explained his own tricks to getting the rice ball to keep its shape, Lou’s smile only grew. There was no denying now that his orange son had the right idea about sharing this piece of their family nights with the man that was quickly becoming family too.
By the end of it all, Draxum’s statement about the onigiri making being its ‘own sort of fun’ had become a bit more true. (Weirdly enough, it was easier to relax and not focus so much on perfection when a child was taking the lead.) Still, he was glad to wash his hands for the final time as they all worked together to clean off the leftover rice and set the coffee table for their supper, finishing the making of their rice balls just seconds before the timer went off.
As Lou had promised, the kids quickly dug into their food without complaint, though Draxum decided to try the rice before the main course. After all the effort put into making the damn things, he wasn’t going to let himself get too full to even eat them. “...I’m not sure about the plum, but the rice and seaweed itself is pretty good,” he said after a couple bites.
“We usually put fish or whatever in ‘em,” Raph told him, “But I still kinda like the plum.”
“Althoughhhh…” Getting an idea, Leo reached for a rice ball. Opening it up a bit, he then stuck a piece of his chicken into it. “There! Chicken and rice goes great!”
“It doesn’t really go with plum though,” Donnie commented.
“Maybe potato would work better?” Mikey asked, already sticking a piece of herb covered potato into his rice ball. Curious, his brothers all did the same.
“Oh yeah, kinda!” “Weird mix, but it does taste alright!” “Sorta like puttin’ cranberries on your potatoes at Thanksgiving.”
Knowing he couldn’t really discourage their food experimenting, Lou just chuckled slightly as his kids pretty much tore apart their hard work to try and mix it with the other food on their plate. “I don’t think you’ll have to worry about that leftover rice.”
“I suppose not,” Draxum smirked back before taking another bite of his onigiri.
Conversation remained light and enjoyable as they ate, sometimes with the boys discussing something on their own while Lou and Draxum had their own conversation, and other times they’d all be on the same subject. And, like most things Draxum had come to expect from the Jitsu family, it was a bit unusual and a little loud yet still very much comfortable, with the hot homemade food in his stomach only adding to his warmth.
When their plates were cleared and boredom already starting to settle in, Lou figured they would just turn on the tv and settle for whatever primetime movie or show was on. But, as it turned out, Draxum had a surprise of his own…
“Trivial Pursuit for Family?” he read off the clearly newly-bought box, raising an eyebrow. His kids, excited to play, were already setting up the game over the coffee table, setting their pieces of tiramisu to the side for the moment.
“Yes, well, your family seemed like the type that would enjoy game nights,” Draxum explained, “And well, I figured-”
“That this would be a good board game that was both entertaining for the kids and NOT completely torturous for us to play?” Lou grinned, knowing very well what sort of obnoxious board games were on the shelves of toy stores. (He loved his boys with all his heart but he was NEVER AGAIN buying something like Toilet Trouble or anything similar.)
“Got it in one,” Draxum flatly told him, not even trying to deny it. Lou laughed and returned to his seat on the floor. Sure he wasn’t the biggest fan of trivia, but Lou figured it would still be a pretty fun time.
The boys ended up splitting themselves into teams, with Mikey and Leo on one and Donnie and Raph on the other, just to make it a bit more fair to someone like Mikey who wasn’t as far in school as his brothers were. This also kept things from getting too competitive, since all of them had at least one subject they were well versed in and now had a partner they could discuss the answers they didn’t know with, which kept one team from completely dominating over the other.
As for Draxum and Lou, they were on their own. A seemingly fair idea for the adults… In theory.
“...Oh come on, seriously?” Lou scowled, “That is the question?”
“You heard me,” Draxum told him, “‘Who led the first expedition to the North Pole’?”
“How am I supposed to know something like that?!”
“Pretty sure the answer’s Santa Claus,” Leo half-whispered to Mikey, who nodded firmly in agreement.
“Actually, it was Robert Peary,” Draxum told them, having already flipped the card over. Lou scoffed, passing the dice to his left. Lousy history questions. Why couldn’t he land on ‘Entertainment’ or ‘Sports’? At least those he somewhat knew.
His sons had much better luck, answering their Kids Questions at a steady pace. Donnie naturally always aced the science questions while Raph helped with sports. Even at age five, Mikey surprisingly knew a lot about art from the various picture books he had looked through on the subject, and Leo knew quite a bit of history. They all knew most of the entertainment questions related to kids media, but not having a good grasp on the geography outside of their home city meant that landing on a blue space would always get a loud groan from the duo unlucky enough to land on it.
Soon enough it was Draxum’s turn once again, and Lou drew a card from the Adult card holder, thankful that his boyfriend hadn’t landed on a green space at least. He didn’t seem like an artsy guy, so maybe an Art and Culture question would trip him up some. “‘Which is not a vocal part in an all-male barbershop quartet’?” Lou read, “‘Baritone, lead or al-’?”
“Alto,” Draxum answered, “Can’t exactly have a high part in singing that’s meant to be low.”
“So what, you’re a music expert now?” Lou asked, nearly tossing the card aside. He could hear his sons trying to hide their giggling while Draxum coolly picked up a purple wedge.
“Getting a little competitive, are we, Lou?”
“Shittakaburi.” Draxum just chuckled, not needing to understand him in order to still be amused by his boyfriend’s pouting. Of course, not even Draxum was smart enough to get EVERY question right, so Lou was still able to get his light-hearted digs in whenever Draxum did get something wrong.
Still, neither of them ended up winning the game in the end, and they both gladly clapped for Mikey and Leo’s team when Leo got the final question of the game right. “I was guessing on that one,” he admitted, “But still, I’m awesome!”
Donnie and Raph rolled their eyes, though with such a close game with was hard to really be mad. Besides, all four of them were too tired for a rematch, and their father and his date could clearly see that. Lou picked up Mikey and let him rest his head on his shoulder while he took Raph’s hand, and Draxum did the same with the twins. Without much resistance - and thankfully, without any tripping either - the boys were all led back down to the parking lot and to Lou’s car.
“Thanks for a fun time,” Lou said after he buckled in his sleepy sons, his voice quiet but just as sincere as ever, “I mean, I always have a fun time with you, but… I really do appreciate the things you do for my boys, Ben. Making onigiri and playing games, helping when they were sick and playing in the yard…”
Draxum hummed, thinking back on those moments - moments that, before meeting Lou and his family, he probably would’ve refused otherwise out of awkwardness or not wanting to deal with what seemed like such a hassle. It was still hard to believe how quickly he had gotten attached to the boys, how quickly their childish antics and youthful excitement and unwavering admiration towards him made Draxum want to make them smile too. “I do those things because I want to,” he told him firmly, not wanting his boyfriend to think that he was only doing it out of any sort of obligation or simply because he knew being nice to boys would please Lou. No, his actions were just as genuine as his affection, Draxum made sure of it.
“Heh, yeah, I know… Still, I know it means a lot to them, just as much as it means a lot to me.” With a small smile, he leaned forward and met Draxum’s lips once more.
Again, Draxum returned the gesture, holding Lou close. The wind was picking up, the autumn season slowly but surely becoming winter, but Draxum could hardly even feel it.
“You’re a really sweet guy,” Lou told him once their kiss broke.
“Even if I beat you in trivia?” Draxum asked.
Lou hmph’d before smirking back at him. “Fine, fine, yes. Even then.”
“Heh, good to know.” They shared another kiss, holding each other for just a bit longer before finally parting for the night. Draxum watched until the headlights of the gold colored car were lost in the sea of Manhattan traffic, and then went back upstairs. As Lou had promised, there weren’t any leftovers, and Draxum lazily decided that washing dishes and putting away the game could wait until morning.
But, as he moved to close the curtains, he hesitated. “...It is a pretty nice view,” he mumbled to himself, his hand letting go of the drawstring.
He was still a man of privacy, no doubt about that. But even so, perhaps a bit of extra light in his life couldn’t hurt...

Fandom: teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Characters: Raph, Leo, Donnie, Mikey Relationship: Raph/reader Request: Hey i would like to request a tmnt fanfic (2014/2016) where the reader is talking to the turtles about relationship issues, and subtlety tries to hint at having had a previous crush on Raph, but then mentions having moved on from a lack of response, and Ralph is clueless but the brothers explain to him and fluff ensues. I totally get it if this is to long or something,I love your work! “No, I’d never date a guy who ive never met before.” You giggled as Mikey followed you around the lair. “Why not?” he asked and you saw Donnie and Raph turn to get an answer. “Because, I don’t know what they would be like. I would like to meet someone a couple of times before deciding if I was attracted to them.” You shrugged as you plopped yourself down on the couch with Leo to your right. Donnie was on the other couch with Raph and Leo was training with Splinter in the other room. “why are you suddenly so interested in my love life?” You asked Mikey, who had been asking you questions all day. “Dunno, just wanted to know. So, you got any crushes?” He walked up and sat down at your feet, nudging your knee with his elbow. “I don’t think thats really any of your business.” You teased, slapping the back of his head but that didn’t hid the growing blush on your cheeks. In truth, the one you had a crush on was only sitting at the other side of the room. And he was watching you. Closely. “Ohhh! So you do have a crush!” Mikey cooed and you knew you were never going to hear the end of this. “it doesn’t matter, Mikey. Nothings ever going to happen!” You shook your head as you spoke, wanting this all to stop right now. “Aw, why not?” Mikey frowned and turned to fully face you. He was very sweet and really only wanted you to be happy. Mikey had always taken to be a big brother to you. Mainly because he had always been considered the baby of the group so it was nice for him to take on that role as protector just like the others had. But he was a little more ‘playful’. “I don’t think they would have ever noticed how I felt. Nor would he return my feelings. So I need to try and, you know, move on. Its just proving to be a little harder than I thought.” You tried to smile but everyone saw the flash of pain in your eyes. It wasn’t because you were saying it out loud, even though they might think that. It was because you were saying it in front of him. And you knew it was more than a crush. You were completely and utterly in love with raph and had been for a while. But he never seemed to notice how much you cared for him or the things you would do just to try make him happy. Just then, Leo walked into the room, only adding to the sudden tension. “I gotta go back to mine. Ive got work in the morning.” You lied through your teeth, knowing you were off tomorrow but you just wanted to get away from all the prying eyes which you refused to meet. Apart from one. You glanced up at Raph, who was studying you with a confused expression. And that gave everything away. Donnie saw it. Mikey saw it. Leo saw it. Standing up, rather suddenly, you darted for the door, grabbed your bag and left, leaving a stunned silence behind you. “What happened?” Leo asked as you walked to stand behind where Raph and Donnie were sitting. “We were asking about [y/n]s crush.” Mikey turned to look at Leo, confused as to your sudden change of mood. You had been laughing only a moment ago and joking around. “Did she say about her little thing for Raph?” leo asked, as confused as Mikey and the others to your sudden change in demeaner. But Leo saw Mikeys eyes widen and Donnie and Raph twist in their seats. He instantly knew he had just said something he shouldn’t have. “Whats that meant to mean?” Raph half growled, almost taking it as in insults or a joke. All 3 of the brothers fell silent, obviously mulling over whether or not to say anything, until Mikey spoke up. “We might as well tell him. Its upsetting [y/n] either way.” Mikey said, surprisingly being extremely reasonable which made Leo proud. If there was one thing Leo praised you for over everything else, it was how you brought out the best in each and every one of them. “What are you talking about?” Raph looked from Mikey to Donnie. “We were surprised you never noticed.” Donnie shrugged, avoiding Raphs eyes. “If someone doesn’t tell me whats going on, im gonna-“ Raph didn’t get a chance to finish his insult as Leo snapped. “For god sake. Shes in love with you!” He walked over to sit next to where you had been seated a few minutes ago. He half expected his brother to become even more infuriated with the situation because he wouldn’t believe it. But much to Leos surprise, Raph froze, staring at Leo. After a few moments, Raph glanced to the door you had just left through and shook his head. “She aint ever going to love me.” Raph sighed, pushing himself up, suddenly understand why you left so quickly. While you adored his brothers, it was hard to sit in front of them and speak of love. “Yeah she does!” Mikey snapped, obviously offended by both Raph dismissing Leo and dismissing you. “How would you know!” Raph growled. “cause I do!” Mikey crossed his arms, not at all intimidated by his brother. “She really does. Anyone can see it.” Donnie mumbled, not wanting to get involved but he couldn’t help himself. “Shes always following you around, she goes out her way to see you and make you happy.” He shrugged as he spoke. “She does that for all of us!” Raph turned to Donnie, never thinking anything of it. “You know what, Raph. You’re right. We’re all wrong. But can you risk that?” Leo walked over to Raph, standing tall against his brother. “Whats that meant to mean?” Raph turned to Leo, repeating himself from earlier. “If shes talking about you, then shes trying to move on. Shes fed up waiting. What happens if she gets a boyfriend in a couple of days, weeks or months? You think you could live with yourself? Wondering who she was speaking about? We all know you care the exact same about her as she does you. You got to speak to her, before you lose her.” Leo finished. For the first time in a long time, Raph listened to Leo. Not just heard what he said, but actually listened to him. Without a word, Raph turned and walked out the lair in a hurry. None of the brothers had to questions where he was going. --------------------time skip -------------------------- You walked through the sewers, your feet were almost as heavy as your heart. Why had you said that in front of him? A part of you hoped he would understand you were speaking about him, but the other part said it was because you knew you needed to move on. You stopped, hearing footsteps approaching you from behind. Years of training with the turtles had taught you to be on your toes and suspect everything. But as Raph came into view, you physically relaxed. He was staring at the ground in front of him as he walked and looked like he was deep in thought. “Raph?” You called out, noticing he hadn’t seen you just yet and you didn’t want to startle him. Upon hearing your voice, Raph jumped slightly and looked up. “[y/n].” Raph smile slightly and sped up until he was closer. “You alright?” “Yeah, im just tired.” You smiled, almost tempted to yawn but decided that would be too cliché. “Right.” Was all he replied, looking down. You just assumed he had come after you to make sure you were okay. “Well, I’ll er see you later.” You prompted, hoping to get away from the situation. “Yeah.” Once again, you got a one word answer. Turning away from Raph, you started to walk away, noticing how he didn’t follow. “What if he felt the same way about you?” Raphs voice made you freeze before you turned and looked at him in utter confusion. “What?” You asked. “the one you were speaking about.” Raph answered, but that didn’t really answer the question you were asking. “Raph, I don’t understand what you’re saying.” You walked back to him, hoping that the closer you were, the more answers you would get. “What if he loved you more than he could ever dare tell you?” Raph looked up at you as you stood in front of him. your breath caught in your throat as you started up at Raph. Was he talking about you and him? “Then why not say anything before?” You asked, not daring to break his eye contact for fear of him taking it as rejection. “I don’t want to lose you.” Raph was hunched over slightly as you stood directly in front of him. “just say the word and im yours.” Was all you could say, hoping you were both talking about the same thing. But Raph couldn’t take any more. He ducked his head down and pressed his soft lips to yours in a sweet but unexpected kiss. You quickly responded and placed a hand on either one of his broad shoulders, softly massaging his shoulders as you made out with him. You felt like all of your senses were focused on him. You felt his arms around your waist and he pulled you closer. eventually, the need for air outweighed the pleasure of the kiss and you pulled back a little, panting slightly. “Will you go out with me?” Raph breathed, his voice sending a small chill down your spin. “Only if you will come back to mine?” you smiled, looking up at him through your eyelashes and you knew he was putty in your hands. Smiling, you went up on your tip toes to press a quick kiss to his lips before pulling away. You took a hand of his in your own and the two of you walked back to yours. That night, you got 2 texts from Leo and Mikey that night. Mikey asked if you were okay and Leo apologies if he had caused any trouble between you and Raph. but you didn’t even notice they had messaged you because you were too focused on making up for lost time with Raph.

Chapter #34
*Late night Saturday June 6th around 11:00p.m. into early morning Sunday June 7th*
It was just a little after 11p.m. when Leo and Donnie had left the lair, and it wasn’t much longer after that when Sam and Raph began working together to form a plan on how to retrieve the purple ooze from police headquarters. “Alright. Before we can do anything, I need to hack into the headquarters database carefully so I can print out a layout of their building. I’m sure there’s a specific area for classified items and this will help us try and figure out just where that is.” Raph felt odd seeing Sam working at Donnie’s seat and using his tech. For a short moment, a wave of guilt washed over him. He knew that Sam was allowed to use all of his brother’s tech at this point in life, but the reason why she was using it left him with an uneasy feeling. He then closed his eyes and remembered why they were going behind his brother’s backs and that this would be for a life changing cause, and after that, his head was back in the game. A few moments later the blue print was ready and the two began searching throughout the maze on the sheet that was the police headquarters building. “There.”
Raph pointed to a spot on the sheet that was labeled ‘Evidence Room’. “This should be our spot. We need to find a way to get April and Casey to this room. Are there any sneak entrances? Or isolated emergency exits?” The two continued to look. Sam sighed. “Ironically the closest entrance towards this room is the front entrance itself. So before we can plan anything else, we need to figure out how we’re going to get them past the cops at the head desk.” Mikey then suddenly spoke as he was swinging his nunchuks around as he stood on the raised pipe nearby. He didn’t really know all that the other two were talking about, but he was listening to bits and pieces. “Hey, what about the falcon?” Sam and Raph both looked at each other. Sam looked surprised while Raph just looked disgusted. “That…could actually work” Sam added with a smile. “Ugh, how could he possibly cause a distraction? What could he do?” Raph groaned. “People all throughout the city think that Vern is a hero, and that includes the police. He could go in and say that he came in specifically to visit them, butter them up you know? Then April and Casey could walk straight up to the check in station if Vern distracts the cops in a way so that they’re attention is diverted from that station.” Raph pursed his lips in defeat. “*sigh* Fine. If that’s our best shot at getting things to work out in our favor, then I guess it’s what we have to do.” “Alright, now the next step is worrying about how they get checked in.” “Oh!” Raph said as he looked up and stared at Sam with wide eyes. “Donnie has tech for that! He’s used it before so that April could get into other places to find behind the scenes details for her news reports. Oh it’s got to be in here somewhere” he said as he rushed into his brother’s lab and began looking for the devices that allowed April’s fake I.D. to be accepted at different locations. She had multiple fake I.D.’s in case one identity was ever discovered, but in order to use any of them then Raph needed to find the device that activated them. A couple minutes later, Raph walked out of the lab with a small square flash drive. “I know he uses this. If we can get Vern to plug this into a computer then April’s fake I.D. should automatically be entered into the system” Raph said. He then paused as he noticed Sam rolling her hand in front of him, as if she was waiting for him to continue talking. “What?” he grunted. “You do realize you need more than JUST the flash drive, right?” she asked. Raph shrugged. Sam smiled as she stood up. “I need one of Donnie’s tablets” Now it was her turn to scavenge through the nerd lab. “Why do we need a tablet? Vern can’t take a tablet in with him. Only the flash drive can be used in secret” Raph called out to his friend from the door way of the lab. Sam continued to look through drawers and shelves as she talked. “Because the flash drive can set up the system, but the tablet allows us to tell the system what we want it to do. Basically one gets things running and the other guides what the final outcome will be. It’s basically a super complex program that hardcore coders, aka your brother, are able to access. It’s one of those things where the best of the best can find it and safely download it. I could never do, but once your brother introduced it to me I was able to get the gist of how to use it.” Raph chuckled as he crossed his arms and leaned against the doorway. “I thought you were supposed to be a genius to?” he said with a smirk. Sam shook her head and smiled as she continued her search. “I’m smart, but I’m not a genius. I can pick things up relatively quickly, but I can’t always answer and discover things on my own like Donnie can. I’m just a lab assistant compared to him. Aha! Found it!” Sam picked up the tablet and then walked over to one of the computers within Donnie’s lab. “Raph, walk over to that drawer over there and toss me one of April’s fake I.D.’s.” Raph did as he was told and Sam got to work once the card was in her hand. Raph walked over and leaned over the girl’s shoulder as she typed and clicked away on the computer. “Sooooooo what are you doing now?” he asked. “Making sure that the program recognizes this specific card and the information on it. And according to this, everything matches up.” “And this means?” Sam smiled as she pushed back in the chair and stood up as she lead the two back out of the room and over towards the blue prints by the collage of computers. “It means that once the flash drive is inserted into a computer at headquarters, then as long as we can get close enough, the I.D. will be accepted. But we need to see if the vents allow us to get close enough. Sadly that’s the only downfall to the program. The main device has to be within close range in order for it to connect to whatever device is scanning her I.D. Sadly these are some of the cons of downloading programs like this. They’re made in secret and are knock offs of official government tactics which means they can’t be used as well as more professional programs.” Raph, who had been looking at the blue prints while Sam talked, now looked up with a smile. “Well, I guess it’s a good thing there’s a vent way that cuts across the ceiling of the main entrance” he said as he pointed to the area he was talking about. Sam scanned the area quickly and nodded. “Man, the luck that we have right now is insane. This will work. That should be close enough for the program to connect. So we’ll have the tablet in the vents and can quickly get the program working to accept April’s I.D.” “So then they go in, access the evidence room…wait, there’s no way that there won’t be cameras or something in that room.” “Wait…” Sam said as she tapped on the screen for a few seconds. “Yup, this tablet has like a ridiculous amount of programs that do different things. One of them being a hacking program. I can easily rewind and alter the cameras so that April and Casey can basically walk right in without anyone ever knowing. Our main issue will be if there’s anyone in the room itself.” “In that case, we can always remove a tile from the ceiling and cause some type of distraction. You know, drop a smoke bomb or something to get everyone a bit frantic and away from that area. The three of us are slick enough that we could escape in no time and never get caught.” Sam nodded her head. “I think we have a pretty solid plan” Sam said, putting her fist up for a fist bump. Raph sent her an annoyed and questioning look. “Are you serious?” “Right, I forgot. You’re so cool and mature that you can’t even fist bump. Wow, so mature. Total adult. Independence detected.” “Oh shut up” Raph mocked as he lifted his hand up to follow through with the gesture. Sam had already put her hand down. “A fist bump? What are you, 5?” she teased, and then rolled across the table to dodge the light playful punch that Raph had swung her way as pay back for messing with him.
“Oh boy. Why are you rolling across furniture now?” April asked from across the lair near the kitchen, Casey following behind her. It was about 11:15p.m. at this point. Of course, now was when Mikey suddenly reappeared. “Hey! The Hogosha is back! What up gorgeous?” He, Raph and Sam all made their way over to the eatery and had a seat. Casey sat in the left seat with April next to him. Then Mikey sat across from her and had Sam sitting next to him and across from Casey. Raph stood along the side of the table as he talked. He explained, in a shockingly calm and nonchalant tone, how Leo and Donnie decided that it was best that the group split up for this next mission. April nodded her head as Raph explained where the other half had gone. “Okay. So they went to the planetarium to check out the tripped alarm. So what exactly is our mission then?” Raph fought his best to remain calm as he looked her in the eyes and spoke. “We need to retrieve the ooze from the evidence room at police headquarters.” April tilted her head in confusion. “So you wanna break into police headquarters?” Sam nodded her head, doing her best to support Raph and make it seem like this was all normal and that everything was fine…and mentally praying that this all worked and that April wouldn’t call Jay. Raph also nodded as he spoke. “Uhhh yeah. Donnie says we need more of the purple ooze to find Bebop and Rocksteady, and we’re pretty sure it’s locked up in the evidence control room by now.” April continued to look skeptical. “Okay…and Leo is okay with this plan?” Raph paused, but then spoke with calmed confidence. “Actually I’m in charge on this one. Ain’t that right Mikey?” he said, turning towards his youngest brother. “Errrr-RIGHT!” Mikey said with wide eyes that faced a concerned looking April. Sam rolled her eyes. “Okay that response doesn’t count because he has no idea what’s going on when food is in front of him.” “Heyyy!” Mikey said, now facing his friend with sad eyes. “It’s not an insult, just an honest truth” Sam said with a smile, handing her friend a napkin to clean all the food on his face. Mikey shrugged and took the napkin with a smile as Sam continued to talk. “Look, we split up into two teams just like Raph said. Leo and Donnie went after the area where Shredder and the mutants and the soldiers went to, and they left us here so that we could retrieve the ooze and keep it somewhere safe.” “And that is?” Casey asked. “Underground with Professor Perry and the Mutanimals.” “I’m sorry, who and what?” Sam sighed. “Professor Jordon Perry. He was forced to mutate a bunch of stolen animals using a man-made mutagen he had created 15 years earlier. This mutated all the animals so that Shredder could form a mutant army. All of them are now living safely underground and he and other scientists continued to study and hide all the mutagen that was anonymously sent to Shredder. That is where this new purple ooze belongs as well, and that’s why we need to break into police headquarters to get it.” April still seemed concerned about this plan, but her friends sounded serious (besides for Mikey who had literally been eating pizza the entire time) and she decided that this needed to be done. “Alright. So what’s the plan?” Raph brought over the blue prints of the headquarters building and began explaining the plan to April and Casey about what each person would be doing. Meanwhile, Sam was stealing some of Mikey’s pizza slices with a teasing smile. After hearing the entire plan be explained full way through, Casey formed a frustrated smile as he waved his hand in a means to signal his displeasure in what he had just heard. “Wait, I can’t just walk right into police headquarters.” Raph groaned. “What are you, chicken?” “Hey!” Casey stated as he stood up from his chair. “Who are you calling chicken? Turtle.” Mikey rolled his eyes…and Sam stole another slice as he was distracted for that literal second. Raph lowered his voice, but not so low that it reached a menacing point. “Look. Do you want to find Bebop and Rocksteady, or not?” Casey paused as he thought this through, and Raph raised his brows as to say ‘that’s what I thought’. “So we’re breaking into police headquarters” he said as he sat back down. “Oh wait. You’re missing something. The access card for the evidence room.” Sam tilted her head to the side. “What’s that?” “You need an access card or else you can’t get into the room.” Sam thought about this. “Is this a card that specific people have? Or is this a card that every officer has?” “Every officer has that card and it has access to every room within the building.” Sam nodded her head and looked up at Raph. “I’ll hack into their system again as we head over to get Vern, wherever he is. I’ll check their scheduling and see who is heading out. Hopefully they’ll be isolated in the locker room and we can snatch a card from them. If that doesn’t work” she then turned towards April, “then keep your phone close so I can update you in case we need to improvise.” April nodded. “Alright. Is that everything?” Raph and Sam nodded. “I have all the devices we’ll need in my backpack. The only thing we’re missing right now is Vern. Can you contact him and-” “He’s at a party at a park nearby” Mikey cut in. Sam looked over and blinked at him, surprised he had been paying any attention and that he had now provided information to further their plan. “And you know that how?” Mikey smiled as he turned the phone around and showed that he was looking at Vern’s twitter page, and to Sam’s amusement, it was her phone he was using. Sam frantically felt through the pockets of her hoodie. “When? How?” “Heh, you’re not the only one good at stealing things when people aren’t looking Sam” he said with a teasing smile. She nodded. “You’re right. I’m also good at taking things bluntly.” And with that she stole, yet again, another slice from him.
By 11:30p.m. everyone was now packing up and heading out the nearest exit…except for a confused Michelangelo. “Are we going somewhere?” Sam smiled and pulled at his arm for him to stand up. “Just follow along you dork” she said, her mouth still a bit full as she finished her last bite of the pizza slice. “How can you eat so much?” Casey asked as Sam switched out her mint green and pink jacket for a black colored one from her backpack. Mikey jumped in to defend Sam before she could even say anything. “Dude! She needs to eat, she’s already thin as it is!” “What? She’s not that thin” Casey replied. “*GASP* DID YOU JUST CALL HER FAT?!” Mikey shouted. “Wait what?! No of course not, but-” “Not cool man” Raph said as he glared and shook his head at Casey. “Oh come on! Obviously I didn’t mean it like that! I just meant that she’s not anorexically thin either! You guys make her out to be a twig!” “SO NOW YOU’RE SAYING SHE’S WEAK?!” Mikey shouted. Sam just walked behind the group, the tablet in her hand as she looked up information through the headquarters database, smiling silently as she walked next to April. The two were trying not to laugh and disrupt the interesting conversation that was happening in front of them. “Okay, okay! Sam is super physically fit and has the right amount of body weight for someone her age, okay?! That still doesn’t explain how she can eat as much food as the 6 foot turtle next to her.” “Excuse me sir, but I’m only 5’8!” Mikey announced. “Not the point! It’s still insane that she can eat as much as someone who is larger than her!” “So now you’re calling me fat?!” “Oh give him a break already” Sam said as she walked by Mikey and playfully shoved him. “Sam, you realize your shorts are mint green, right?” Mikey asked. Sam looked down and realized that she had switched to wearing a dark black jacket, but she had forgotten to change her shorts. “Oops. Thanks man. Here can you hold this?” she asked as she handed Mikey the tablet. She then swung her back pack around and unzipped it to pull out a pair of solid black Adidas shorts that covered the top of her hips and traveled down to cover her thighs, but wouldn’t go so far down as to reach her knees. “Hey Raph hold this.” Raph turned around just in time to catch the backpack that was beamed at his chest, though to him this was like catching a beach ball. Sam then started stripping her mint green shorts. Everyone was used to this, except for Casey of course. “Dude, give some warning first or something” Casey said as he covered his eyes. “What, you have a thing against awesome colored spandex?” Casey, taking a risk after hearing this, slowly removed his hand from his face and saw that the girl had been wearing a decently long pair of neon colors checkered with black spandex underneath her shorts. Basically she had been stripping, but nothing private was exposed. Casey just laughed and shook his head. “I guess this is normal to everyone else?” “Welcome to the life of living with a tomboy” Raph grumbled as he rolled his eyes. “Hurry up or I’m throwing this bag into a muddy puddle.” “Alright I’m good” Sam said as Raph then tossed the backpack back to her. Mikey handed the tablet back to Sam and after a few more minutes she found the information she was looking for. “Alright. So there’s four guys that will be leaving around the time we’ll be getting there. Hopefully we can secretly get a card from one of them. That will make things a lot easier for all of us.”
The group reached their destination around 11:35p.m. The manhole they were exiting to get back up to the surface lead to a small alley way that was on a street very close by to the party that Vern was attending. “I’ll go get Vern, you guys stay close” April said. “Oh, and behave when you see him, please. He’s not a bad guy, he’s just a dork.” And with that, April walked out of the alley and headed across the street to go get the last piece to their plan. Raph suddenly started climbing up to a higher position on the building in the alley. “Where are you going?” Casey asked. “It’s hard to track her from here. It’ll be easier to see her from higher up.” Casey shrugged. “Alright, good call.” He also started climbing up the ladders that lead to the roof of the building. Sam and Mikey decided to join the party and headed to the roof as well. The four continued to talk as they all watched April from afar, making sure that she was alright as she entered the crowded streets of the city. Mikey and Sam were in the back talking and goofing around while Casey and Raph stood along the edge of the building, watching April. Raph continued to look outward towards the open area as he talked. “Hey Sam, you updated Jay on what you’re doing, right?” Sam paused and tried to act natural as she spoke. “What exactly do you mean by update?” she asked nervously. Mikey’s eyes were as wide as Raph’s. Raph turned around and now both brothers were staring at her in shocked frustration. “Sam!” Mikey shouted. “You know we won’t do anything unless we know Jay is okay with it!” “I thought we made it clear that we want to keep his trust!” Raph bellowed. It was weird to see both of these two upset and gang up on someone over the same thing since usually they were ganging up on each other. Casey’s curiosity cut Sam off before she could say anymore. “Wait, hold up. So she can’t hang out with you guys unless her brother approves?” Raph looked over at the man while also putting an arm around Sam and putting her in a loose (or at least loose enough) one armed headlock. “She doesn’t have to update him on when she hangs out with us, but she has to let him know when she’s joining us on missions like this. And of course, typical Sam is trying to be sneaky by not telling him a damn thing.” Raph ruffled the girl’s hair (apparently one of her biggest weaknesses) and released her as she stood up tall to stare him straight in the eye. “Not cool man, not cool” she said as she pointed in his direction. “Text him now Sam” Raph said aloud as he turned back around to keep an eye on April. “Yeah, yeah” she mumbled as she turned around and then saw a moping Michelangelo. “*groan* ALRIGHT! I’m messaging him now” she replied to Mikey’s amusement as he now threw his hands up to show he was happy with her decision. Only Casey saw that Raph was also smiling after he heard his friend say that she was going to contact her brother. “So, you can smile, even when you’re not bullying other people” Casey mocked. Raph just rolled his eyes. “Congratulations, you want a prize for making your discovery?” Raph said in a sarcastic tone. “You’re a tough book to read” Casey said, putting his hands behind his head. “What?” Raph asked in a rough tone. “You always act super tough, and I mean I get why, but I don’t get why you ALWAYS have to be tough.” “Because he’s trying to impersonate Batman” Sam said in a low tone, to which she and Mikey then started imitating a bunch of their favorite fictional characters from different series, and then ranting about them, and then they totally were lost from the original conversation. Casey chuckled. “And I’m especially surprised you’re not as tough after dealing with those two.” Raph sighed. “I’ve always been the largest and the toughest out of my brothers. I felt like I was the largest for a reason you know. It made working out and getting exercise a lot easier for me. That and generally I’ve just always been this way. It’s just easier to shut others out, you know, being the way we are.” “So, you mean it’s easier to push people away because you’re mutants?” Casey asked with genuine curiosity since he was now actually really interested in this unexpected open side of Raph. Raph huffed. “People fear us, at least I’m pretty sure they would. So it’s easier to keep people at bay rather than be let everyone in, create peace, all that shit.” “But…you let April in, and then you let Sam and even Jay into your lives.” Raph nodded. “At first I was totally against bringing April to our lair, but I got over it since Sensei wanted to meet her. That’s when we learned that she was the reason we look like this now-” “And that’s because?” “When we were normal turtles, she saved us from a fire at TCRI caused by Eric Sachs. Once we learned this, we all wanted to give her the chance to get to know us, and she’s been family ever since. Sam…she’s her own unique case.” Casey noticed Raph roll his eyes as he took a deep breath. “So I guess the way she entered your lives was different from the way April did?” “Completely different. April found us, literally out of luck, and we handled that immediately. Sam found us because she used spy gear and then we had to chase after her for about a week. Then she fought us some in order to get away from us. Mikey’s the main reason she’s still around” he said as he turned around to see the two practicing back flips behind them. “Mikey was the only one that gave her a chance and accepted her apology for sneaking into and stealing from our home.” “She stole from you guys?! Sam did? That girl over their who’s basically glued to your brother’s side?” “She’s the one” Raph said with raised brows. “She stole a flash drive from Donnie that had literally every piece of information he has about us on it. Of course we got it back and everything was fine, but none of us wanted anything to do with her, except for Mikey who snuck out and met her the next day. The two became friends, we got into a scare when we couldn’t reach him during a serious mission one night, Leo decided that the safest way for all of us to keep an eye on the two of them together was if we allowed her into the lair, and the rest is history. She’s basically the quintuplet we never had.” “So that’s why you all look after her the same way you do to April? Because you see both of them as sisters?” Raph paused before he finally spoke again. He didn’t realize it, but Casey saw that Raph had closed his eyes during this pause. “We all made regretful decisions when we discovered that Sam was in the Foot clan. We didn’t know why she had joined or how long she had been a member, but our instincts lead us to make our decisions the night we found out even though we didn’t know or understand anything about her situation. We all made regretful choices that night, especially me. None of us can ever truly forget about it, and we all hate who we were when it all happened. Sometimes the four of us even have nightmares about what happened and sometimes they’re about what could have happened as well. So we all do our best to make sure it never happens again. We got to know her pretty well before the Foot fell, but we all became ten times closer afterwards.” “I understand all that, but I still don’t get the personality switch. You know, going from ‘I’m going to kick your ass’ to ‘tell your brother where you are cause he’ll get worried’.” Raph snickered at the man’s comparison. “To the average person, I’m always the ‘I’ll kick your ass guy’, but only people that truly care will stick around long enough to see that that’s not the only side of me. I said I’ve always grown up as the tough one, but I never said that’s the only thing I grew up as. April grew attached to us pretty quickly, and just as fast she started treating us like an older sister would treat her kid brothers. I love her but man she nags about us taking care of ourselves so freaking much. But, it’s also nice to have someone who cares so much, you know? Sam was basically the same way. Mikey became her best friend pretty much over night, but the rest of us were tough one her, but she never gave up. She stuck around and took the time to get to know each of us, and we all have things in common with her. They both know how to talk to us in ways when our other brothers can’t, and with Sam specifically, there are times where we go to her because we literally can’t go to anyone else, that or there have been times where everyone else shoots you down and she makes sure you’re not alone when it’s known you don’t want to be. She can sense things like that.” Casey smiled up at the large turtle. “So does that mean your brother’s know these sides to you as well?” “Oh yeah. They know not to joke about it though. Heh, they learned that early on when we were kids. But all four of us pretty much know EVERYTHING about the others, but like most guys, we just don’t bring light to it. But there are times where each of us may surprise the others. Sam’s lead Mikey to reveal some new sides to him we had never seen before.” Casey nodded his head. All of this information was so mind-blowing to him. Just like Raph had said, when you first saw him, you thought that he hated the world and everyone in it, yet here he was watching over April to make sure that she reached Vern safely, and then he was also harping on Sam to make sure that her brother knew of her whereabouts. He just never imagined that someone so rough looking could actually be so caring and genuine. For a second, he also thought it was interesting how Mikey seemed like an overly laid back person who never had any idea what was going on, yet he also became worried and protective when telling Sam to text Jay about what she was doing. “Well, they do say that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Man did I judge these books the wrong way” he thought to himself.
“There’s April with Vern” Raph stated, pulling Casey away from his thoughts. He then saw the devilish grin on Raph’s face as April and Vern entered the alley way. “Alright. We’ll get this show on the road right after I talk to our friend the falcon.” Earlier his menacing voice was used more so in a playful way. But not this time, this time he sounded pissed. Raph began making his way down towards the ground, and as Casey followed, he wondered how much more interesting this night was going to get. Raph jumped down behind April and a startled Vern. A cocky and slightly annoyed smile formed on his face. “Well, well, well. If it ain’t the prince of the city.” Vern rolled his eyes. “Oh give me a break Raph. You’re the one who told me to take credit for Shredder in the first place. And now in light of the fact that he is who knows where, I’m starting to have profound regrets about this arrangement.” “Well we can always fix that” Sam said as she now leapt down and stood next to Raph. “Hey Vern.” “Hey Sam and um what do you mean by that exactly?” Sam smirked at him. “You were chosen because you’re one of the few people who knows everything about the Foot, the mutants, EVERYTHING, even though you had nothing to do with the fall of the clan last year, so people put their trust in you that you would cause a distraction so that all the people trying to hide from the Foot could do so. But if you’re not doing a good job at convincing the city it was you, we can always find someone else” she said with a confident smile. “Pshh, I can handle this I’m fine, totally fine” Vern said, not realizing just how timid he sounded. “Where’s Mikey?” Raph asked. “On his way, once he finishes his push-ups because he lost to me in arm wrestling.” Now it was Casey’s turn to talk. “Soooooo are we just gonna stand around and talk, or?” he asked, his arms crossed over his chest. Mikey now leapt down and was walking behind Vern. “Who’s this guy?” Vern asked, a slightly annoyed tone coming from him. Mikey walked up to Casey and then began to back away with his hands up. “Total loser bro. I mean, nice enough fella, if you like guys who can’t even bench press. Boom!” he said, throwing his arm down in front of him. “Heh, yeah. Or even fill out a t-shirt” Vern added, which also received a chuckle and a fist bump from Mikey. Usually Sam didn’t care when she heard other guys compete like this, and she didn’t care if the guys or anyone else showed their interest in April, but she knew that’s why these two dorks were making the comments that they were. It never really affected her before, but right now she wasn’t in the mood to hear it. So while they tried to impress a beautiful woman, she decided to get her phone and earphones out and started listening to who she deemed as some of the most gorgeous men in the universe, BTS. Everyone was so caught up in the main conversation that no one really noticed her take a few steps back and just chill against the wall nearby. April continued the main conversation. “Vern, he’s a part of the plan.” “What plan is that?” Vern asked, amused at all that was going on. “The plan to…break into police headquarters” April said nervously, biting her lip. “….What?” Vern displayed a ‘wtf’ face spot on. “We need to find Shredder.” “We? No, no. We’re not doing this.” Vern then started to just babble on. “Listen, I’d love to help you guys out but I can’t. I got, you know-” Mikey, who sensed that Vern was just messing around at this point, decided to do the same to him as he leaned in and started touching the key on the chain around the man’s neck. “Whoaaaaa, sweet key bro. Does it go to something?” Vern swatted his hand away. “No it’s just the key to the city” he said in a low and flustered voice. “Vern,” Casey cut in, “As the resident new guy in this band of freaky misfits, I say you should do yourself a favor, and just roll with it. Taken aback, Vern attempted to defend himself. “Hey new guy! All I do is roll with it. I’ve been rolling with it since you were wearing baby t-shirts because you were a baby-” Raph stepped up towards Vern so that he was practically in front of his face, or more so Vern was in front of Raph’s chest since the turtle towered over the human man. “Police Headquarters. 30 minutes. Put this flash drive in one of their computers. Do whatever you need so that the cops at the front desk don’t pay attention to April and Casey as they walk into the building.  Once they’re in you can leave. You better be there.” Raph forcefully handed the drive to Vern and then walked away before the man could say another word. Casey was the next to leave. “See you there” he said triumphantly. Mikey was the next to leave. He got close to Vern, and with a tantalizing voice and expression repeated the phrase “see you there.” “He just said that” Vern mumbled. He turned around to see April standing there with her arms up. “Don’t worry guys! I’ll get Sam and make sure she’s okay!” The three walking away stopped, looked around them to see that Sam wasn’t there, and then turned back towards April with wide eyes. Raph and Mikey grumbled, Raph more so because Sam was wasting time, and Mikey more so because his friend has just snuck away (not really) and didn’t say anything. Raph was about to storm over and grab her, but April put her hand up to signal that she would get Sam, knowing that if Raph was overly harsh then they would never even get to headquarters. April carefully maneuvered around a dancing Sam as she danced to DOPE and pulled an earphone from the girl’s ear. Sam faced her and then saw that no one else was there. “Oh, did we tell Vern that-” “Everything’s been taken care of” April kindly said with a smile. Sam pursed her lips and nodded. “Alright.” She then quickly ran over to Vern and stated in a low voice, “see you there” before running off and catching up with the guys as Mikey and Raph gently shoved her for doing what she did. “They already…said that, ugh” Vern mumbled in annoyance. “Good” April said as she walked by the man, “then that means you know where to be.”
Everyone started heading towards their spot for the plan, and soon after, the plan was set in motion. It was five minutes after midnight when Vern set the plan in motion as he entered the police station and distracted the cops while the turtles and Sam were in the vents using the tablet to set up the device that would connect to the flash drive Vern just inserted into the computer. April and Casey entered the building mere seconds later, but the group in the vents was able to get everything to connect just in time so that the two down below were given access into the building. April and Casey then made their way throughout the building to where the evidence room was while the three up top moved around the vents to get to the locker room. Raph and Mikey had to awkwardly but successfully maneuver themselves to snatch an access card from an officer who was taking off his gear from work that day, and then not even a minute later Mikey was dropping the card down through a vent opening to April who was standing below it. Sam was now using the tablet to gain access to the cameras in the evidence room to see if anyone was there and then to adjust them so that no one would ever know that Casey and April had ever been in the room. She sent a message to the two saying that it was clear and that the cameras had been altered, so April swiped the card to enter the room…but that’s when two Foot soldiers came rushing out, though they stopped for a second, stunned that someone had found them. Mikey gasped out loud. “What’s wrong?!” Raph called out. “Foot soldiers!” Mikey cried out. “What?! But they’re-” Sam cut herself off as her eyes went wide. “There was no proof…” “What?!” Raph bellowed. “I assumed they were gearing up to follow Shredder and the mutants to the museum, but they were really heading here instead” she stated in a worried tone, her hands now behind her neck while the three remained in the vents. “They just got past April and Casey, we need to move!” Mikey called out. “Sam stop pouting and get down there! Mikey and I will get to the exit and cut them off there” Raph bellowed, his voice even louder in the vents. “Are you crazy?! We can’t be seen!” Mikey shouted in reply. “That purple ooze is our last chance at being normal, and it’s about to walk right out the front door” he sternly said. “Be careful” Sam stated, though the guys probably didn’t hear with how loud they were as they moved quickly through the noisy vents. Sam pushed down the vent opening and quickly hoisted herself down to the ground. She pulled her hood up and luckily she already had her black surgical mask on, so she was all ready to go.
She saw 3 soldiers running away and she sped throughout the debris left behind from the soldiers to try and catch up to them. She caught up to the first soldier and whipped out her tonfa as she ran up and leapt from a desk and leapt over the soldier. She lightly hit his head since he had dodged as he heard her coming up from behind him, but she was able to quickly pivot on her left leg and kick him with her right. Now these fights with the Foot weren’t going to be as easy since Shredder had much more skilled ninjas working for him now. Sam had to quickly get back into position after she landed her kick because the soldier was already up and swinging at her. The soldier then pulled out his own set of tonfa and the two seemed to fight for what seemed like forever, neither being able to find a weakness in the other and always dodging or blocking the blow coming from the other. Sam thought she needed to change things up and ended up launching a rolling chair at him, and since this wasn’t something light or thin enough for the man to cut through, he had to dodge, and this left a split second opportunity for Sam to run up and slide to trip the man and then knee him in the face on his way down. “Man that took way longer than I expected it to” Sam thought to herself. “I need to hurry up and catch up with the others.” She wasn’t sure which direction she was supposed to go in since there were multiple different hallways within the building, but she assumed she was supposed to run in the direction of a huge crash that she had just heard. She had only taken a few steps before she decided to retreat and hide because she saw a bunch of police officers, including Jade and Chief Vincent, run by as well. Sam watched them as she carefully hid behind a toppled over desk. At times like this she was grateful that she was so much smaller than the turtles. The larger group then started running towards another large crash, but this time it sounded like glass shattering. “Oh shit…” Sam whispered to herself as she put her tonfa back into her bag and then started sprinting towards the crash. She felt a lump in her throat when she then heard Leo’s voice, and then right after that hearing multiple officers yelling at someone to put their hands up and freeze. She heard Raph’s voice to, and she knew that all four of them had to be in there. Why Leo and Donnie were here, she had no idea, but that wasn’t the point. Her friends were in danger and she needed to do something about it. “FREEZE” “DON’T MOVE” “Wait we’re the good guys!” “GET ON THE GROUND NOW!” Just as Sam slid in, her hood still up and her mask still on (thank god) the two turtles in the front had just begun to kneel down on the ground. She stood in front of the two. She was so focused on the terrified expressions of the officers in front of her that couldn’t sense the wide eyed looks of the four turtles behind her. Sam would be a liar if she said she wasn’t terrified right now as well. She had no plan, no idea what she was doing, but something in her boggled mind right now told her that standing between the turtles and the officers was the safest move, for her friends that is. “GET DOWN ON THE GROUND!” an officer yelled at her. Sam was about to announce her ex Foot code, hoping the situation when encountering the officers on the highway would repeat itself here. “Get down on the ground!” Jade shouted. Sam looked her right in the eye and she knew Jade recognized her, and the fact that she shouted this meant that no one else here knew about the code, so they all were really screwed right now. “You’re making a mistake-” “They’re monsters, she’s working with monsters!” one of the male officers shouted with furry. “We’re not monsters…” Mikey mumbled from behind.
Sam couldn’t explain what happened to her next. She never saw Mikey’s face, but his voice told her everything she needed to know. This officer hurt her best friend. This officer was scaring her best friend. This is something Mikey wouldn’t forget anytime soon, even if he did act like he was alright. This would leave an emotional scar on his heart and would emotionally affect how much he wanted to join the human world while also lowering his own personal morale. And the fact that Mikey was this hurt, this would then kill the rest of the brothers since they would feel like they couldn’t protect him. That and they all themselves would have to deal with their own personal struggles once they got back to the lair. Sam heard Raph sigh and knew that he was already beating himself up for allowing this to happen, especially on his watch when he finally had a chance to take charge. She could still lightly hear the sound of Donnie breathing which showed how nervous and scared he truly was as he lived out one of his greatest fears for both him and his entire family. Leo couldn’t be heard at all at the moment, but Sam knew that he was fuming on the inside, both for the fact that his brothers and she didn’t listen to his orders, but also because he wondered if he had handled things any differently then maybe none of this would be happening.
They couldn’t protect Mikey, and none of them could protect themselves at this very moment, so she would. She would keep them safe. She didn’t know what was happening to her or why, but she felt an energy build up and she knew that she just had to protect them. No one could see her smirk as she said in a low voice “monsters huh? I’ll show you a monster.” Her eyes went blue and black. Her face and voice revealed a sinister expression and tone that no one in the room had ever seen or hear before, and without her even moving, a huge gust of wind came from her body. All the officers in front of her were slammed against the wall behind them. “NO!” April and Casey were both shouting as they now ran into the room. “Guys you need to go now!” April yelled as she stood in front of Sam, who had now ceased the wind after hearing April and Casey’s voice. Leo and Donnie sensed that the officers next to each of them were stunned and frozen after what they had just seen, and they quickly knocked their weapons out of their hands before dashing through the now open window, since they had broken the glass minutes before. Raph swooped up Sam and practically threw the girl over his shoulder and he and Mikey chased after their other two brothers.
Eventually they reached a spot in the sewer where they placed Sam down to check her out, and her eyes had still been blue. Each of the turtles started saying all types of gibberish to get her to calm down, but when Mikey mumbled something to her, she finally returned to her normal state. Besides for this, nothing else was said until the group got back to the lair. Even after everything they had just seen at headquarters, they knew the real fight had yet to start.
So I’ll admit that for the police headquarters scene, I didn’t put anywhere near as much detail about this part of the story as I usually do only because I start college classes again on Monday, and it’s like 2:30a.m. Sunday morning. I so badly wanted to get through the Out of the Shadows arc over winter break, but sadly I was not able to do that. :/ Don’t worry, THIS STORY IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE, but it will be while before I start updating again. If I’m lucky I can update throughout the semester, but it will barely be anything at all. But since this was a scene from the film, I more so quickly summarized it rather than explain in detail and add subplot to it since I wanted to get to more important stuff that happens later on in the chapter. Hopefully that’s okay with you guys >.<
Again I WILL BE BACK I PROMISE. If it means anything to those who might think “oh people say that and then they never return”, I said the same thing when the Fall semester started, and yet I came back and got some work uploaded within the month that I was off. I swear on my life when I say that I have SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much in store for this series, but sadly I must go on a writing break so that I can complete my course work.
For those that leave views/kudos or bookmark the story or leave comments, thank you all so very much. The fact that I can share all these thoughts that swim around in my head with others is such an incredible feeling, and I’d like to give a special shout out to LordoftheNerds97 for all your support. To anyone who has supported me and this story in any way, thank you all so much. It means the world to me to share this with you, so please be looking forward to more chapters in the future. Even if it takes me years to complete this entire series, the chapters will continue to be produced J
