Here's some Mob boys playing strip poker I wrote last week. I haven't edited it beyond basic robo edits.
This is probably rated more M than E. But people tell me I've become very bad at judging the explicitness of my own works. The sex is mostly a joint handjob, for now. Not sure if I should keep expanding this or just leave it as is.
---
Gold hovered on the edge of Seto's vision. It drove him to utter distraction—that chain of interlocked links, as strong and sturdy as the thick pecs it rested between. It glinted when it swayed with the shifting body or bounced from deep, heaving breaths. If it wasn't that, it was something else.
Such as the soft flaxen strands curling around a strong jawline. Or the long stretches of exposed, tanned skin that his fingers itched to touch and sink his teeth into.
Slowly, Seto inhaled a fortifying breath. It took tremendous effort to tear his gaze from the man, the very naked man across from him, to focus on his cards.
It wasn't a shabby hand. He already had a pair of sixes before discarding.
His eyes flicked to the discard pile facedown on the coffee table. His mind raced as he recounted what cards were already removed from play, none of them included a six. He had a shot at four-of-a-kind, and then he could finally strip that gaudy gold chain from his companion. It could join the small pile of rings he already won off Katsuya, and their wristwatches sitting next to each other, a veritable his-his pair despite their mismatched styles.
That was where they started, each anteing their wristwatches as Katsuya dealt the first hand and summarily lost. Along the way, Seto lost his watch, his tie, his suit jacket, and his waistcoat. But he had gotten Katsuya down to nothing but his gold necklace. It figured the gangster would give up his underwear before his beloved accessory.
He peered up to watch Katsuya drain the last of his whiskey. Watch his Adam's apple bob as he swallowed, seemingly taking the saliva from Seto's mouth at the same time.
Seto cleared his throat. "It seems you're fresh out of luck."
Katsuya smiled easily. "Already that sure you've won, huh?"
"You're down to your necklace. The odds aren't in your favor."
Unlike his companion, Seto could afford to lose a few hands. Victory was within his grasp. There was no question he loved to win. Court cases, arguments, billiards, even something as juvenile as strip poker—what mattered was proving his superiority. Did that make him a gracious winner? Of course not. But that never stopped him before.
Katsuya didn't mind, though. If anything, the man was subtly flexing his biceps. Perhaps he thought it would throw Seto off his game. While it made Seto's mouth dry, it wouldn't stop him from claiming his rightful victory.
"See, that's the thing about luck. It can turn at the drop of a dime. Bet," Katsuya purred as he toyed with his necklace.
"Call," replied Seto, voice and expression as hardened as steel.
He discarded three cards, and Katsuya discarded for four. He stared across the table at the other man. Katsuya didn't lack a poker face, technically. The man was consistently jovial and joking that it became difficult to determine when and if he had a good hand. Seto played in the opposite direction, using the professional face he'd cultivated over the years.
Mirth danced in Katsuya's amber eyes as he said, "Check."
Seto merely nodded and revealed his three sixes. Katsuya, however, boasted a flush.
Scowling, Seto ripped off his unbuttoned shirt to his lover's wolf whistle. "Your luck can't hold out forever," he snarled. Afterward, he knocked back the last of his drink and slammed the glass on the table.
"Heh, wanna bet on that?"
Oh, Seto intended to wipe that smirk off his face, one way or another.
Yet hand after hand, Katsuya won until Seto was left in nothing but his boxer briefs. Seto should probably be more irked at the sudden reversal of fortunes, but something hot caused his stomach to swoon.
Plus, he hadn't lost yet. In the end, the only hand that mattered was this final one.
Seto shuffled before dealing five cards each. Katsuya whistled as his eyes scanned his cards. Seto didn't react, no matter how obliquely the other man tried to goad one. Though he narrowed his eyes when Katsuya cheerfully declared he was keeping his hand as is.
The menace licked his lips before speaking, "This is it, babe. Gotta say it's been fun, though. We really should do this more often."
Shivers wracked through Seto as Katsuya's leer raked down his chest. He quickly recomposed himself and revealed his teeth in a sharp grin. "Yes, I'm happy to beat your pants off you any day."
Katsuya laughed. "Show me whatcha got, then."
"Full house." Seto jutted out his chin. His gaze was unflinching.
A pregnant pause before Katsuya fanned his cards across the table. "Straight flush. All hearts. I win."
Seto's jaw dropped. Dumb and sheer luck, that was the only explanation.
"C'mon, Seto, it's time to pay up."
Teeth gritted, Seto threw his cards down on the table. For several beats, they merely stared at one another, neither making a move. Until Seto rose to his feet, and without breaking eye contact, he slipped his thumbs into his waistband and tugged it loose from his hips. His underwear slipped down his legs and pooled at his feet, baring his completely nude body to his lover's increasingly ravenous gaze.
Katsuya sucked in a sharp breath.
Seto's skin crawled, but he refused to crumble under the weight of his lover's heated attention. "What? It's not as if you haven't seen me naked."
"Yeah"—Katsuya's muscles rippled as he climbed atop the table and clasped Seto's hip—"and it takes my breath away every fuckin' time. You're just too damn beautiful."
Seto found it equally difficult to tear his eyes off his lover. He visually traced the thatch of dark body hair that forested his toned torso, lingering on the defined brown nipples before moving on to his soft belly, then down to the half-hard cock rising between his legs.
The rugged masculinity weakened his knees and sent blood rushing south to his groin. He wanted to lose himself between the large, soft pecs or the thick thighs. Or have his lover's thick cock fill his mouth and throat. Seto shivered, recalling the countless times he'd rutted against Katsuya's stomach and that happy trail before drenching it with his release.
When his lover tugged him forward, he followed his lead, kneeling on top of the wood. He placed one hand on Katsuya's broad shoulder to steady himself, while his other hand twisted the gold chain in its palm. Katsuya's calloused hands skated across his skin to clasp the small of his back and the nape of his neck. Goosebumps erupted across his naked skin. His body tingled in all the best ways, even before Katsuya guided him into an ardent kiss.
Wood creaked beneath them but held as they deepened the kiss. Seto shuffled closer, but his knees almost slipped on the discarded cards. Katsuya's embrace kept him upright, but his lover chuckled before they broke apart. His breath heaved. A whine shriveled in his throat, but he longed to close the distance between them again.
Katsuya stoked the forge of his desires. Nothing could extinguish it.
Gently, Katsuya caressed his cheek and nipped his pouting lip. "Why don't we get more comfy?"
Seto nodded, mute and dumb, while Katsuya nudged him toward the nearby sofa. As soon as his butt settled on the cushion, his lover immediately straddled his lap. His faint gasp when they finally touched skin-to-skin was swallowed along with his mouth as Katsuya devoured him. The individual links dug into his palm, but he clung to the necklace, determined to not let Katsuya get away.
Everything Katsuya did with his mouth was filthy, from the words he said to the way he rolled his tongue and swept the muscle across Seto's palate. God, and the absolute confidence with which he used it to fuck Seto. Sometimes, he bit just shy of hard enough to break skin, and the resulting pleasure-pain scrambled Seto's brain without fail. But it was most devastating when he went slow, catching Seto's lip between his teeth, then soothed the swollen flesh with lazy sweeps of his tongue.
Seto was burning up. An unsightly desperation crawled underneath his skin. He wanted so much more, especially the thick cock that bumped against his abdomen. He tried to urge him for something faster and rougher, but Katsuya merely chuckled, using both his hands and his mouth to preserve a sensual and torturous pace.
"Katsuya," he panted. He bucked up against the hot body in his lap, whining when their hard cocks finally rubbed together. Yanking on the gold chain helped little. He simply lacked the leverage when Katsuya had him pinned so solidly against the couch.
Katsuya smiled against his lips before he planted two chaste kisses. Whimpers wormed out of Seto when a large hand gripped their cocks, lining them against each other from tip to root. Mindlessly, his hips bucked upward. Katsuya pumped. Heat coiled in Seto's groin. Before long, it spread to his spine.
"Harder," Seto demanded, breathless.
Katsuya squeezed. His callouses chafed against his dry skin, but Seto wouldn't change anything. Each rough stroke made his cock throb. It made Katsuya's erection pulse, too. Seto could feel the heat and every twitch as if it was his own. A thumb swiped over his glans, spreading the pre-come they were both leaking. Hastily, Katsuya coated their shafts with the fluid, adding a new dimension of filthy to their coupling.
"Fuck, Seto, you're making me lose my mind," muttered Katsuya.
With another harsh yank, he claimed Katsuya in a frantic, open-mouthed kiss. They were both unraveling, mouths smearing wetly together like their slick cocks. As they rocked together, the pleasure climbed ever higher. All that mattered was the searing heat, the wet squelch between them, and the breath they fed to one another.
Oh god, Katsuya's cock was so fat and full. Every centimeter of it was rubbing against Seto's skin. Almost felt as amazing as when his lover filled his ass with it.
Another squeeze, another clever twist—Seto came apart, moaning his lover's name. Katsuya answered him with a groan that rumbled from deep in his chest. His hand continued to move, now smearing Seto's semen on their cocks. Just as Seto approached the threshold of oversensitivity, Katsuya tensed. Every muscle under Seto's touch went taut, tight as rocks, before more hot wetness spurted into Katsuya's trembling fist.
Breaths heaving, they collapsed back on the sofa in one sticky heap. Seto's eyes slipped close while Katsuya nuzzled his neck. They flew open again when wet fingers pinched his nipple.
Unbidden, a moan tore out of him. "Katsuya."
Teeth grazed threateningly over the crook of his neck as Katsuya twisted his newly aching bud. Without thinking, Seto tossed his head back, further exposing his neck.
Katsuya lifted his head to catch his eye. Still fuzzy from his recent orgasm, Seto could only stare back in a daze.
His lover chuckled. "Oh babe, you don't think I'm done with you already? I wanna enjoy my winnings thoroughly."
Seto's pulse quickened. The promise of more dispelled the fog. Or drew him deeper into his haze of lust. "What do you intend to buy with tonight's winnings?"
Katsuya flashed a crooked grin before bending forward to nip at his jaw. "I already got you. You're everything I want."
Seto didn't muffle his wanton moan. He simply weaved his hands into Katsuya's hair and clung. For once in his life, he could learn to be a gracious loser.

When Avengers and X-Men turned Thirty
If you tell an Avengers fan today that the 90s belonged to the X-Men, it’ll be hard for them to even imagine such a reality ever existed. The mutant super-team which was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1963, carried on by Roy Thomas and Neal Adams until its end, revived by Len Wein and Dave Cockrum in 1975, catapulted by Chris Claremont along with John Byrne who gets succeeded by Jim Lee which led to the publishing of the record-breaking comic book: X-Men Vol. 2 no. 1 in 1991
Tumblr media
The Avengers on the other hand started out strong in 1963 with Stan Lee and Jack Kirby at the helm. They would continue their strong run till the 80s thanks to Roy Thomas, John Buscema, Steve Englehart, George Pérez, and Roger Stern, but something happens in the 90s that makes them the 2nd most popular franchise within the House of Ideas when Bob Harras and Steve Epting took over
Tumblr media
If one looks at the Marvel Checklist from the 80s and 90s, we find X-Men from having five ongoing series (The Uncanny X-Men, X-Factor, New Mutants, Wolverine, and Excalibur) to having seven (The Uncanny X-Men, X-Men, X-Factor, X-Force, Wolverine, Cable, and Excalibur) leaving behind Avengers with six ongoing titles (Avengers, Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, West Coast Avengers, She-Hulk and Captain Marvel). A stark difference between the two franchises was that X-Men titles were spin-offs of The Uncanny X-Men ongoing series whereas the Avengers came into existence thanks to characters established prior to the team formation (Iron Man, Ant-Man, and the Wasp, Thor, Hulk, and Captain America) thereby having fewer ongoing spin-offs than X-Men
It was the year 1993
Under the leadership of Tom DeFalco and Bob Harras, a year-long celebration of both teams was announced with 30th-anniversary special limited series, cross-over events in ongoing titles, poster books, posters, trading cards, and even a Survival Guide to the X-Mansion
Tumblr media
This was the year when (what is now condescendingly referred to as) gimmick covers peaked. This was the year when Magneto’s real name was revealed only to be retracted/changed in X-Men Vol. 2 no. 72. This was the year when Captain America wasn’t leading the Avengers, instead it was Black Knight (Dane Whitman), Hercules was without a beard, the short-lived brown leather jackets were introduced for both teams and lastly, this was the year when both teams would be facing off against Magneto and his Acolytes
Trading Places and the Drama that came with it
Magneto’s son Quicksilver (married to the In-Human Crystal) had joined X-Factor, the Eternal Sersi is an Avenger; and so is Crystal. Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Black Widow, She-Hulk, Warbird, Captain Marvel (Monica Rambeau), Ant-Man and the Wasp, Scarlet Witch, and Hawkeye (to name a few) take a back seat with some not even seen throughout the anniversary year which was quite disappointing for Avengers fans
However, for X-Men fans, seeing Magneto return with an enraged Messiah Complex thanks to being betrayed by one of his own disciples; to exact revenge on his long-time friend and rival Charles Xavier for what he and his students had done to him and his fortress of solitude in X-Men Vol. 2 no. 1-3; by breaking one of his students away from him
Friends becoming mortal Foes, crossing the lines which they had themselves established between them. Disillusionment amongst their followers, raging fanaticism fueled by a cruel past of a leader and his followers. Infidelity, and being forced to help a mortal enemy are some of the themes that were explored by the creators
Why 1993 remains important?
Increased digitization and the existence of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have adversely affected Marvel Comics. Making a buck out of selling comics is now harder which in turn has made Marvel introverted, and risk-averse; and as we are now in the 60th year of both teams; there are hardly any plans of celebrating both's history in an impactful as well as meaningful way like it was done three decades ago by Marvel Editorial
While the 30th Anniversary came without contributions from the very people that had made these teams Super-Fan Favorites; it sure occupies an important place within the hearts and minds of X-Men and Avengers fans to this day

Vivienne Westwood and the New Romantic look
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(left to right) Vivienne Westwood New Romantics in 1981. Adam and the Ants in 1981
New Romantics is a punk style fashion that has a pirate look to it. In the early 80s, Vivienne Westwood (an English fashion designer born in 1941) began designing looks based on dandy regency fashion and 16th century pirates. The look was quite glamorous and theatrical, and was filled with frills, braided hair, heavy eyeliner, leather jackets and other pirate and regency elements
The new Romanics style was also worn in night clubs and by music bands such as Adam and the Ants (who Vivienne Westwood also designed for).

WHAT SONGS OH IVE BEEN WAITING.
For context I'm gonna choose this takes place around 1990, all the Hawkins shit is over and its enough of a gap that its believable Steve has moved away and spent a good amount of time with billy, the boys and reader. So, we begin, this might be long
Steve: Under Pressure by Queen and David Bowie or Don't You (Forget About Me)
I think Under Pressure because something about him being able to relate to the lyrics grounds him, he is under pressure constantly even though he doesnt have to be but it reminds him of all the good things that come out of his hard work.
Don't You (Forget About Me) because he has so many friends in Hawkins that he knows he has so many good memories with and it reminds him of driving around town with the kids or biking with the boys and billy and reader.
Billy: Livin' On A Prayer by Bon Jovi or Hungry Like The Wolf by Duran Duran
Hungry Like The Wolf is about lust bringing out the animal instinct...Billy is a horny bugger...Billy is probably happy when thinking about TIMES with his partners...
Livin' On A Prayer I think, considering it's about making your way and love being able to get you through, and I think after meeting the boys and reader they really helped billy get back on his feet so I think he would like that.
Reader: Holding Out For A Hero by Bonnie Tyler
They're their own hero but the boys, billy and steve are their heroes too.
David: The Chain by Fleetwood Mac
The chain is all about how Fleetwood's bond kept them together. Now I choose to imagine that David was turned maybe in the late 50s, early 60s. Hes the first turned. Hes been there as the rest of the boys have turned and theyve developed a bond. He was there for readers turn. And Billy's. He was there when they all fell for steve, a human. His group has an unbreakable bond.
Dwayne: Heroes by David Bowie
I imagine this for Dwayne because I can always think that Dwayne, despite being second turned in the late 60s, he is like the mature almost big brother esque. Hes protective, hes caring, he makes sure everyone has hope. Until steve came along it was his lone job but Dwayne is always trying to remind his boys and reader that something good will come.
Paul: Anarchy In The UK by The Sex Pistols.
Look. I choose to believe Paul was turned in the 70s and I cannot be convinced he DIDNT spend time in england during the height of the punk movement when the sex pistols were big. In fact I could believe he was born in england and was turned when he went to america for a holiday in the 70s or something after a sex pistols concert. I think he just loves this songs chaos, it reminds him of his teen years and the freedom he had to run riot (I mean he runs riot now)
Marko: Stand And Deliver by Adam and the Ants or Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins
Hes my favourite but hes a cocky little shit and Stand and Deliver is about a highwayman who is sick of people not having any style essentially. Like, look at Marko's jacket. That boy cares about style.
And Danger Zone, I think Marko is like go go go all the time. I think he was turned in the very early 80s, hes still pretty young, he is just on it. Hes a little ball of lightning and it's a reason people love him. He can cheer someone up like that.
(This took me like an hour) I hope you like it :)
I LOVE THISSSSSSSSSS
these are all so well thought out! Hungry like the wolf is the song I want Billy to eat me out to I mean what—

WHAT THEY SMELL LIKE :   He is very chill when it comes to scents etc most days. He will always smell like a hint of soap and shampoo (tangerine!!) and a faint whiff of cologne if you're standing close enough. If anyone ever borrows a jacket or sweater, they will definitely be able to smell said cologne. Usually Sauvage by Dior but occasionally Eternity by Ralph Lauren as well. Dior tends to be his go to smell when it comes to nights out, dates, etc. Overall, Zaf is very into just overall cleanliness and he believes smell is a part of that. Despite this, however, if its mid afternoon and The Grid has been slow ... there will definitely be a lingering air of some take away food or other hovering around him.
HOW THEY SLEEP ( position, schedule, etc. ): If anyone in his line of work ever said they sleep easily, they would be lying. Zaf has learned to sleep when and where he can. His mind never stops running, it replays events of the day over and over again and while he is sure that reliving your mistakes one hundred times in your head works for some (hello, adam.).. it doesn't for him. So his approach to the end of the day is simple : he puts something stupid and inconsequential on and lets himself zone out. He is a fan of animes and old timey kung fu style movies and loves falling asleep to them. Unless he is too exhausted to manage it, he alway strips down before getting into bed though passing out fully clothed after only making it as far as the couch has been known to happen. One must is that the closet door has to be closed, telly is on (if its not, he cant sleep) and the lamp on the opposite side's nightstand is dimly lit. And his pillow has to be cold. If his pillow isn't cold, he isn't sleeping. He sleeps on his back, sort of like he's dead. Once he was babysitting Wes for Adam and Wes found him sleeping like that and it was a huge traumatic thing and no one has yet to recover.
WHAT MUSIC THEY ENJOY :  He likes things like Tool, All Time Low, Black Sabbath.. very eclectic. He's been known to play a few disney songs when he's in control of the radio just to drive Adam bonkers and fully sticks to the belief that if you can convince him to let loose and get started...their section chief does a fantastic rendition of Celine Dion's My heart Will Go On. Zaf is very open to any and all music. He sees it as a story or memory set down by the writer/composer ... but play country in his car and he will kick you out while its still moving.
HOW MUCH THEY SPEND EVERY MORNING GETTING READY :  getting ready? not too long. Showers are quick, clothes are thrown on... but if he has time, he will linger over breakfast. It takes him twenty minutes to eat a piece of toast because he wants to enjoy it and he believes breakfast is the start of every day and pretty much sets the tone.
FAVORITE THING TO COLLECT : the fancy dice for tabletop games.
LEFT OR RIGHT HANDED :  right.
FAVOURITE SPORT(S) : football
FAVOURITE TOURISTY THING TO DO WHEN TRAVELLING :  local parties, gossip with people at the bars and/or restaurants, explore the stores etc, ghost tours !!
FAVOURITE KIND OF WEATHER : Blue sky and sunshine but with a slight breeze. Generally still cool.
WEIRD / OBSCURE FEAR THEY HAVE :  Ants. he thinks its freaky how they can lift things so much heavier than themselves while working together. sometimes he dreams he falls asleep somewhere and they carry him off. it's terrifying.
THE CARNIVAL / ARCADE GAME THEY ALWAYS WIN WITHOUT FAIL :   the gun vs the targets one.

I think I found my gender affirming aesthetic! I like loose trousers, snug shirts with loose/flowy jackets, and high boots. Kind of a piratical fop. Or Adam Ant.

1980's THE ERA OF CHANGE
The 1980s were all about identity and excess. Men and women everywhere were looking to find the fashions that really allowed their individuality to shine through, and the crazy eighties had something for just about everyone.
One of the main trends to hit the 80s was power dressing. For women, it meant dramatic shoulder pads and tailored suit jackets and blouses. Women were seeking their own identities outside of the typical female stereotype, and this more masculine style allowed them to assert themselves and helped along the campaign for equal rights in the work place. It was down to popular TV show ‘Dynasty’, first aired in 1981, that really introduced the style into the mainstream, with the actresses all wearing enormous shoulder pads that could rival those of any American footballer. These women were dramatic and powerful, and their suits and broad shoulders portrayed that, whilst their hair, make up and clever use of jewelry allowed them to still appear feminine. This style remained popular throughout the 80s and into the first three years of the nineties.
However, when most people think of the 80s, neon and leg-warmers spring to mind. Dancewear was an incredibly popular trend that just about everyone who wanted to be considered anyone wore. It didn't matter if you couldn't dance; if your wardrobe consisted of brightly coloured legwarmers, leggings, leotards and a few ripped sweaters, you were still 'cool'. This trend really became popular with the 1983 release of the film 'Flashdance', and the abundance of aerobics and dance fitness TV shows influenced women to adopt this style whether in the gym or not.
Obviously, it is hard to write about the 80s without mentioning Madonna. Madonna was an enormous fashion icon in the eighties, and when she emerged with her 'street urchin' look, it didn't take long for the short skirt, fishnet gloves, rubber bracelets and bleached hair to catch on, not to mention the long, dangling necklaces. Not only this, but when Madonna started wearing lingerie on the outside, millions of women were quick to copy this look all around the world. This breaking of the underwear taboo allowed women to express sexual freedom and rebel against the prevailing androgynous fashions that took away the feminine identity.
The '80s was a time packed with exciting new twists in fashion. Gothic fashion was also a big part of the 80s that still has an enormous influence today. Bands such as Siouxsie and the Banshees and The Cure thrust the music and the fashion into the public eye, with their backcombed black hair and white faces against black dress. The New Romantics brought frills and flamboyant clothing back from the grave, and the pirate look was a massive hit with bands such as 'Adam and the Ants'. The Androgynous look was popular, with Annie Lennox and Boy George being the icons of the scene. And that's not even touching Hair Metal. The 1980s were an incredibly influential and exciting time for fashion, and at least with certain trends we learn not to make the same mistakes twice.

Gender envy from Adam Ant (again). I think a structured historical style jacket and dramatic makeup and face paint is a good look for everyone

CoCo's Runway #1
Saint Laurent 2022 SS Collection
Creative Director: Anthony Vaccarello
“New Romanticism.’ Not putting them into the historical, classical Venetian way, but in a futuristic environment”
Background
Anthony Vaccarello has unleashed Saint Laurent’s 2022 Spring/Summer Menswear collection. The show was taking place on the island of Isola Della Certosa in Venice, the city of nature and creativity.
The collection was collaborated with an astonishing artwork by defying artist and filmmaker Doug Aitken(who won the International Prize at the 1999 Venice Biennale).
Tumblr media
Aiken created ‘Green Lens’, an amazing mirror-faceted structure that was assembled in a month on the Isola della Certosa, and planted with hot house jungle greenery.
It is a harmoniously blending futurism with the natural landscape.
