La importancia del auto cuidado

Hace mucho que no escribo pero siento que a pesar que esta actualización no es sobre libros, me va hacer bien sacar para afuera lo que tengo tan escondido en el pecho.

Para mi yo del futuro, sé que vamos a salir de aquí como siempre lo hacemos solo esta vez nos está tomando más tiempo.

El otro día mi hermana me dijo que ella creía que el apuro de salir de esta situación es más para los demás que para mí misma, para dejar de preocuparlos, para que me dejen de preguntar en qué momento voy a estar bien y para que no se aburran de mi mal momento, lo que nunca me había dado cuenta ósea yo sé que uno de mis problemas es ser siempre complaciente y preocuparme por los sentimientos de los demás más que de los míos propios, lo que esta súper mal yo lo sé pero juro que intento ponerme a mi primera pero es difícil sobre todo si nunca has tenido la costumbre.

Hay una parte de una canción que se llama CRECER que siento como mía, como si hubiera sido escrita solo para mí, obvio sé que no es así que mucha gente se va a sentir identificada y acompañada porque sabrá que hay más gente que se siente así y que no estamos solos, lo que encuentro hermoso y maravilloso.

Lo importante del auto cuidado (esta va a de una experimenta personal):

Conocerte para poder saber cómo te puedes auto cuidar es una de las cosas más importantes, uno muchas veces asocia el auto cuidado con hacer cosas que te gusten o te sientas cómoda para poder distraerte de lo mal que lo estés pasando en ese momento pero también es saber cuándo pedir ayuda por ejemplo, hace un año la muchacha que les habla tuvo un intento de suicidio, lo cuento así ahora  porque para mí ya no es tema fue algo que intente hacer pero  alcance a pedir ayuda a tiempo y aún estoy aquí, pero bueno a lo que iba es que esta semana casi caigo de nuevo en eso  pero antes de hacer cualquier cosa preferí llamar al centro en el que me atiendo llamado CESAM que fue una ayuda enorme porque me dieron una hora de SOS y me pudieron atender pero usted dirá porque me está contando eso y dando pena pero a lo que voy, es que hace un año no pude pedir ayuda a nadie porque no me sentía cómoda con nada ni nadie, sentía que nadie me iba a entender y mucho menos ayudar, en cambio  ahora me conozco y sé que puedo confiar en que tengo todo un equipo de psiquiatras, psicólogas y terapeutas que me van ayudar, también sé que no va a ser una molestia para ellos que los llame y como me dijo mi hermosa psiquiatra hace un tiempo "prefiero que me avises, que tenga que sacar una hora de donde no tengo para poder verte y poder saber lo que te pasa y lo que pasa por tu cabecita" lo que me hizo mucho sentido, muchas veces la gente que sufre de trastornos no sabemos pedir ayuda aun sabiendo que sí la queremos porque las bromitas o decirlo de vez en cuando no es pedir ayuda Mirta.

Hablen con sus seres queridos, díganles cómo se sienten y si sienten que no funciona vaya a urgencias y si puede pida hora para algún psicólogo hay horas online por si siente que moverse es un trabajo pesado, también véase la vitamina D esa vitamina tiene mucho que ver con el estado de ánimo, salga con amigos, pinte mientras ve una película , hágase las uñas o córtese el pelo, pequeños actos de auto cuidados también ayudan.
