au in which nigel did join the gknd, and abby took over as sector v’s leader yippee abby!!!

omg yes !!! my first request :000 u are so sweet thank you!!! 💚💚 i love writing these so enjoy :>

- i hc that numbuh 362 is in on the recruitment process when it comes to the TND, she is supreme leader after all. she learns all about it after nigel leaves

- and because i hc that after nigel, hoagie is the oldest, he absolutely GEEKS OUT when he is recruited. he fangirls the ENTIRE TIME

- and because he has to stay away from the tree house, the group will meet in different spots every time

- in canon they all are aware that the TND exists so, it wasn’t really a secret that they were going to be part of that recruitment. after all it was promised that sector v would still be there for nigel once he returned! it’s pretty obvious that numbuhs 2 through 5 aren’t gonna be let go so easily :P

- and they’re all always like tell us tell us ! and he keeps them on their toes

- like he goes on and on “HA i’m special i’m the first recruitment in this sector my lips are sealed i don’t even know u guys!!!!” drama queen 😒

- eventually when they all are recruited they are like wtf it wasn’t even that special of a thing whyd you gas us up like that LOL

- because the old treehouse WAS on top of nigel’s house, i headcanon that a new sector doesn’t take over it. and it just becomes a lot smaller and secluded, like on the outside it looks like a regular shed and a small old tree house, when there’s SO much more. it’s an underground type of thing

- rachel makes it seem like it’s a tribute to sector v to cover for them (shoutout to rachel fr!!!) because it still is significant for everyone , even if the entire sector was “decommissioned”

- but nope that baby is still there for the new TND members. just no where near as visible as it once was. the secrecy i know!!!

- and yeah the renovations were SUPER annoying (wally must have complained about his lack of sleep 100 times bc of all the noise) but it was worth it in the end. the treehouse becomes a little more modern and comfortable for them to do their own things. and the technology only becomes more advanced

- and they get older our babies😢the maturing takes everyone by surprise kind of, especially wally’s, ugh he gets a growth spurt in the summer leading up to freshman year and it leaves everyone saying wtf. but they do have their flare ups of childishness bc let’s be honest, we know them, how could they not!! cue the bickering between wally and kuki plz!

- wally finds a passion for soccer and he’s really good at it. he’s missed a few team meetings bc of soccer though…. which always results in a lecture from abby LOL but they all go to support him at his games

- at his important games, they all make signs cheering him on, and omg does this annoy him LOOLL

- they all even wear his team’s colors, kuki buys face paint to paint his jersey number on their cheeks. she’s probably his biggest fan 🤫

- kuki finds this love for makeup , “typical girly teen behavior!” wally will tease, but she’s actually really good at it!

- sometimes in mid mission kuki will have the most glittery-colorful eyeshadow on because she was practicing before the call!😭

- hoagie let’s her practice a lot on him, and i would be lying if i said he hasn’t shown up in battle with some variation of eyeliner on

- and when abby wants her makeup done for any reason, kuki is the first to be there!

- sure the team doesn’t go on as many missions as they did before , but the missions they DO go on are usually long and exhausting. the break they get after is always treasured by our lazy teens

- abby gets super into skin care and just self care overall! she will have the entire day off after a mission as a self care day. and kuki will always join her! even the boys get curious but don’t wanna admit that😒

- one day they cave and they all watch a movie wearing their face masks. cute !!! i just know wally had the face mask that you peel off and that shit IRKED HIM😭 kuki pinned his hair back and they had a moment but it’s ruined after when she tries to rip off his face mask LMFAO

- hoagie joins the auto mechanics club in highschool. and wow is he talented with that. it only helps him further develop technology for the TND. oh and when that boy gets his license ? he does the MOST with his beat up van😭

- i would not be shocked if that boy installed a whole ass xbox in the back of that van

- these 4 ditch class a LOT for missions . they have occasional saturday-detentions 😞

- and even then because kuki, hoagie, and abby, are such loved students they find a way out. the hard part of that is convincing the teacher to let wally out LMFAOO

- tell me how they get called in for battle mid-saturday detention and kuki fakes a scene to leave

- her doing theatre throughout all of middle school and even highschool PAYS OFF this girl starts sobbing on the floor like someone just died😭so the teacher has no other choice but to let the four go

abby: guys wtf i just got a text from maurice. we need to be up at base in the next hour

wally: don’t ask me this dick won’t even let me go use the bathroom

abby: wally boy if u don’t stop making ur texting so obvious right now

hoagie: he won’t leave the room, there’s no way i can create a diversion

kuki: watch this! :D

- this girl screams and pretends that she just got the worst news of her life. and oh my god her fake crying? you would actually believe it if she said the world was ending

- in middle school these 4 were awful with keeping the TND a secret 😭 i just know they would screw up all of their different excuses

- why wasn’t hoagie in class? well he said that he was in the nurses office. oh but the nurse didn’t see him? and wasn’t that just him walking down the hallway with abby lincoln? but she got picked up early today? and why is kuki sanban trying to leave the nurses office after complaining that she threw up? she said that she was looking for her friend wally because they were carpooling home today. but where is wallabee? his teacher said he got called to the office 2 hours ago??????

- but once highschool comes the whole sneaking out thing gets a lot easier when it’s needed. hoagie gets his license first and wow he can just dip whenever he wants to. and in highschool, u can sneak off anywhere. especially with as big as a campus as Gallagher High. everyone ditches class at some point 🤷🏼‍♀️

- even these 4 get the urge to ditch when things aren’t mission related. senior year, they are OUT god does the senioritis kick in with them 😭 especially wally and kuki, those lovebirds. that boy will find any and all reasons to leave early. and he’s passing all of his classes, what’s stopping him tbh

- like the 4 plan a theme park day on a random wednesday in the middle of the month 😭 i’m telling you, they have their fun when they can

- with the workload they have on them because of the TND, this group enjoys whatever time they can have :) especially with one another

KND x OC AU Facts and Things that will happens in the AU (In no chronological order)

((Major Spoilers and it’s will get insane))

•Holly and Malice age slower than the regular human because with them being failed lab experiments

•Father and Snowflake have never have any biological child (this is before Father kidnap adopted the delightful children)

•Wink and Fibb will end up together and eventually get married but not in the finale

•Toiletnator (With his helmet off) will look like a mix of the comic “Operation: Historie” (Hair) and the ep “Operation: Movie” (Eyes)

•Nigel will still going to the GKND at the end of the AU but the outcome will be different. •Grandfather will die at the end of the AU

•Mitts (Mittens’s Host of the body she possessed), Monty (Numbuh 0), and Father (Benedict Uno) knew each other when they were young

•Kuki x Wally and Abby x Hoagie is still a thing

•Mittens (and Mitts) will both die in the end of the AU

•GKND will happen in the AU

•Yami isn’t dead

•Father will go to prison crimes like *Insert all the crimes that Father (From KND) did* •Via will slowly derail to madness and paranoia throughout the AU

•Via and Mittens (and Mitts) also knew each other in the past

•Persona will retire

•Malice x Techne will not happen but it’s not off the table of possibility

•The delightful children have a happy ending

•Gomorga will have a ton of reality bombs that will be dropped on her (Girl will have her trauma phase)

•Techne is a better jokester that Hoagie

•Techne made a rainbow monkey weapon that can spread joy and explodes with rainbows with the rainbow monkey theme playing (Kuki wants one)

•The Steve will appear in the AU

•Some blood will be spilled

•Tommy is still somewhat friends will Lee and Sonya

•Lizzie will get a Character Arc

• Cree and Maurice relationship will grow stronger

•Snowflake and Father are divorced (and will never go back together (well sometimes))

•Gomorga is one of the few people who likes Nurse Jumbo

•Hollnator (Holly Jolly x Toiletnator) will happen but it will take a while

•Malice will lose her powers in the mid way point of the AU timeline

• Harvey exist

•Gomorga, Techne, Holly, Snowflake will remain in the town that KND takes place in (Some fans is Cleveland, but IDK if it’s sure or not) in the end of the AU

•Cuppa Joe will return

• Potty Mouth will appear more because of his love/hate relationship with Genny and him just being a dick to others

•The Negative Verisons of Gomorga, Techne, and Snowflake are psychopathic criminals (Negative Holly is the goodness out of all four)

•The Town (or City) that KND takes place in have some weird lore and secrets

•Snowflake’s Father will die from a big rock that splat him to death

•Evil Adults Industry get into controversies

•Malice and Cree grows a friendship

•The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy other CN shows back in the early to late 2000’s will make cameos

•Franny is Lesbian

•Henrietta is Trans (Male to Female) (same for Ellis)

•Yami is kind of the most mentally unstable out of the four (Father, Malice, and Holly) that joined Mittens

•Bradley will still get hit by a car and get his upgrades in this AU

•Mr Boss will get a divorce from Mrs. Fullbright

•Gomorga and Techne is one of those slow burn friendships

• Mushi is still a menace

•Mimi lives in the same the woods that have been shown in “Operation: Hound”

•Snowflake surprisingly doesn’t like Christmas because it’s a reminder of their state right now

•Deirdre loves Christmas and the joy it brings

•People die when Mittens takes over the world

•Techne and Via’s dad and their many siblings have died

•Techne hates the sunlight

•Chad is a closeted homosexual

•Ellis, Persona, and Rasp are a dynamic trio (Too much energy, no energy, and calm vides)

•Gomorga and her Team are considered antiheroes because their associations with KND and Evil Adults Industries (oops)

•Malice will go to the arctic prison after her powers were gone

•Knightbrace and Toiletnator will be enemies to besties

• No matter what, with all the violence and death, all the insane stuff, and all the weird headcanons, in the end of the AU timeskip (so far) everything will end surprisingly happily.

Most and least favorite knd ships?

Okay so this is pretty easy kinda...

Favorite ships have to be 2/4, 3/4, 3/5. You guys already know I'm a sucker for 2/4 and 3/4 .

Least favorites?

Literally if you ship any of the DCFDTL with eachother I'm gonna be sceptical of you because to be the Delightfuls/Sector Z are like siblings to eachother, especially when delightfulized because Father treats them as his children so it'd make sense for them to see eachother as siblings. Of course they aren't canonically siblings but it does make me iffy to see the ships because I see them as siblings personally and it's widely accepted within the fandom that they're like siblings.

Fanny/any male operatives. I just don't really pair her with any male operatives because she doesn't really seem to have genuine attraction to them. Hashtag lesbian HC. I'm not sceptical if you ship her with male operatives like I am shipping any of Sector Z with other members of their sector because it's just a personal HC lmfao

4/5. I think of them as siblings. It's fine if you ship them but I'm gonna keep my headcanon in the little brother and big sibling dynamic for as long as I live.

Now I wouldn't say this is my least favorite but I'm gonna add this anyways because it's unpopular - I don't really flow with 2/5 like everyone else does. I only flow with that ship when it's like, enby x enby ya know? I do in fact headcanon them both to be enby so I'll have the odd drawings of them here and there but watching the show I always felt Hoagie was only attracted to boys/enbies and Abby was only attracted to girls/enbies. Anything they had with the opposite gender felt really comphet. Tbh they only work in my eyes when their gender is non existent/silly

I have a few ideas floating around, but I haven't worked on them because I'm not quite sure where to go with them. (The last thing I want to do is publish something I won't finish!) But in case anyone's interested, here's a few of them...

1) Bookends: Prequels - A freehand compilation of Wally/Kuki moments before the events of Bookends. Lots of mutual pining and awkward, mutual crushing. (Really, a dumping ground for pre-relationship fluff.)

2) Bookends: Moments - A freehand compilation of cute moments during Wally and Kuki's relationship. (Another dumping ground for fluff, but this time, during their relationship.)

3) Bookends: _?_ - I don't know what to call this one just yet, but I was debating if I should write about what happened during college years (military, for Wally) in Bookends. This one crosses my mind a lot, but I'm very hesitant to write it because the tone is completely different from Bookends - very angsty and more mature! Maybe even a little darker...

4) Bookends: _?_ - All I'm gonna say is... This one's about Hoagie and Abby. 😶

5) A non-Bookends fic where Wally and Kuki meet in high school, several years after decomissioning. This one's quite a bit edgier than Bookends, where Wally's in the Bad Boy trope (think Heath Ledger's character from 10 Things) and Kuki is the perky, cheerleader type.

Kuki and Wally Headcanon:

It's middle school. Wally agrees to go trick-or-treating as a squad (with Hoagie, Abby, and Kuki). Hoagie and Abby are going as Sherlock and Watson. Kuki wants Wally and her to do a theme too, but Wally only agrees if he gets to pick. So Wally picks Bonnie and Clyde. Only Kuki hears it as "Bunny" and Clyde. So she shows up in a bunny onesie.

"Kuki? What the crud is that?"

"You said Bunny and Clyde, silly."

"No I didn't. I said BONNIE and Clyde."

what are your thoughts on the ashley/kuki pairing (?) i see that you have a thing with kuki/wally/hoagie and was curious about your thoughts on other ships such as the latter :D

Ashley and Kuki would be that cute innocent girl x cute innocent girl sapphic couple that just get along so well because they're like the same in terms of interests. Like "omg do you wanna hold hands?" "Yessss I'd love that!!! Do you wanna make rainbow monkey matching bracelets together when we get to your treehouse???" "You read my mind!!!!"

They'd have fashion shows and make Hoagie the judge of it because he does drag often 😭 they would make Abby the judge but she doesn't much like "cutesy" looks. They drive her insane cuz she's sensitive to some colors they use. He'll give them a theme and they'll go into their wardrobes and come out lookin like they're about to go onto the red carpet or something man 😭😭😭 and then when one of them wins the other is like "you did good too don't worry baby! I actually think yours is better than mine :333"
