eren: he's probably been waiting since the first day you guys started dating for this moment. he went all out in spoiling you and gave you a teddy bear, roses, chocolate, a necklace, and wrote you a note. however, he isn't very romantic, so the note was kind of just "i love you because you're rad" but reworded a bunch of times

mikasa: lowkey don't think she cares for it, but she still put in some effort! she probably got one expensive thing and spent the day with you, but that was about it. she thinks you should love your partner equally everyday and not love them more than usual just for a capitalist holiday

armin: oh this boy was such a nervous wreck. i feel like he's kinda a sucker for stuffed animals, so he got you the pink cow squishmallow with the lil heart nostrils. he's such a goddamn softie for you, and seeing your excitement over a silly little cow, but he was so happy and melted when he saw you give the squishmallow a big hug, and then he gave you a big hug

jean: mans went all. fucking. out. but only at night because he's [clone high jfk voice] horny. rose petals leading to the bedroom, candles, new silk sheets, and a new pair of lingerie. honestly, you didn't mind that this is how he saw today, because... you were both very happy by the end of the night

connie: he 1000% forgot what date valentines day was. he probably thought it was like the 24th, but don't you worry! he's had everything prepared since january because he knew he'd forget! he would be so clingy to you the whole day, making sure you were happier than ever. he got you a charm bracelet with a 'c' on it for connie, but like mikasa, he thinks that you should love your s/o equally everyday

sasha: wake up. breakfast in bed together. get out of bed. share a pot of coffee. some time goes by, then diner for lunch. she pays. you go home. she starts prepping dinner (a recipe she got from niccolo). she makes an overwhelming amount. you share some chocolates for dessert. you both fall asleep in each others' arms, you with a food baby and her stomach still growling

levi: he genuinely doesn't give two fucks about today, but he does give one fuck, and that one fuck is making you happy. he actually is pretty expressive of his love towards you, but today he shows it more through physical actions. he's very soft around you, and makes you your favorite meal. and then, to your genuine surprise, your room was filled with candles and petals. let's just say... he wasn't so soft around you for the remainder of the night

hange: much like sasha, you are being spoiled throughout the day. maybe not with meals, but with small gestures and notes/gifts every few hours. they take you out for dinner, and pays for you without you knowing. you both end the end with many many cuddles and them playing with your hair and saying sweet nothings, just embracing your company

erwin: he's an old-fashioned guy, he gets you some flowers and writes you a card, but doesn't do anything crazy. but, he does take you out for a drive late at night, just talking and making sure you really felt loved every second of the day, even though he didn't do too much
