Kyomachi Seika is a japanese synth initially released on 10 jun 2016, however her character birthday is today. she was developed by ah-software in collaboration with Seika Town, "a town located at the southwestern tip of the Kyoto Prefecture in Japan... originally founded [in] April 1, 1955"(from synthv fandom wiki). seika has been the official mascot and PR character of Seika Town since 2013. she is voiced by Rika Tachibana, and illustrated by Umetani Atarō. seika recieved a synthv studio bank on 27 jan 2022. she is 23yo and 151.5cm tall

omg gay people hello i like to interpret vocal synthesizers and make them gay not very shocking i think

some other hcs in addition to the ones stated up there:

they were already familiar with each other since they both started out as Voiceroids but only really started working together when they were ported over to SynthV

Maki uses she/they and Seika uses they/them

Maki is the type to seem very open but actually keeps her motions bottled up most of the time, and Seika might seem closed off but will be brutally honest with you if you just ask

they both joined the vsynth crowd roughly around the same time at 18 (they're now 23)

Seika is visually impaired and is mostly made to wear contacts while working but prefers glasses
