Why does the son of a CEO know specials ops and tactical maneuvers?

Why the name Roger Rogers? That sounds like something you say when you received a message.

Also I noticed that Tylor said that "the holding pen key is still missing." The holding pen, which is this room full of cannisters:

And you need this key to access it:

Rogers said "Look I had them all while you were all at the CEEP show, but I returned them properly. Like this: click."

Why would Rogers need to return them at all? That would mean he used it, right?

This is the same guy that said "You know, I have quite a strange history" In episode 5. The same episode where bought spray paint:

and claimed "I have keys that need copying."

Noticed how how Rogers have two red cannisters in his basket.

In the crime scene in episode 8, there were two red cannisters found:

and two red cannisters found in Tylor's locker:

While the closing pen key was finally found there's other items that's important to considered: The sugar packets.

A sugar packet was found in basement 4 in episode 7 where all the characters, including Roger, goes to.

Mike's lucky mitt was missing since stated in episode 6 in the softball episode and was found in Tylor's locker along with Boo's drawings. How does someone know how important these items were to them? And did someone access it?

Fritz said that these keys:

"They will open any door to this building. Including the one to your heart."

There's something going on with the Roger guy, more guy than Mike and Sully knows.
