Tumblr media
This is the case where the appellant was aggrieved by the rejection of his final selection.
He was rejected by the Appointing Authority as he has not disclosed while applying online for the post that a criminal case was pending against him.
In the application form option for correction was provided for two days.
After submission of application form there were two selection rounds.
He kept mum.
After selection documents were required along with an affidavit that no criminal case is pending against him.
The time gap between submission of form and final requirement of documents including affidavit was 10 months.

actually it’s been awhile so let’s have another one—open tag as usual i think i’m gonna do a couple of these of just some random ocs LOL
oc smash or pass
Rules: self-explanatory, but include physical descriptions and propaganda for both and an "other" option (for those whose sexualities don't align or wanting to study under a microscope or something)
Tumblr media
and now for some good old fashioned propaganda
GENERAL INFO:
masculine trans woman (she/her), 34yo, sexuality is equivalent to anyone she gets along with she’s not really that picky
PROS:
WE LOVE A TALL WOMAN (6’2”) … LEGS FOR DAYS…
will top or bottom—a very attentive lover overall
is SO CARING ACTUALLY anything you need, she makes sure you got it. is always checking on you, making sure you ate, bandages you up, makes sure you take vitamins the whole nine. a true acts of service/actions speak louder than words girlie
is literally a milf (she has 5 adopted children)
deep voice 🫦
surprisingly shy and always thankful whenever you do stuff for her (she’s just not used to people treating her sweetly so she melts when you do)
literally always thinks so highly of her partners because if she cares about you, you must be a good person.
strong moral compass. super protective. doesn’t take anyone’s shit.
CONS:
workaholic (is a nurse and works the night shift. she like Actually doesn’t have time for anything)
chain smoker (it’s the only thing keeping her sane since she swore off drinking)
has psychic powers that cause her immense pain (one night stand went Horribly Wrong and now she’s basically got a supernatural std. eyepatch’s she wears keeps the pain at bay but Man :)))))) it’s not great :)))))
it’s hard to get her to open up fr like she’s like a fortress. it’s not even intentional either she just doesn’t think people would actually be interested in her :/

Predatory NDAs Just Got a Lot Harder To Enforce
The topic of nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) has been the perennial runner up in our Patreon polls for future article topics for years. They’ve been edged out at least four times by sexier, more topical topics. But today they’re finally getting their place squarely in the middle of the sunbeam that is my attention!
Much like Piggy and I, NDAs have been running amok for about thirty-five years, getting stronger and more belligerent all the time. But unlike us, it seems they’ve peaked.
If you found this helpful, consider joining our Patreon.

Y'know it was REALLY goddamn evil and nefarious that the oil fields gave my mom (a single mom working 3 jobs to raise 2 kids) a single $5,000 check in exchange for her signing a nondisclosure to never complain about them.
Of course we fucking took the money. Even with her working 1 full-time job and 2 part-time jobs, she barely made over $1,000 a month. Of course she took the money. We though about moving but we still couldn't afford it. She was so frugal with it, though. It did give us a sliver of financial security for years.
But goddamn. $5,000 is table scraps to them, and they bought her silence with it because she couldn't refuse the chance to slightly lessen the weight of poverty on her family.
#sorenhoots#i remember i was like 11 or something. she didnt know if she should sign it. and its not like we had or knew any lawyers. she had ME read it#over and even i was like “this is a nondisclosure and it means you cant ever talk about anything they do even if they do something terrible”#i recall being very proud of myself for knowing what a NDA was. lord knows where my middle-school self learned that from. she did eventually#have a lawyer of some sort look over it and they said the same thing but.... $5000#it wasnt an option for her. that was more money than wed ever had or saved. she had two kids who would need cars bc we lived so far in the#country. she knew i wanted to go to college. i dont think i ever saw her buy herself clothes before then either. it was money for emergencys#and necessities and birthday presents and road trips and... i often wondered about the person who offered us that. i wondered where they#lived and wondered how much their clothes costed and wondered if their kids got to have art or piano lessons. i wondered if their home was#over 80 degrees in the summer and under 60 in the winter and if they lived in a house that wasnt filled with dangerous spiders (we had nice#spiders too but we did also have Very Dangerous Spiders) and id picture him in his office in a button up and slacks and it would break my#heart that my mom couldnt have all of that. we just had a $5000 check and a vow to not complain.#she still feels earthquakes from it. less nowdays but still. and sometimee it still smells like a jar of hot petroleum jelly. and the attic#smell is worse than ever and the tap water smells like sulfur and wet mold#goddamn what the fuck? jesus christ. she should move.

Raab has gone!
Well-done Mr Sunak. Not that you had any choice. There was no scenario where it was remotely possible for Britain to have a proven bully as Deputy Prime Minister, let alone a bullying Secretary of State for Justice.
Yet Raab has not gone quietly. Like many bullies he refuses to acknowledge he actually is a bully. According to Raab the findings of the enquiry into his bullying behaviour  were “flawed”. He also claimed that:
“In setting the bullying threshold for bullying so low, this enquiry has set a dangerous precedent. It will encourage spurious complaints against ministers and have a chilling effect on those driving change on behalf of your government – and ultimately the British people.” (Raab: 21/04/23)
Does Raab really believe he was bullying his staff on behalf of the British people? Is he so bereft of inter-personal skills that he has to abuse the people  that work for him?  That is an outrageous claim but not unexpected as very few bullies admit to their own personality flaws.
Raab has a long history  of being accused of bullying tactics at work.
Raab himself said:
“In 2007, in a previous role before I became an MP, I was subject to a claim of bullying. I vigorously denied the claims…” (Quoted in BuzzFeed: 11/07/2019
That particular incident was
“…settled with a compromise agreement which included monetary compensation and a confidentiality clause for both parties.” (Wikipedia: Dominic Raab)
Using a  nondisclosure agreements over a claim of bullying in the workplace  is not usually  the action of someone with nothing to hide.
During the intervening years Raab seems to have learned nothing. In fact, as Secretary of State for Justice he has been busy trying to scrap the Human Rights Act  and replace it with his own bill of rights. This new bill would be a bully’s charter and has been described by fellow politicians as weakening the individual’s "protection against torture, inhuman or degrading treatment”
Although the right wing bully Raab has now gone it remains to be seen if his bully’s charter meets the same fate.

At approximately 8:00 PM, Layla would receive a phone call. ”Ms. El-Faouly. This is Mr. Shaw. I will be arriving at your residence by helicopter in no less than an hour and a half. Use this time to pack any essentials you will need, and secure the artifact I entrusted you with. It seems there are other parties than myself interested in the answers it---and you---hold, and they too will soon be on their way. I assure you, you will be compensated additionally for this if you survive.” A week ago---only five days, actually---the industrial billionaire had contacted the archaeologist. He had come into possession through rather mysterious means of something he desired to be studied and explained to the best of Layla’s ability. The “something” was a key that appeared to be made of glass and set with sapphires, but the “glass” was in fact an indestructible substance unknown to man. And the design of the key was distinctly alien in nature, elaborate and ornate, rather Art Nouveau, yet carbon-dating would reveal that it was from far, far before that style had been invented. . . and in fact, far before human civilization was supposed to have begun. Shaw alleged it had been found in the depths of the Persian Gulf, but beyond that was vague on just how he had obtained it, and why he was so interested in it. But he was very adamant that Layla not speak of it to anyone, even going so far as to press a non-disclosure agreement upon her. It seemed someone else did know that it was in her possession, however. Someone who, according to Shaw, was coming for it. . .and her.  As promised though, he got there first, his helicopter announcing his arrival within half the tme he’d promised. ”Ms. El-Faouly,” he said from where he perched halfway down the rope ladder, and though he had to shout to be heard over the whirring blades, he sounded perfectly calm, ”Please board immediately. Be sure you bring the key. All will be explained, but at the moment, your life is in danger, and it would be very inconvenient for us BOTH if you died now.” @scarletxscarab

the way john speaks about the process of atonement via flaying (with such vehemence that borders on ecstasy that insinuates first hand experience) along with his little story about his parents prior to that i’m gonna headcanon that the duncan’s used that method on him when he was young. I mean it could very well be his sadism popping up at the thought of hurting people, but its just... very interesting placement. getting lashed and beaten is hugely painful, but the way john describes it as a pain so great it borders on insanity. he’s literally so mind broken all he can say is ‘Yes’ over and over. he’s also uh, really good at it and it’s such a specific brand of torture it’s all filed under ‘things that make you go hmmm’ to me. so yeah, more extreme scarring on johnny boy here <3
