Today, with the coastline close, I strayed only far enough from home to collect this highly anticipated read from the library. I am only two chapters in, but I feel that feeling rising in me - that same suffocating, drowning delight. Just thinking about my headcanon that Elladan and Elrohir are both temperamentally inclined towards Men (and the Dúnedain particularly), and despite the difficulties and complications, would likely have both chosen the fate of Men had not Arwen chosen mortality.
